Smooth sailing from start to finish
Of course we loved our first safari experience because of the animals - the adventure and the fact that it felt like we were entering a different world. But we also felt very lucky having found a tour operator we could 100% rely on. From our first inquiry until after our trip we were personally kept informed and updated about everything we needed to know which gave us a great sense of calm on our long and exciting journey including flights within SA. Everything went smoothly and we would gladly book with them again.

Unforgettable experience
My family and I enjoyed our safari experience. We were able to see all the big 5 animals, with the help from our amazing guide Robert. He was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had the best experience!! We would definitely love to go on another safari with this company. Thank you so much!

Very nice
I liked how our guide James was always calm and didn't play loud music. But when we returned to Nairobi, we had a difficult time because our vehicle suddenly changed from a Land Cruiser to a van. It changed so suddenly that I didn't even have time to tip the guide.

Unforgettable Safari: Judith's Perfect Planning, Derrick's Expert Guiding, and 5-Star Serengeti Stay
We recently returned from a trip of a lifetime, thanks to the impeccable planning and communication by Judith. She was professional and helped us arrange a 5-star itinerary that perfectly suited our needs and was competitively priced.
Our stay at the Four Seasons in the Serengeti was nothing short of spectacular. Over the course of three days, we enjoyed amazing game drives and a visit to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide, Derrick, was exceptional—his expertise and keen eye allowed us to get within feet of the wildlife. We were thrilled to see four of the Big Five up close.
We can't wait to return to this incredible destination to spot the elusive rhino. Highly recommend booking with Judith and her team.

Beyond any expectations
It was such a rewarding lifetime experience that turned out to be beyond any explanation! Together with a friend, we took a two-day safari: one day in Tangerine National Park and the second day in the Maasai Boma community and the Ngorongoro Crater. We joined a group of other people, since safari vehicles usually accommodate 4-7 people. We had different drivers each day, and both were very experienced not only in Game Drives but also in communicating with us to maintain a good mood and positive vibes within our group. They did their best to spot as many wild animals as possible. In the crater, among others, we saw many lions (including three males), some of which were scratching their backs on the wheels of the trucks! Using binoculars, we clearly saw a rhino! We were as lucky as if we were on a more than five-day safari! It was totally worth it and a value-for-money safari trip! Our general tour guide took excellent care of us, arranging everything from the very first to the very last moment of this trip! I am so grateful!

a great organization that provides you with every detail. From briefings to daily contact.
it has been a real pleasure to use the services of cover kenya. With Vincent as personal agent, we were informed daily about our plans. Even if we had questions or requests, everything was done to give us a 5-star experience.

Professionalism and competence
Fantastic 5 night safari at Mikumi, Nyerere and Udzungwa Mountains parks with Smile with us.
The staff we communicated with for the organization was very helpful and prepared to accommodate our requests.
The guide Hassan speaks good Italian and managed our entire trip with great professionalism.
The driver was competent and professional.
The hotels we stayed at (Bastian Camp and Nyerere Tended camp) are quality hotels with great accommodations, exquisite cuisine and exceptional staff. The hotel inside the Mikumi park (Bandas camp) offers very simple accommodation and cuisine but still equipped with everything you need.
Doing this type of safari by car was fascinating because it allowed us to see and learn about many local realities.
Mikumi and Nyerere parks are smaller parks than those in the north but with the great advantage of a lower presence of tourists. Nyerere is still a rather authentic park! We spotted, even very closely, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas and various birds.
The excursions to the Masai village, the safari boat and the trip to the Udzungwa Mountains were fantastic. Particular and curious is the walking safari of about two hours with Doctor Simba to discover the traditions linked to the different plants of the savannah.
In short, an INDIVIDUAL safari and not a group one, EXCEPTIONAL!
Congratulations Smile with us!
