Good
The experience was over all amazing.
The game drive was awesome, we had a very calm, polite and sweet guide Jimmy (I’m giving him a 20/10, he is just amazing). I’m recommending him. We had the opportunity to see the Top 5 animals (Leopard, Lion, Elephant, Rinno and Buffalo)We had a picnic in Massai Mara on the second day, it was really a greaaaaaat experience.
Giving a 4 stars because the lack of communication with the agency.
Hellen was very responsive on emails but when it’s comes to coordinating the pick up at my place it was terrible. They sent the driver at 7,15 as agreed but didn’t gave him my number so he couldn’t contact me, i was still waiting for him until they called me at 8.30 to inform me he was downstairs waiting for me. So make sure to ask about name and number of the driver a day before
The Hotel (Jambo mara) is nice, with good employees. I had a bad room on the first day, apparently the hotel was full, I didn’t receive any communication about it. They made a Room change the next day. There was no hot water in the rooms and it’s winter time.
Booked and paid for a Massai Mara village visit but it didn’t happen again no communication from the agency.
I do recommend the agency, but make sure you ask all the needed information and point out all your needs.
And Again Thank you Jimmy you made this trip unforgettable. You are appreciated

Very accommodating, friendly and best at what she does.
Hands down, Donwel Tours and Travels more than exceeded my expectations. This simply was the best safari trip I have ever had in my life. And I have been to quite a few safaris in the past. From the bookings, travel arrangements and lodging at Voi Wildlife Lodge, the sheer variety and volume of animals I saw on the game drives was amazing. To top it all up, a stay at the beautiful Swahili Beach Hotel in Diani was something I will never forget. Thank you Donwel Tours and Travels for an exceptional safari experience. I will definitely be booking with you next time I visit Kenya.

Wonderful safari which we will never forget.
Our family of 5 just returned from the trip of a lifetime and are still searching for words to express our joy and gratitude. Thanks to Porcupine Expeditions we experienced unforgettable moments. Anna is very professional and what's more, she's a very nice and helpful person. Responses to inquiries were immediate. Refining the details to meet our requirements was no problem at all. From the moment we left the airport at Kilimanjaro, we were under the care of the team. We didn't have to worry about anything. Every problem like transfer, buying a local sim card or other purchases has been solved immediately. The welcome we received in Arusha made a huge impression on me. Anna, her daughter Juliann and the rest of the team welcomed us with a family dinner. The way Anna treats and welcomes her guests makes it possible to integrate with the locals and learn about their culture, including the basics of the language :). Safari guide Mike was amazing. He tried to make us have as many impressions as possible. He didn't give up until we achieved our goal of seeing the entire Big 5. We had a very helpful cook on our safari. Anna's daughter Juliann is an incredibly nice person who makes sure everything goes well. Even when we went on another trip to Zanzibar, Anna kept texting me to ask if everything was OK with us. I sincerely recommend Porcupine Expeditions if you need to organize a safari in Tanzania and what's more at a reasonable price. I travel a bit around the world but I have never experienced such warm hospitality.
Thank you Anna, Juliann and the Team.

