From start to finish, our experience with PaperJet Travel was extraordinary. Justin was clear, timely, informative, and intuitive in all communication. He created for us a fantastic itinerary, including leisure time in Durban, a Sani-Pass tour into Lesotho, and an absolutely unforgettable, world-class Safari at Phinda. Justin offered a variety of options tailored to our personal desires and needs, then fine tuned our choices into a fulfilling, top notch experience. He personally handled many of our transports, including extemporaneous city tours full of his personal insights, and saved the day with an emergency shopping trip for an extra camera battery. Justin shared with us his knowledge and passion, fueling our interest and enthusiasm. His guidance and attention to detail permitted us to feel relaxed and prepared at every turn. It was a pleasure to be treated like like royalty and family simultaneously, and to have what amounted to be a marvelous experience, clearly exceeding our expectations. Absolute perfection!

Kenya tour with Oakland Tours and Safaris was excellent. Throughly enjoyed the Kenya experience.
we had no problem with language. Everybody could speak english. The service was excellent where ever we went. The safari was amazing. It was once in a life time experience. Edward our guide and driver did a great job. We really enjoyed his company.

Excellent tour & experience
I would like to praise Friendship African Adventure Safari for a great safari experience.
We saw many special animals and their unique acts thanks to Charles - our guide. Charles was patient, answring to all of our questions and always kept us updated due to his vast knowledge about the safari's life.
The jeep was always clean due to his daily maintenance. There were always bottles of water which was very important due to the heat.
I definitely would recommend!

You cannot better perfection in organizing a tour that met and surpassed all out expections.
After meeting Jonathon and giving him a list of places and things we wanted to see he arranged a holiday of a lifetime. As we were 2 ladies travelling alone we required to be met at each city and arrange for transport and personal guided tours. Our 3 days in Cape Town accom and tours well organised. Our 9 day safari with Letaka Tented Camp in the Okavango Delta taking in Moremi, Khwai and Chobe Areas was magic. Our guide Matambo a walking encyclopedia. We saw all the animals including 3 different leopards at very close range. Our safari staff and organisation fantastic. Meals and comfort first class. Our accommodation in Victoria Falls, ,Johannesburg, Nairobi, excellent. Lastly our 3 day safari in Masai Mara staying at the Sentinel Mara Camp which is a permanent camp situated on the Mari River. Words cannot describe this camp, glamour and luxurious tenting, owned and run by Peter and Wendy Dwycross. Peter, Wendy, Minny our hostess, and staff very professional. The meals, including lunch and breakfast in the bush, were 5 star. Our guide Jackson, found our cheetahs, and to see the great migration and this sight will remain with us forever. We also had the privilege of visiting a Masai village and meeting the villagers who danced and sang for us. Our reasons for going to Kenya were to see both the migration and visit a village. And so came the end of a magnificent holiday organised with perfection down to the last minor detail. Thank you Jonathon and the staff at Encompass Africa.
Amazing family adventure
We travelled to South Africa in June this year with our 2 children aged 11 and 14. Encompass Africa organised the whole trip, with every detail apart from international airfares. The trip was incredible, we loved Cape Town and the tours we took there (uthando, winery tour and Cape peninsula) and then the 3 Safari lodges that we experienced( Chitwa Chitwa, Tswalu and Madikwe). Danica from encompass Africa is so enthusiastic, it was hard to choose which trip to take there were so many incredible opportunities! The accommodation in every place was excellent in every place, we were even accommodated in an alternative lodge in Madikwe after a fire destroyed the family lodging. The trip was exceptional in every way and the organisation is second to none. We can’t wait to go back.

I wouldn't put a lot of trust in SafariBookings. They keep sending me these surveys to fill out on my trip to Kenya. I've never been to Kenya and Never had a tour with these folks. I'd steer clear of this outfit.

Excellent accommodation, food and game viewing.
I went with Transek Safaris to four parks in Kenya. Daniel organised a private safari for me to suit specific dates and this was very satisfactory. Peter our guide and driver was very obliging and was able to locate all the game I wanted to see including the black rhino and elusive leopard in Masai Mara. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

The tour matched and exceeded all expectations. Friendly knowledgable staff helped us to plan the itenary and every camp gave a different but always extremely enjoyable experience. Safari drives were excellent with guides determined to give us the best view of the location and the birds and game. Staff from Timbuktu were always available before and during the trip to give advice and help if necessary. There were no hitches, we travelled to four locations and all transfers went like clockwork. It was honestly the holiday of a lifetime and I would have no hesitation in recommending the team who will help you plan an unforgettable experience to match your expectations.

Memorable safari in Tanzania with African Qingshan Adventure
I was very glad to have a safari with African Qingshan Adventure. I tried to organize a last minute safari and the task was a bit difficult. I had the chance to find African Qingshan Adventure to support me on this mission. Mr Thompson helped us to organize the best program that suits to our agenda with his experience and recommendation that we founded very helpful. The team was very flexible with our wishes and they do their best to satisfy all our demand.
We had a very warm welcoming lunch in Arusha during that we met the African Qingshan Adventure team.
We was with a very experienced and friendly guide. he drove us to Lake Manyara, ngorongoro conservation area and Serengeti national park. During the game drive, our guide Aron did his best to find for us the maximum of animals in their normal life to spot them and on the main time he was explaining to us the wild life.
Thompson and Aron choose for us a very nice accommodation during our safari within our budget.
