Review about Namib-Naukluft National Park by Erika Santana
We loved our trip to the Sossuvlei Desert. It is a unic place with scenic views and a good energy. It seams that Namibia is still evoluing in the tourst business. I think that the service given on the trip is too expensive for what they offer, but it is still worth. I would do it again.

My 4th time in Tanzania was the best of all... before the next one
Moodson has been a great guide, as well an excellent game-tracker, and a very nice fellow; all this combination gave me fantastic moments in the unique Serengeti. Waldo, the guide we had in the other places (Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, Tarangire) has been bad: this opinion was shared by everybody. I don't mind about having explanations about wildlife, for it was my 10th experience in this part of Africa, but the other people in the 4x4 always had to ask explanations to that guide, who was without motivation. We all thought we were ONLY money providers for him. Concerning the company I had booked with,i.e budgetsafaris, Olivia and Carlson are very nice people, they only need more experience. In any case, I'll go back to Tanzania. Please keep your wonderful country clean, safe and always fantastic!

5 day Safari
Our destinations were Masai Mara, Nakuru Lake and at the end Amboseli National Park. From the pick up to the return in our hotel in Nairobi everything went on time and smoothly. The overnight accomodation including catering were realy good, the daily safaris varied and interesting With Raymond we had the best driver you could have-Always on time , attentive and always with a good sense of humor.
The price for this tour was fair.

It is hard to believe this company is still in operation!!
This company stole thousands of dollars from my family. We prepaid for our safari vacation. Just before arriving we were tiled they were bankrupt. No one picked us up at the airport. Hotels were reserved but unpaid. And they were untraceable at their office in Arusha or by email. There is no way they should be allowed to operate. They are a criminal organization. Stay far away.

Very knolegeable about the wildlife, trees and vegitation. A pleasant personality.
Best tour I have been on...3rd time in 14 years.
We ran out of gas...the operator added fuel and engine would not start...the engine was misfiring on the way up to the falls. We drifted into shore right on top of hippos and their young.
I noticed only one paddle which I requested... guide would not give it to me... we would have been safer in my opinion on the river than beached in close proximity to the hippos and their young. I watched and the hippos moved up the river a short way. They were grunting, stomping and warning us but their alarm level seemed to be decreasing. So remaining quiet seemed the next best option.
Our rescue boat showed up with another load of guests. Rather than throwing a toe line and pulling us out into the river, the operator pulled along side of us, tied off and partially beached a second boat load of customers. While we were being toed out into the river the other boat was stirring mud and rocks as we moved back into the river...I was totally surprised that they didn't shear a pin and disable a second boat.
I was on a boat with family and friends... a second boat load of people were put in jeopardy... I think that training would be in order for your operators....
Training and drills... how to handle the unexpected.
I am always on the side of the working man...great men, just add training and drills.
Sincerely,
Dale Leivestad

An excellent safari with our guide Harun
We have just returned from a 5 day safari in Ngorongoro and Serengeti which surpassed our expectations We saw the 'Big 5' at pretty close quarters as well as numerous other animals. Our driver/guide, Harun, seemed to have a sixth sense as to where we would find animals.
The accommodation, both the tented and the lodge were extremely comfortable providing really tasteful food and the staff were amazing. You felt you were welcomed as friends.
We cannot recommend highly enough

Outstanding safari with Safari Multiways
We did a five day safari with Safari Multiways and could not fault it. It was amazing from start to finish. Romeo’s communication was perfect, the organisation could not have been better and our guide - Moses - was amazing! Ask for him! The accommodation was so much better than we expected, as was the food. We saw absolutely everything and didn’t feel like we missed out on anything. The best tour company around!

Amazing Experience and Wonderful People!
We booked the gorilla trekking in Uganda at the last minute, fault from our part... but Aba Global Tours & Travel was great at getting us in a tour, securing passes for the National Park (which is a challenge) and accomodated nicely to our requests, since we were flying to Kigali in Rwanda instead of Kampala in Uganda. Landed in Kigali, super early in the morning and our tour guide and driver greeted us at the airport on time. We built rapport immediately. We toured Kigali in the morning, we learnt so much about this amazing city and unfortunate past, and after lunch we headed north to Uganda where we were received in a nice, cozy hotel. The next day we woke up early and headed to the Park, we had the briefing session with the park rangers and then headed to the gorilla tracking. We were lucky enough to find the gorillas group of 8 after only one hour walk. The experience was invaluable, one of the best things I have done in my life. Super recommended!! Thank you Lydia and your team for a wonderful experience.
