Poor Safari experience
First, regarding the full-day safari, The contract mentioned a full-day Safari, but what Patrick provided was not a full day. Patrick took us out daily from 8 AM to 4 PM, or from 8 AM to 12 PM and then from 4 PM to 6 PM. He said this was the park's requirement. However, as far as I know, other drivers booked through your company were out from 8 AM to 6 PM, or from 7 AM to 12 PM with lunch in the park and then from 4 PM to 7 PM. This does not align with your promise of a full-day Safari. Patrick’s actions were a significant breach of our agreement. He misrepresented the concept of a full-day safari, depriving us of valuable morning and evening game drive opportunities.
Except for Amboseli, where we stayed 2 km from the park, we were lodged inside the parks at Masai Mara, Nakuru, and Ol Pejeta. Therefore, we had ample time for full-day safaris, with no valid reason to return to the lodge early. Yet, Patrick insisted on bringing us back by 4 PM, citing non-existent park regulations. In contrast, other guides from your company provided a genuine full-day safari experience to their clients.
Second, while safaris are inherently unpredictable, this does not excuse a lack of skill in animal spotting. Our reduced game viewing time, confined mostly to the less active midday hours, undoubtedly decreased our chances of seeing animals. Given your extensive experience, you surely understand this impact better than I do.
Third, on the last day, Patrick refused our request to visit the Maasai market, citing safety concerns, theft, and distance, although our map indicated it was less than 30 minutes away and we had sufficient time.
Moreover, we learned that Patrick’s previous Chinese clients faced similar issues, such as being short-changed on safari duration, poor animal spotting, and being taken to overpriced souvenir shops.
We initially chose Africa Celebrity based on your reputed excellence. However, we are deeply disappointed by not only Patrick’s actions but also your company's failure to take responsibility and address these issues effectively.
Trust and respect are reciprocal, and regrettably, we did not feel either.
I hope no one else has to endure the dissatisfaction we faced due to a poor choice of safari provider.

The safari provider with the best price-performance ratio
First of all, a big compliment to our tour guide Richard. He drove us through the six days with his calm and confident manner and was able to show us all the animals (including lions, cheetahs, leopards and rhinos). The hotels: Mara Chui Lodge in the Masai Mara was good, the Lake Nakuru hotel was excellent and the Tremisana Lodge hotel in Amboseli was very good. I can only recommend the Big Time Safari, especially as their prices are very reasonable. Well done! Thank you for the great holiday!

Great Kruger Day Safari with Mo Africa
I had a great experience with Mo Africa. Firstly, they were accommodating and listening. I made a mistake with my booking; they sorted it out professionally. The communication was clear; what they stated, pick ups and drop offs, were done. Secondly, the safari was excellent. My guide was Lambs, who knew where and how we could see wild animals, shared his knowledge with us, and allowed us enough time to observe animals and enjoy the views. The day was worth and long enough. We're fortunate to see a white lion, lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants, rhinos in the distance, a wild dog, wild beasts, antelopes, kudu, hippos, crocodiles, mongoose, many different birds.

My husband and I were delighted with Chloe and Off2Africa , we described on email what our plans were and what we wanted to experience on our trip to South Africa . Chloe was really good at communicating and offering options for our trip. The selections of Lukimbi Lodge in Kruger and Old Drift Lidge in Zimbabwe were excellent . We loved them both the staff and Safari and excursions were amazing . All our internal flights and transfers were so smooth , was a trip of a lifetime would totally recommend xx

We recently returned from an unforgettable 7-day safari trip in Kenya with Meektrails Safaris, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect.
Communication with our consultant Diana was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, providing timely answers to all our questions and ensuring we were well-prepared for our adventure. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and we loved the bright orange water bottles and safari hats they gave us as presents.
The accommodations they booked for us were amazing—much better than the pictures they had sent us! We were consistently impressed with the quality and comfort of each place we stayed. Meektrails Safaris' presence and network in the parks were evident, as we saw their vehicles everywhere. Their network was even instrumental in helping my friend retrieve her teddy bear that she had forgotten at one of the national parks. We are very grateful for that!
A special shoutout to our guide, Antony, who has 26 years of experience as a safari tour guide. Antony was humorous, easy-going, and highly professional. His incredible ability to track animals without walkie-talkies, relying solely on his keen eyesight, was truly impressive. Thanks to him, we were able to see all of the Big Five. Not only did we see rhino families up close, but we also spotted a rare leopard—something many of our friends who visited Kenya never experienced.
Overall, our time with Meektrails Safaris was outstanding, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional safari experience in Kenya!

Incredible service, everything was perfect
Lydia was our point of contact for the safari. She was very helpful from the very early stages when we were trying to customise our safari to the end with fully delivered service. The iternary was very customisable and we were able together to curve out a plan that included Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli and then Zanzibar in 10 days. Everything ran smoothly to perfection. Whenever we had questions, before and during the safari she always replied promptly and she was willing to help. I believe the trip was value for money, at no point I felt like I wasn't getting my money's worth. We chose the budget options for accommodation which was totally fine in terms of cleanness and the staff were very helpful. Our driver Anthony in our game drives was amazing, knowledgable and fun! Totally recommend Uncut safaris!

The most amazing experience!
I have never done any travel like this, but our guide, Chris, made us feel so safe. He made sure we were settled and comfortable at each hotel we stayed at. The hotels were amazing, too! All of the accommodations were above and beyond what I was expecting. As safari trips go, this was extremely affordable. Our guide, Chris, made sure that we saw everything we wanted to see and gave us an adventure of a lifetime! I wish we could have a Chris with us on ever trip! :)

An amazing tour
We booked our three day safari tour with Lavender's help. Lavender was very responsive, responded to all my questions through WhatsApp, and sent over all the necessary information for me to feel comfortable booking. We went to the bus terminal at JNB to await pickup, and the driver was on time and very professional. During the five ish hour drive from JNB out to Hoedspruit we stopped a couple times for bathroom breaks. The ride was very smooth, we were with one other couple that was staying at a different location. We stayed at the Radisson in Hoedpruit and it was so lovely. The hotel was new, clean, and had beautiful views from the pool area and our room's patio. We were very comfortable at the Radisson and the restaurant and bar were nice. We did an afternoon safari at Modlito Private Game reserve, a full day safari at Kruger, and an early morning safari at Modlito Private Game reserve. The safaris were excellent, we saw elephants, giraffes, impala, zebra, baboons, rhinos, hippos, and more. We had paid to do the full day safari as a private tour, but due to scheduling we ended up doing all our safaris as private drives. The trackers and drivers were all excellent. We had the best time. I was very pleased with how professional everything was. I highly recommend booking your safari tour through MoAfrika.
