We came across the Cardboard Box via an Internet review and couldn't have been more surprised and happy. Anita our consultant was very approachable and very professional in her approach. Lots of suggestions after listening to our questions and prepared a tailor made itinerary which ran smoothly. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and included a great map with fuel stops and banking facilities included.

Every aspect of our 5 day safari with home to africa was A1.. brilliant! Our driver.. and now friend Nasser.. was extremely knowledgeable experienced and nothing was too much trouble. Food and accomodation was unbelievable.. we didnt expect such high standards. We had the time of our lives.. thank you Elias for your help also and for running such a professional company.

Amazing Adventure

Action packed, eye opening, varying, awesome experience, surpassed expectations!
Masihambe Afrika was well organised from woah to go. This was our first trip to Africa travelling through South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Ant Washford, our guide did a fantastic job of organising us all, sharing lots of knowledge about all the animals we encountered and using his culinary skills to keep us well fed. The varied accommodation was great. We would totally recommend booking with Masihambe Afrika.

Jono and his team did an awesome job for our group arranging our first-time African holiday. Our holiday was amazing - our accommodation and safaris were superb. Encompass Africa exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be calling on them the next time we go to Africa. They even think of the small, yet important things, eg. arranging someone to meet us at the airport to show us to our airport hotel was much appreciated after a long flight from Australia. After my &Beyond operator let me down I contacted some operators to schedule a 15 day trip to Botswana, Simbabwe, Zambia..my 4th experience in Africa. Martin was the one chosen and after some talking designed a Safari for me. Everything met my expectations and I’m taking this time to write this because I lost my first flight to Harare and a Sharter to the Lodge in my first day of the trip ( I tnx Latam for that - never trust them) and as soon as I contacted Martin in Johannesburg he managed to help me promptly. I’m so glad I choose him. Don’t think twice. It’s in the bad times that you can see what kind of service you are getting and he was amazing.

Natasha with Sun Safaris was excellent when assisting my wife and me prepare our recent trip to Botswana. She helped us select two wonderful lodges that delivered all the experiences we had hoped for during this holiday. Natasha also helped us plan a great trip to the Kruger area during 2013, and she helped some of our family members plan a successful safari holiday during 2017. Thanks for such an amazing experience!
We planned our safari 8 months in advance, parents + 2 teenage kids. Ben was great in providing all the details and clear costs of all possible options. He knows the camps and hotels very well, so he helped us a lot to decide where to stay, for how long, etc.. all his recommendations turned out to be great, as he understood quickly what we wanted. He answered our (many many) questions and made the process quite easy, also made sure all our requests (e.g. dietary restrictions) were taken care of.
After a long wait we finally came to Africa, and it was amazing! David our guide made everything in his power to make sure it would be memorable: finding the best photo angles, making sure we see everything - we saw the big 5! - he was as excited as us to see them :-) In 7 days there was never a moment of boredom as he always had a story to tell us, he knows everything about the animals behaviour and made sure he explained us what to expect, etc.. he is a special person who really loves what he does, we couldn't have had a better guide.
At the end Ben came personally meet us at our airport hotel before we left to know how was our experience.
Thanks Ben and David for taking such good care of us, we had a great time and we leave Tanzania with two new friends!

Trip of a lifetime to Kenya
We had such a great time on our safari to Kenya and Alliance Destinations went above and beyond. Value for the price was really remarkable and James was incredibly helpful and communicative in organizing our trip. Our guide, Francis, was so knowledgeable and friendly and helped us to have unforgettable animal encounters! The accommodations were beautiful as well.
