Absolutely amazing, informative and timely.
5/5

Timely and efficient booking process and pickup from our hotel.

The trip was quite a lengthy day excision but we enjoyed rest stop that included our choice is snack free of charge , and the lunch spot on the safari tour was absolutely amazing.

Our guide, Danson made the trip most unique and memorable. We felt safe, enjoyed laughs and even a little shopping. His knowledge of the safari and country at large is extensive.

Should I return, Danson will be my one and only request for future tours.

Much appreciated,
Simone

Very professional and responsive. Paula was great to work with. She helped us feel at ease.
5/5

We took a 3-week trip to Africa. Uniglobal and specifically Paula helped us book about half of that. Our accommodations were great. We were really pleased with Entim Camp in Kenya for our safari, our hotel in Nairobi, as well as the hotel Z in Zanzibar. Paula also arranged travel and private vehicles for us at our destinations which made it much easier to get around.

Coming from the US we were skeptical at first to work with an African based company because we had read a lot of things online about people getting scammed. But Paula put our worries at ease. Uniglobe was also several thousand less than than US or Europe based operators. I would recommend working with Paula for sure.

It was very well organized. I got to see everything I wanted and highly recommend!
5/5

The communication was fantastic and proactive and the trip was well planned and enjoyable. In fact, I had trouble with me luggage at the airport and while I ended up getting my bags in time, they had a contingency plan to have them delivered if they arrived (even) later.... which I appreciated. It's that level of customer service that made the trip even more enjoyable.

Hakuna Matata - no worries when working with Ben and colleagues and our awesome driver, Eli.
5/5

We chose E-trip from other very highly reviewed companies because of their quick, professional response. Ben and co. had specific information available in response to all of our questions - they had been to each location and could speak from personal experience.
All of our accomodations were beyond our expectations - we were very well taken care of. Our driver and guide, Eli, was an expert at finding, identifying and elaborating on animals in the parks. He accommodated any request we had without hesitation. We would do it all again!

Perfect tour operator
5/5

We booked two weeks customized privat safari in Kenya and Nairobi. Planning the tour was done within 1 week and everything was perfect, at least for the Kenya part. Unfortunately their partner in Tansania was not good at all (see SandLand Tours reviews), but Absolute Holidays Safari did a very good job. all three shuttle services as planned. David was allways there for questions. If you plan only safari in Kenya, this is the perfect one to ask. If you plan to include Tansania, checked first that the partner is not SandLand Tours. We have advised David to look for a more reliable partner in Tansania. SandLand Tours tried to get more money from us by saying one park fee (300$) was not included and we have to pay. Absolute Holiday Safari gave us back the money within 1 day when they heard the story. David met us on the Airport when arriving and also when coming back to Kenya to get a feedback from us about the tour. There is absolutely nothing to complain about them, except that their partner in Tansania should be kicked in the ass.

Compass Safari showed us the way!
5/5

We spent 5 days with Compass Safari in the week before Xmas. Leaving from Arusha, the first day was at Lake Manjara, the second and third day in the Serengeti and the 4th day in the Ngorongoro Crater. The 5th day was the trip back to Arusha.

All I can say is that this trip has been mind-blowing and that our guide of Compass Safari was the catalyst that made everything perfect. He drove us to mating lions, running rhino's, leopards in the trees, hippos play fighting and crocs sunbathing in the water, 7 lion cubs with two mothers, birds, birds and even more birds... Sim-cards with internet where provided, and a tsetse-fly-killing device was also at hand (electrical zapping racket). Explanations of the habits of the animals and how all the birds were called in English and in Swahili were given. We got the see the big 5. The food and hotels were what we expected and this had been well communicated by Compass. All in all I think that Compass Safari is a very professional Safari company that I would like to recommend to people who want a personalized Safari Experience in Tanzania.

Thank you so Much Compass Safari, Estevan
