David was excellent and looked after our every need
Safari tour was very good - unfortunately tour guide (who to be fair to Adventour was new and on trial - so perhaps will not be there for future travellers) was not as enthusiastic or engaging as we would have hoped for a holiday that is only something that most people do maybe only a few and possibly only once in a lifetime. That is why the rating is 4 rather than 5 star.
David however was excellent and absolutely committed to customer service and ensuring we had a great time. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none.
We did see lots of animals including the big 5.

Amazing commitment to provide the most unforgettable experience in Uganda
First of all the company is very quick and professional answering all inquiries. I love the easines of being able to contact them through a chat on their webpage or just by writing a message to them on facebook.
They answered my inquiry just within hours and I could sense the dedication to make all our wishes possible for a four day safari. We were hoping that we could do Kazinga Channel cruise, gorilla and chimpanzee tracking, batwa visit and a game drive in Uganda, and finalizing the safari with a visit to the genocide memorial in Kigali, Rwanda within four days - many companies told us this is too much for that period of time but Kajie Safaris seemed to have a really good knowledge about the driving times and what is realistic and what is not. They gave us an itinerary with everyrhing we wanted and more - we were able to fit in a visit to lake Bunyiony with canoeing and all.
The company was also very open about the cost structure, and kept us up to date on accommodation reservation status and getting gorilla permits etc. Also the payment method they provide is reliable and secured. I felt comfortable doing business with them at all times.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and super nice - it was really nice to have him at the safari with us. If I go back, I will use Kajie Safaris again and would recommend them to any traveller. The accommodation they booked for us exceeded our expectations.
I felt that there is quite little variation in the prices after asking for a few quotes from different companies. Therefore price was not the driver in our decision making when we decided to pick Kajie Safaris - we chose them because of the can-do attitude, quick and professional communication and providing better visibility over the full booking process.
To wrap it up - We could have not hoped for a better service.

This safari tour was a great experience. We have seen The Big Five, what doesn't always happen. Our guide Anuri was perfectly prepared and kept us informed about animals & thigs we were seeing. Highly recommended.

Excellent guys
Thanks to all especially Mr Baraja for easy and straight forward communication and organising my tour to Arusha. My 4 days with It started in Africa was not enough, I wished to have booked for like 2 weeks, but I won’t blame you as I was having concern due to what I was reading from Safari booking remark and reading from other people reviews. Next time Iam coming back with confidence and for atleast 10 to 12 days as I have seen for my self. Thanks for being honest and open to me, all I asked why some people gave your company negative review, you have unfold everything which gave me confidence to come back again and again. I would like to thanks to all the team, each of you played your part and I felt it to my heart.

A fantastic trip around Uganda and all that it offers
If you are interested in a once in a lifetime safari and to get the full experience of Africa and its nature and lifestyle I would highly recommend Home to Africa.
You are supplied with a driver who takes you around Uganda and its national parks who is a local and therefore very knowledgable about what you are experiencing. We had the fantastic Derrick who was humble, caring and very skilled at his job. Ask for him, you will be so satisfied!
If you happen to be interested in going to Uganda I would suggest booking for as many days as you can since there is so much to see. Fantastic national parks, waterfalls, the Nile, villages and the primate trekking is stunning and something you don't want to miss out on.
The lodges where you are staying are very comfortable and the food is amazing.
Note that if you are embarking on this journey you will need to adapt to the safari "lifestyle" and be prepared with comfortable walking shoes, sporty outfits and some sort of headwear. Pack your rainclothes and wellington boots, especially if you are going chimp-trekking which is situated in the rain forest. When in contact with the Home to Africa office don't be afraid to ask what they think you should pack for the trip since it is pretty hard to imagine what you will be needing while in Uganda. For us Scandinavians who are used to a totally different climate it would have been great if we had gotten a bit more help with our packing, so be sure to ask either the office or someone you know who is familiar with this type of trip.
If you are going to do the Gorilla trekking, which is breathtaking, take a long hard honest look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are able to climb hilly muddy mountains with thick forrests and steep paths. We struggled with this trekking since we are not an active family and it would have been nice to know what we were getting ourselves into. It is NOT a walk in the park, it is trecherous, but definately worth it.

