We decided to go for Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris because Ushma provided us with the best quote for our itinerary. This is our itinerary for the trip:
Day 1: Arrival
Day 2: Tarangire NP
Day 3: Serengeti NP
Day 4: Serengeti NP
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Day 6: Waterfall, coffee workshop, hot spring tour
Day 7: Departure
The trip was amazing and we couldn't recommend the operator, and our guide Felix enough. The highlights of our trips were:

Serval cat during the day at Serengeti
Close encounter with two cheetahs at Serengeti
Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented Safari Camp - amazing accommodation
Lioness successfully hunting a wildebeest at Ngorongoro

(We didn't get to see a leopard though, guess another reason for us to visit again!)
Felix was very knowledgeable and always on the look out for animals throughout the whole trip. Also, recommending us to leave quite early for the morning game drive (at Serengeti and Ngorongoro). Those were the days that we get to experience the parks with very little tourists and many animal activities.
Must-haves:
Telephoto lens (slightly heavy but worth it)
Warm clothes (especially for Ngorongoro - we were freezing at 6am when the temperature dropped to 8C!)
Eye drops and scarfs (masks) for dusts during the whole game drive
Lens wipe - not just for your camera for also glasses/ sunglasses
Final tips:
Be prepared for the "African massage" - it was relentless. After leaving Arusha there is no paved road until the last day when we got back again. The guide will do everything possible to make the trip more comfortable but just a heads up that it will be quite an adventure.
Stay at least 2 nights in Serengeti! We wished we extended our trip to include an extra night - especially when we got to stay at Signature Serengeti Luxury Tented Safari Camp. During dinner we saw a hyena ran across the plains. The location, amenities, meals, accommodation are all on point. We cannot recommend staying here enough. An extra night would also allow for an evening game drive (or extra time to relax) so that you will have more opportunities to see different types of animals. If it was 1 thing we could change about our trip it would be this.
Be patient. The only reason we got to have a close encounter with the cheetahs and witnessed a successful hunt was because we waited. Some people gave up as soon as they arrived and didn't see any action. We are in the middle of National Park, not a theme park. Patience is a virtue.
Skip Lake Manyara National Park, we were told that the flamingos have not been spotted in this lake for at least 5 years due to water pollution. We made the right choice to spend more time at other parks instead.
Pack light. The space on the jeep is limited and the more you pack there more you need to carry and store throughout the whole journey.
Finally, have fun and relax when you are at the park. Do not stress over what animals you will see, and when. It is nature so nothing is guaranteed. As our guide Felix always said "You never know what is around the corner". There is so much to see, so many activities happening. Nobody has the exact same experience and that is the beauty of this trip. You will get to have a unique personal experience at one the Africa's best game reserve.

In February we went on our first safari with Alkanjaoi Tours and Safaris. It was really impressive. Our second safari was in Tarangire National Park. That was a great safari. Our driver Peter knew his way around. We saw the big four in the park. Unfortunately, there are no rinos there. We had three spectacular days in the park. Thanks to Alkanjaoi Tours and Safaris.

Absolutely amazing!! Words and pictures don’t even do it justice!
It was such a beautiful experience being in Serengeti with family! I took so many photos!! It was wonderful how close we could get to the animals! Our guide Kelvin was so knowledgeable and shared so much information! Accomodation was beautiful surrounded with beautiful views and you could see giraffes from a distance at the tent, the best part was the outdoor shower definitely worth it. I can’t wait to back again ! The whole trip was planned perfectly with Jessica and all the people were just so nice and friendly!!

Beautiful, fun safari!
We had a fantastic time on our trip with Beacon Safaris. We did a 6 day safari with two days at Masai Mara, 1 day at Lake Nakuru and 2 days at Amboseli. Each park is unique and incomparable. The lodging and food at each was also fantastic.
Our driver, Ken, was AMAZING. He was friendly with everyone and took excellent care of us. He was so knowledgeable about the area and animals. He answered all our questions. Ken could spot lions and rhinos from the road and got us so close. It was an amazing experience.
Definitely recommend booking with Beacon! The entire process was easy and smooth.

Amazing Tour
Before deciding on the circuit we asked Rickus many questions and he always answered very accurately and very quickly.
So we went as a family of 5, with confidence. Our stay was quite up to what we expected : two days in the Kruger Park with Eric as a French-speaking guide. He has always listened to our wishes, his experience and perfect knowledge of animals allowed us to see the Big Five and many other species.
In addition to that, Eric and Rickus are very good cooks, they were able to make us appreciate the local cuisine over a wood fire.
We then stayed in the Tangala Safari camp with accommodation in luxury tents, careful catering and 4x4 trips twice a day with a dedicated driver and tracker who again showed us many animals from up close (including 4 out of 5 of the Big five). Everything was done so that our stay is personalized to the maximum.
The return by the panoramic road ended to enchant us on the beauties of South Africa.
Rickus accompanied us throughout the stay with great discretion, efficiency and sympathy.
