Kim W helped us design a perfect holiday to celebrate a big anniversary.
Kim was very responsive while we modified our itinerary early on to cater to our budget and wish list. When we had our location and accommodations, she also helped giving us great ideas for activities in Cape Town. We started with a safari in Sabi Sands, on to Cape Town for a couple days including a shark cage dive and city explorer day, the Zambia/Victoria Falls, and finishing at China in Botswana. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. All along the way, Kim would send us our boarding passes the day before a flight. She is a gem!

Brilliant budget safari
A brilliant experience with a great tour guide. Benson was very helpful from the start, answering all my questions and making the process very easy to book. He ensured we were well looked and would message frequently to make sure we got on our transfers and arrived safely. The safari experience itself was amazing and the tour guide did a great job of showing us around and makeing sure we got the best view of the lions and cheetahs. Accomodation was okay considering we were in the middle Masai Mara. Food was okay.

Best Tourguide Ever!!!
We had the most amazing experience with our Tour guide Vuyo.
The experience exceeded our expectations! The guide was incredible. He went out of his way to help us catch a view of all the animals!
He was in touch with the other game drivers by radio so he knew where the sightings were throughout the day.
We saw the big 5 before breakfast.
The knowledge and love for the animals and nature poured out of him it was a truly AMAZING experience with a exceptional guide.

Travel to and from Kenya and internally.
The team at Kenya Safari Arcade were very responsive to my international and domestic trip requirements and provided timely and supportive information regarding travel to and from Kenya and for travel within. Having previously used the skills of Edith and Ruphina, I was very comfortable in returning to them for their experience and of sharing their details with friends. I had a great time on safari and the coast and would love to return again sometime soon.

Best Trip Ever
Hi Lindy,
Just got off the phone to you and thought I had better reply straight away incase the world got in the way and I forgot.
Mum Kevin and myself had the best time in South Africa and would not have changed a thing in the itinerary.
If we had to pick a highlight it was The Hyde. Daryl and Toppers were amazing along with all the staff. Food, atmosphere, wildlife did not disappoint. Even the 5.30am cool mornings in a tent were ok as we got dressed so quickly to meet the car. Hot water bottle was a welcome surprise in the evening bed. We felt we had privacy yet met some wonderfull people.They have the business plan all worked out.
All our pickups were ready and waiting for us throughout the stay and the detailed information given and also the app made checking easy. We loved the small air flights and the longest drive was to Motswari and we saw elephants, Lions, Wild Dogs,and Buffalo on the drive in.
Vic Falls was a relaxing interlude and the helicopter ride was a must to really understand the topography of the falls. It was also the best souvenir shopping in the streets walking back from the falls.
Rissington Inn was a relaxing transition to Motswari.
Motswari was very comfortable and once again would not have changed a thing. Due to the density of the trees and undergrowth animals were a little harder to find, but find we did. The only animal we did not see in our travels was a Cheetah. The accomodation was the most comfortable overall but The Hide won on a lot of little extras eg waterproof wool lined ponchos on the drives. And an almost over abundance of animals.
One again I would just like to thank you all so much for listening to our brief and your attention to every detail eg tipping, weather, what to pack, etc. I can not tell you how many times we easily could refer to all your info.

Best holiday ever - made even better by the service provided by Kim W
From start to finish Kim was amazing.
She provided a suggested itinerary, which over a couple of weeks was tweaked to give us a perfect plan for our safari in Botswana and Vic Falls.
We chatted over WhatsApp, which made things very easy.
3 days before our departure date I ended up in hospital with a chest infection. This is when Kim really came to the rescue.
She managed to rebook everything for a week later. She made herself available over the weekend.
I cannot speak highly enough of how Kim helped rescue our holiday. I have travelled extensively over many decades and Kim is by far the best I have ever come across.
And the holiday. Well that was amazing. Every lodge in Botswana was top class and the stay at Vic Falls equally fantastic.
If you want a safari to remember don't think twice about using Safari Online.
The other bonus was the cost was 20% cheaper than the competitors.

reputable company, everything worked well
we comunicated with email and WhatsApp. they picked us up 30min to late because of traffic jam. but at the safari they where always on time. the lodges where amazing and the food good. our guide joffrey and david did a super job and tried always the best, he was really very nice and a super safari guide. i defenitly can recommend this tour company.

Unforgettable amazing tour with Dennies from Jocky Tours
Unforgettable amazing experience to meet the wildlife with Dennis. We joined a 6 nights/7 days safari tour from Mara-Nakuru—Naivasha-Amboseli, lucky to see all the big five and hunting of the lions and cheetah , Leopard and rhinoceros, elephants walking in front of the mountains, hippopotamus eating grass at night. We do enjoy our trip very much and Dennies took a really good care to make sure we are comfortable during this trip. He is very gentle and thoughtful, shared stories of the wild animals and culture in Kenya. All the hotels are very nice too with good service and view. We do recommend going safari with Dennis and jocky.

Amazing safari trip with Dennis and Jocky Tours
My wife and I planned our trip to Kenya well in advance. We spent a lot of time comparing different safari options and agencies. Finally, we chose Jocky Safari.
Our driver and guide -Dennise was great. He's a great driver (really important driving from one national park to another), we has a great eye so he caught a lot of animals for us, he was always on time and took a good care of the car. Everything, with one exception, was according to plan and our guode didn't try to make us do something.
While safari, we were lucky enough to see cheetahs and lions hunting, large groups of elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and gazelles. Even more fortunately, Dennies always got information, he found a leopard in Nakuru Park and collected all the big five for us. He also shared a lot of information and stories of the wildlife and the culture in Kenya.
Jocky Safari isn't the cheapest option, but as safari is always expensive, it's worth for money to have fun in Kenya.

Thanks to Joseph and George, I had a wonderful Safari tour in Kenya.
I'm really lucky and glad that I choosed extra miles. Joseph really helped me a lot. His schedule was the best and most carefully. He mentioned all the details which makes me easily to understand all the travel plan. He gave me professional advice, reply all my questions in time. He can understand this trip is very important to me. My flight was changed by airline on the day I depart from China. I was so worried but Joseph replied my message in early morning and find the best way to help me solve the problem. Thanks to him that all my trip is very smoothly.
And my guide George, he surprised me because he can speak some Chinese. He is friendly and alway find the animals fast. He tried him best to help me find what I want to see.