Quit Lion around and book this amazing safari experience now!
Our nine day safari with Moriti Private Safaris was nothing short of exceptional. From our initial enquiries right through to our farewell at its end, Shaun delivered a first class, personalised and truly memorable experience, which made our honeymoon unforgettable.
For context, my wife is a vet, is passionate about animals and had been on safari in Africa before. I was a complete beginner with, to be honest, a passing interest in animals and wildlife. We both felt the game drives, educational discussions & demonstrations were engaging, easy to follow and pitched perfectly. The point is, Shaun caters for a broad spectrum of safari-goers - one of many reasons to book with Moriti!
The diversity and variety of the nine-day tour were right for us because of the layered exposure to the world of safaris in and around Kruger National Park. The highlight, whilst avoiding spoilers, was the private use of a first class game lodge plus having Lyndsay, a personally dedicated chef, was quite fantastic - not to mention all of the wild animals.
Shaun himself is dedicated, professional and passionate about what he delivers. The depth and breadth of his knowledge was very impressive from start to finish. His experience and lifelong interest in the wild was plain to see throughout the trip. He is very easy to get on with; we felt safe and secure on all the drives - even when wild lions were within a few metres of us!
Our safari experience felt personalised and we couldn’t have been happier. We have already recommended Moriti to our closest friends.

Fantastic and professional travel company
From start to finish Nature Travel Namibia were fantastic, and we had an amazing holiday. As a family holiday with 2 young children our requirements were well thought out and NTN proposed an interesting age appropriate itinerary which would be enjoyable for all of us. We stayed at several different hotels / guest houses which were again, thought of with our children in mind, and each place added something to the enjoyment of travelling around the beautiful country. The suggestions of places to visit and added excursions were brilliant and again just added to the fabulous holiday, we spent several days in game reserves and seeing all the animals was a truly magical experience for all of us, not just the children!!
The specifics of the tour such as the vehicle hire, accommodations and pre booked extras / excursions came in voucher form which we were given on arrival at Windhoek, along with maps and driving instructions for each leg of the trip. Every individual aspect ran smoothly and everything we booked was ready and waiting for us as and when we arrived, this was fantastic as we didn’t need to worry and we knew that NTN had very professionally sorted everything ready for us prior to our trip.
Communication was excellent with revising and finalising our itinerary and we were so pleased about our holiday that we have just contacted NTN again about organising our next trip, and we will be repeat customers.
We could not fault Nature Travel Namibia in any way, and would highly recommend! An excellent, professional and very knowledgeable company!

Exploring Uganda
We did a safari with seven students and wanted it to be as cheap and localas possible.
And Frank tried to listen and adapted the safari to our wishes. He made us experience the 'full' African life
For example we went camping in tents nearby hippo's and we ate food made by locals.
He is a very spontanous and experienced guide, knows a lot about the country and animals.
(Also he speaks pretty well dutch.)

Go with those that know
At root why do you go on safari? Primarily to see the animals and experience the location; from night sky to dramatic vistas. That entails having the best guides, not drivers, who both know the area (in my case the area around Lake Ndutu), understand animal behaviour and are up to speed on what is happening locally with the animals (which pride has which males, who has cubs, where the migration may or may not be etc.). Our two guides that our party has known for a number of years represent all that. The secondary reason is to be comfortable to feel that authentic Africa that is fast disappearing; a mix of rustic and modern. You can get modern with pools and gin and tonics and animals on tap at waterholes in any number of lodges. That elusive mix is what Amazing Tanzania manages to pull off. This recent trip exceeded expectations on animal behaviour, the sheer numbers of grazers and the associated predators. The tents are first rate and food excellent. The camp fire burned every night under heavy stars.
If you want a better link with the place and what Africa is/was all about then go with these guys; if you need to dress up and have drinks pre dinner, a drive at a respectable time in the morning after breakfast, lounge around a pool then go to South Africa.

12 Day Rwanda Uganda Best Tour
My husband and I did 12 Day Rwanda Uganda Best Tour ever at the end of March. It was a great experience. Our tour guide Wilson was very knowledgeable about the area, which always impresses me when we go on any kind of tour.
They always seem to educate their passengers extremely well on whatever the tour is about. It feels more personal to us this way. Our tour started off early in the morning, with the driver picking us up at our hotel.
They provided us with drinking water, accommodation and meals were excellent. All the locations were unique and amazing in color. The park is absolutely huge and we were only able to see a small fraction of it. Seeing the gorillas was just amazing.
The weather was perfect that day...only at some points during the day did it warm up. All in all, this tour was more than enjoyable.
