I was nervous to book whilst in England not knowing any companies or which safari would suit us best. Researched and decided on Serengeti and Nronogono. Ed at Plex was patient, as had to change dates due to flight issues. The price he quoted was comparable to other agents. Ed was friendly, not pushy, always on the end of the phone if a question arose. The trip itself was amazing. From start to finish. Picked up punctually from the hotel, taken to the airport. Met by Ed in Tanzania, who introduced us to the guide, Lo was fantastic. Safe driver, extremely knowledgeable. The camp sites we stayed in were fantastic. I’d asked for tents to experience something different. The second site we stayed at, we were greeted by Zebra when we were escorted back to tent. Who’d of thought we would get so close. We always felt safe and looked after. I would highly recommend Plex Africa Safaris.