Fantastic Botswana safari coupled with wonderful Victoria Falls visit
I cannot say enough good things about our Pembury Tours safari vacation to Cape Town, Botswana and Victoria Falls. I was a little nervous about all the air and ground transfers as we moved from place to place, but the people and services set up to greet us at every step of the trip were flawless. There was someone helping us with transportation and through the lines at airports and visa entry points which made everything easy and comfortable. Our Pembury Tours travel agent, Kerry Ririe, was always available via phone or WhatsApp, and that connectivity was reassuring throughout our trip.
I loved our three nights at Camp Xakanaxa. It was beautifully situated in the Okavango Delta with large decks overhanging the water where we enjoyed cocktails and wine around a fire every night. The sunsets and sunrises were so gorgeous there. The camp was meticulously kept up, our tent well-tended to and housekeeping stellar. The food was delicious. They set up a dinner one evening in the courtyard with tablecloths and lanterns. It looked magical and truly felt like an outdoor safari dinner. They also provided wonderful boat rides on the water to view the hippos and birds.
The Xakanxa safari guides were wonderful at the camp, joining us for meals and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Our guide was Ketz - he was super. We saw lots of animals, including a pride of 8 female lions devour a large Cape Buffalo while it was still alive. What a NatGeo moment!!
Chobe Game Lodge was beautiful and very modern. Our rooms had flower petals spread over our beds when we arrived -- nice touch! We were kept very busy there with safari outings in the morning and late afternoon and a boat ride on the Chobe River right after lunch. Our guide was Irene, and we saw hundreds of elephants, lots of lions (and their cubs), giraffes, baboons, crocodiles, zebras, cape buffalo and of course the ubiquitous impalas. They also set up tables all around the grounds one evening so you had your own intimate table by yourself. The table area was lit with lanterns and service was great.
Both Camp Xakanaxa and the Chobe Game Lodge were full-service arrangements, meaning all meals were included as was an open bar. Our safari outings on land and water were always supplemented by water, sodas or other refreshments. If it was a cool morning we were provided blankets to keep us warm. The jeeps and boats were always clean and comfortable, and operators focused on traveler comfort and safety while seeking the best wild animal viewing opportunities.
Victoria Falls was mesmerizing. The water level was pretty high and we had a great guide named Lucky leading our tour. The Hotel Ilala was very nice and situated very near the Falls. The lodging at Ilala included a magnificent breakfast. All the staff we engaged with were extremely courteous and helpful.
We used Uber to get around Cape Town and that proved to be very easy. Pembury Tours arranged our tickets to visit Table Mountain. We got up to the top in the morning and were able to enjoy the stunning views of Cape Town. We stayed in The Commodore Hotel down near the waterfront and enjoyed exploring the shops, bars and the aquarium. The Commodore breakfast was superb, and we sampled evening dinners at nice restaurants (Villa 47 and Codfathers) in the local area.
The foundation of our highly successful safari vacation was Kerry Ririe! Beginning months before our Pembury Tours down payment and contract signing, Kerry was helpful with email exchanges addressing questions and concerns we had. She volunteered advice and counsel as we tailored our safari itinerary, and once in country she kept in touch periodically to ensure all was going to plan. When our departing international flight was suddenly canceled and slipped 24 hours, she quickly arranged for an airport pickup and hotel rooms for the three of us. She ensured our daughter was surprised with a birthday cake and champagne at Chobe Game Lodge -- how considerate! Kerry was fantastic and made the trip so enjoyable for us in every respect. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her Pembury Tours services again.

Francis helped us achieve a dream of seeing the gorillas in Uganda
Francis is a phenomenal tour guide. From
Pick up to drop off at the airport he took excellent care of myself and my husband. I am a mobility challenged person and Francis made sure that I was able to see and do everything. From initial planning to point out birds and animals, he was always focused on making this trip wonderful. He was patient when we had questions and very knowledgeable on all things Uganda. We had a wonderful trip.

Awesome experience to choose again
I did a 6 day private safari with Blingson Safaris in Kenya and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! I was able to customize the itinerary according to my interests and add a bike ride in Hell's Gate National Park which was a great experience. I went to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli and got to see an amazing range of wildlife. The highlights were watching a cheetah hunt in Maasai Mara and watching scores of elephants parade in front of Mount Kilimanjaro at Amboseli. I also got to see many zebras, impalas, giraffes, wildebeest, lions, and more!
My driver-guide ken was absolutely incredible and made sure I was safe while showing me a rich array of wildlife. He is very knowledgeable and also a very kind person who cares about providing a high-quality experience. You will have a truly memorable experience with him as your guide.
As a final note: ask to stay in Sopa lodges if you can. They are amazing, both in terms of quality accommodation and service.
Blingson Safaris got you covered.

Excellent experience Overall with Greg Adventures
Very good experience overall. The company did what it promised to do, and everything was well organized. We did the safari in both Kenya and Tanzania, and both were equally good. Overall, the experience was better than expected. The tour guides both in Kenya and Tanzania were very knowledgeable and experienced.
It was a custom tour therefore we had the flexibility. All the places we stayed were nice and the food throughout the entire 10-day trip was excellent. I would recommend "Greg Adventures" to people looking for a private custom tour in Kenya and Tanzania.

Very good service
My husband and I went on a trip to South Africa for 11 days in the end of June. We stayed 6 days in Cape Town and 5 days in Kruger Park at the Baobab Ridge lodge area for a safari experience. All the pick ups and tranfers to and from the airport and between places inside of South Africa worked out very well, the service was very good and efficient. The communication between us and the operator was impecable. All our questions were answered and everything was organized with detail and caution. The operator was also very easy to reach out at all times before the trip and also during. Our guide in Cape Town was very knowledgeable, she knew a lot about not just the history of the country, but also about endemic vegetation and wild life. We definitely learned a lot with her, which was amazing. She also knew where to get certain things that are traditional in south africa. She also bought me a lip balm for my dry lips. Very caring and thoughtful. We spent one day out in the ocean for a shark cage experience. Very unique and all worked out pretty well too. In the Kruger Park at the logde where we stayed, people were very nice, the facilities were great, pretty luxurious. The food was so delicious, I am pretty sure the cook was a top chef. The guides in the safari were very nice and we also learned a lot with them about the animals and the surroundings. It felt really crazy and spectacular to see the animals in their habitat and so close. It was a fabulous experience and I truly recommend this company to organize such a trip.
