The tour went as we planned. The accomodations were comfortable, despite our low budget. Every camps was really nice, as well as all the people were very very kind. I am intollerant to gluten, and every person took care of my needs, so I am deeply grateful to them.
We changed 3 drivers, and each one was good in his work, especially the last one, Boniface.
Fiona, the manager, was always available for every questions , and ready to solve any matters, and that's made us feel safe.
She reached our group halfway the tour, to make sure everything was going well.
We spent a lovely week, in the middle of the nature. We are very satisfied of our holiday and thankful to Fiona for the organization.
And the parks are really amazing!!

Balu Travel is definitely the best
When I decided to finally travel to Africa and do the famous Masai Mara safari, I started looking out online for a reliable travel agent who could arrange everything for me. I came across many Tour operators and then sent messages to the 3 ones I selected. Morris was quick to revert back with an initial plan. His response was quick which gave me the confidence to move ahead with Balu Travel. I had many modifications to be done to my plans and Morris was ever so patient to attend to them and come back with exactly what I wanted. This made things so much easy for me. The payment process was ever so smooth and very safe. The confirmations were sent by Morris in a jiffy once the initial payment was done. Not only did I book the Safari with him, but the hot air Balloon and the airport transfers as well. Such was the efficiency. When we arrived, the driver was ready, all the other drivers for pick and drop were on time and Morris made sure to keep me updated via Whats App on every step of my trip.
On arrival at the Keerok Bush strip, Jeremy our guide was ready to welcome us. The next 3 days were nothing short of the best adventure. Jeremy is very well versed with the area and knows exactly where to find the animals. His knowledge of the region and the animals is paramount. Always with a smiling face and a humble attitude, we were glad Jeremy was around to show us what a real safari is.
Right from the planning to the time we went back to the airport to take our flight home, Morris made life very easy for me with the planning and Jeremy made the ground work too exciting.
If you are looking for a Safari in Kenya, Balu Travel and Morris is the go to agency. Don't look around beyond them !!

4 day Tanzania safari with Suricata safari
Let me just start with what a great team is present at Suricata safari, ours was a last moment honeymoon plan to Tanzania due to some reason. I got their contact details online and then connected with their customer care executive Halima, who helped us out all the way till the moment we reached our Arusha hotel and even after that. Our connecting flight to Kilimanjaro was delayed by over an hour but our local connect Mr. T was patiently waiting for us at the airport, we landed pretty late around 10 pm but still he was very jovial and helpful, he answered all our queries helped pick up dinner (it was almost 12.30 am when we reached our hotel) and stayed there till we checked in.
Next day in the morning the pickup vehicle was present at the promised time and they drove us to Twiga lodge (the starting point), from where we drove to Serengeti park along with our awesome guide Mr. Rocky. Rocky and the support team including our chef James were pretty awesome. On day 1 & 2 we visited Serengeti where they delivered on their promise of an awesome safari experience and also went out of their way if we requested any animal sighting if mentioned in the brochure and we were not able to see, they coordinated with the available resources and tried to give us the best experience. On day 3 we visited the Ngorogoro crater where again Rocky was on his best form, he was able to provide us sightings of animals he promised and also gave detailed info alongwith pics from their book. Day 4 we visited the Tarangire national park with one more guide Mr. Ismail, again and excellent guide who delivered on his promise of a great safari. Once done they dropped us back to our hotel in Arusha again waiting till we checked in.
Just to add a few points here, the whole team is very helpful and they went out of their way to ensure our comfort and safety, we being Indians they ensured we had the diet as per our preference and also provided on time food along with hygienic and tasty food. Also we had a vegan in the group for whom they ensured food was served as per their preference. From pickup at the airport to drop off they keep a tab on all minute details and help out whenever asked for including pickup and drop off at airports. One of the best things is there are no hidden or extra charges they deliver on the cost they quoted. They give you various options depending on your budget and cater to it as per that, and do not differentiate as per the budget, very courteous. The vehicles are also very comfortable and well maintained.
So at the end just want to add if you are looking for a great safari in Tanzania let it be on a budget or something extravagant Surtica safari is one of the best around based on my experience. They are value for the money paid.

First I rarely do reviews but felt good to give credit where it belongs.
When we began communications with safari zest tours we knew we had made the right choice. They are extremely knowledgeable and provided us with tailor made tour which ticked all of our desires at affordable and fare prices
We appreciate how Kevin and Onesmus did everything in person, from warm welcome at the airport, unique item in the gifts bag and clear plans for accommodation, transport and game drives . Kevin called us every morning and evening checking if we are okay and satisfied with the services and if they were any challenges. He kept reassuring us that he's just a phone call away
Onesmus was super good. He didn't just spot the animals but also narrates different stories about different communities and the history of the land
The jeeps were very comfortable and included WiFi and charging ports
The accommodation were beyond our expectations and we enjoyed our the luxury tempted camp
The perfect location to base ourselves
We are truly grateful for the memories this trip has provided us we look forward to our next adventure

Very good value for money !
I contacted Steve&Richard Safaris for a day-trip to Tsavo. Steve was very pro reactive and friendly, and I spent a wonderful day at the Tsavo. He gave many explanations and let me take pictures and look at the animals without any stress...We stayed 2 additional hours in the Tsavo, as I enjoyed looking at the elephants. The price is very fair for the day. Let me recommand Steve&Richard Safaris! Thanks Steve!

The best safari :)
We went on a 3 days safari in Serengeti and Ngorngoro conservation area. Our 3 days safari was an amazing experience, we wish to stay even longer. In just 3 days we have seen so many animals - even baby lions, lions who have caught a zebra and some lions feasting with a buffalo, cheetah, leopard and so much more. Our guide was the best, he knew so much about wildlife - about animals and as well about flora of Tanzania (which is the best ;)) He also took care for everything and that everyone is feeling ok.
Also the food was really delicious. The chef was cooking really good and for every meal there was a lot of choice, so everyone can find something for him.
Overall, everything was perfect. All the staff of Surica are really nice and ready to help you, even before your safari starts. They even went with us to the pharmacy as we didn't feel well. So I would recommand this tour to everyone.

The perfect safari
This safari was perfect. We saw a lot of animals and we were really lucky to see baby lions, leopard, cheetas, girafes, elephants and so much more. Some of the animals came very close so we took some very good photos.
The food was also delicious and we can choose between a lot of different options and everyday was different food.
Our tour guide was Damian and he did a good job. If we have any question he always knew the answer. You can tell by his work that he loves doing it and he know a lot about the every animal and also plants. He was also funny so we were all in a good mood all the time.
I will recoment this safari to everyone because its worth.
