with Bison safari was great experience, we were also lucky to see the great migration but was also cause the driver try to do his best to show us all the amazing nature of Maasai Mara. We had good accomodation and the food was all the time tasty :)

It was so amazing experience in my life to see big 5 is one of my dreams and it comes true.
I started at search for "safari operators" and did some studies via google. Many safari operators replied my request very quickly including It Started in Africa. Why I chose it? Because the service let me feel so comfortable. The criteria I focused on the following.
1. Initiatives and responsiveness
2. The ways to introduce safari and Ecosystem is very professional and very attractive
3. Not pushed customer to make decision too hard or not over-promotion
That was why I felt so comfortable and finally I chose It Started in Africa.
During the safari, the guide demonstrated his expertise in introducing animals names, behaviors, characters to me. He was very familiar with where was high possibility to see certain species of animals. All the hospitality was perfect and finally I saw the big 5. This is one of my dreams and it comes true.

The trip exceeded all expectations, it was wonderful, we loved it.
The only slight negatives were, the guide did not pick us up at Victoria Falls Hotel at 10.00am to take us to Llama Lodge, he came at 10.30am and we went straight to Vic Falls trip, so we didn't have chance to organise what we wanted to take with us. We didn't realise we were going across to Zambia for the whole day, in that we didn't know the rhino walk was in Zambia. We didn't know we were driving to Chobe, we thought we were flying, as we went via the airport. None of this mattered. The customer services were excellent throughout, especially on safari. would have liked more information from the guides about the weather changes and movement of animals, the floods, all year round.

Amakhala Game reserve is beautiful , with service with a big smile , great safari drives ,passionate guides who go out of their way to make sure you spot as many of the animals , food catered to your diet , lovely rooms , cleanliness.
As it has just 4 tents , you can be sure you have a personal touch from the moment you Check in.

Heidi at Pembury tours is the best travel agent I have come across in many years of travelling around the world with many tour companies . She replies to emails promptly, answers questions in details and was readily available when needed for minor hiccups while we were on tour.

We booked a private safari in Tanzania and the local organisation was done by Safarihub. Everything went according to schedule and we received a very thourough briefing in their offices in Arusha. The person that attended to us was very friendly and helpfull and made sure that all our flights and hotels were reconfirmed.

Everything as arranged. Ibrahim our guide and driver excellent person and excellent deal. With him we saw all the expected animals and many more. He strives for everything to go well, that we all be at ease. Sam our spectacular cook. Delicious food. No personal or gastric prompts. Everything was excellent, best possible. I hope I can repeat. Out of this World
I couldn't expect better. Booked a tour just 15 days before arriving (crazy to book so last minute) and some hotels I chose were already full so they went with me through all the possibilities. They were always a pleasure to deal with, very charming and helpful and specially prompt to reply and would never be tired or bothered. We managed to do a fantastic itinerary in such a short notice and upon arrival I was greeted at the airport by Dickson, an amazing human being who taught us so much about all the species we found. Vehicle was pretty new and comfortable, no signs of wear. Couldn't expect better service. If some criticism is needed, I would recommend a better on site material (books, maps, etc) which I had not much.
