Amazing safari with really professional guide and management team!
I really highly recommend Jocky Tours & Safaris to your budget safari in Kenya.
I was recommended by one Spanish friend and since the first e-mail to Minneh she demonstrate to be really professional and always answering all e-mail in couple of hours.
She was really patience and clear when explaining me all options of safari and always clear and fast to answer all my doubts (price, what was included, options of parks to visit, how many days).
Since the first e-mails, I was always filling really comfortable and safe to my pick for Jocky tours.
We made a small transfer few weeks before our trip to guarantee our safari, and never had problem with the transfer. Everything went well and Minneh never pressure us to make the transfer.
Me and my girlfriend we had our flight delay for 24 hours to arrive to Kenya and Minneh was always keeping track of us and made last minute changes by our request so we could made the necessary changes for our Safari. We had in the beginning the 7 days safari and because we were arriving one day late to Nairobi and we already had our trip back schedule, Minneh made all the changes request by us without charging anything extra, she also decrease the full day safari cost of the day we lost.
Our driver for the 6 days was Raymond. Really professional driver, really good guide in the Park and always listening to our most crazy request. If we want Lions, Raymond drove us to Lions or whatever we asked him.
He was always polite and really respectful of our space. If we wanted to understand a little about Kenya or other topics he was always willing to talk, but if we were tired and want some silence he really respected that. Really recommend Raymond as a driver and safari guide.
We choose the budget safari, where you sleep on tents and you share the van with more people. If you want to visit Kenya and you are traveling with limited budget this is your choice. The experience to sleep in tents and share the van are not as bad as it looks like. The experience is amazing. The places we stay are normal, but clean and comfortable and of easy access to the safari. We are a young couple but we saw a lot of families and older people with the tent option too. I highly recommend, it’s just more real than a 5 star hotel.
I´m writing this review to highly recommend Jocky Tours & Safaris for your budget safari in Kenya. Before booking with them I tried to find more reviews online but because they are local operators I could find too many. This is why I’m writing to express how satisfied my girlfriend and I were with our pick to safari operator.

I would change a couple of destinations and have 2 nights at each Lodge. Tree Tops I found lacking in service and food average.
I believe due to the historic relevance they staff rest on their laurels. We did not hear a buzzer in the room during the night, yet some of my clients saw herd of about 80 Ellies around the water hole. When I asked why the buzzer did not go the response was there was nothing. On questioning why when 80 Ellies were drinking the answer was, you saw elephants last night. We had seen 2.
I would NOT return to Tree Tops.

Well organized and value for money
Top cream lived up to our expectations and the actual services were very much in line with what was committed. They were very prompt in responding to our queries pre-booking and ensured that we were given all required information for us to make an informed choice. Once in Kenya, Mr. Erastus (Manager) met us a day before our safari and briefed us about the safari and set expectations accordingly. Appreciated them doing this as it helped us prepare ourselves better.
The Safari in itself was well planned. John Ngkonge was our guide for the entire trip and he was fantastic! He was well informed, communicated really well, was funny and entertaining! We felt really safe with John right from the moment we left Nairobi. Our accommodations were well taken care of and was the same as promised.
Overall, highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic Tour
My experience was greatly enhanced by the knowledgeable, patient, and friendly guide, Vincent. Not only was he was extremely professional from a logistical standpoint - driving me in a comfortable van to and from Maasai Mara National Park, offering frequent breaks & delicious lunch options .Furthermore, he enriched my experience with descriptions of the native foliage, demographics, and culture of the Maasai people around the park area.

With my girlfriend we had 3 days of safari with them in the parks Tarangire, Lakemaniara and Ngorongoro. As soon as we arrived at Arusha airport, we were "picked up" by Ali (Abraham's collaborator) and escorted to their office where we had a brief briefing on how the safari would take place. The parks we visited were wonderful, we could see the animals in their natural state, approach them and photograph them directly from the jeep. An extraordinary experience. Everything was made even more pleasant thanks to the support of our very nice Juma guide. The days pass quickly on the jeep, but the rest in the lodges is amazing. I must say that Abraham has been able to choose, for our overnight stay, wonderful structures surrounded by nature. Everything was organized in detail, we did not have to worry about anything. Abraham and Ali are available to solve any kind of problem that may arise.

The experience I had with the Butterfly Travel Solutions' tour guid was just out of this world.
The service and communication was very efficient, they were very professional and time conscious, the safari tour too was really good, I got to experience and see the wild animals in the park, the service provision in general was very good beyond expectations, Good work!

Amazing ! Worth it :-)
We've booked a 9 days Safari including Tanrangire, Natron Lake, Lengai, Serengeti, Empakaai, Olmoti, Ngorongoro with Safari Multiways : just awesome ! Personal advice : be prepared to be tired if you do the same ;-)
I've planned 1 motnth before the itinerary with Romeo who's very patient, pro and really wants to help you to do exactly what you want.
And guess what, no problem, everything happened exactly as planned. And the price was very attractive.
We've gone with Renatus, an excellent cook ! Everyday we had a different meal, big portion (too big sometimes, impossible to finish), good food ! A nice man who helped us all journey long.
For the first 2 days, Amos was our guide and driver. Very good ! We saw a lot of animals, he showed us a lions hunt (far but cool) and gave us a lot of explanations about wildlife.
Then, Omary was our new driver and guide for the rest of the trip and he was excellent too ! He's a very good driver, I mean, drive well but also he reacts fast (we didn't miss any single animal) and he puts you in the very best position to see animals. Maybe you will not be the first one to arrive but I can guarantee, you will be placed like a king, just in front of the lion or the leopard to watch him very well. He knows very well his job, always gives us a lot of explanations, very social, nice and cool (always a pleasure to have diner with him), speak excellent english and he's passionate ! In addition to that, he will show you all the animals, and by all, I mean all (big 5 ok for us and seeing a Rhino is very rare). For instance, just for us, we've seen : 30 lions, 1 rhinos, 3 cheetah, 4 leopard, 5 crocodiles, 4 hyenas and for the rest, it counts by dozen :-)
So I can highly recommend SM.

renting car with friends
With a group of friends (10 of us), we made a trip around Rwanda last August. We needed to rent a van for some parts of this trip (in Akagera national park, in Cyangugu and in Gisenyi). We found that the service that was provided by Mumwe African Skimmer Safaris was excellent, with very cautious and kind drivers who facilitated every step of our trip. We were also very pleased with the vans, comfortable enough for ten people with lugages (one bag for each). Fot Akagera we prefered to have two vans for the facility to take pictures of animals.
We have much appreciated the flexibility of Mumwe African Skimmer Safaris to provided vehicles where and when we needed them and we recommend this company to people looking for car rentals in Rwanda.

Unforgettable experience
We had such a fantastic trip with Sunup adventures. Chris was very responsive with all communication before the trip and our driver/guide John was wonderful! We went out for a full day game drive which did not disappoint we saw 4 of the big 5. John was very flexible and happy to do what we wanted. They even helped me organise a surprise Hot Air Balloon ride for my partner which was also a fantastic experience. We’d definitely recommend Sunup to any friends.
