Great experience!

The Serengeti and Ngorogoro are just two incredible places to see. This trip was definitely an experience to remember. We unfortunately did not see the Wildebeest Migration as we hoped but The Serengeti did not disappoint. The weather was good, warm and dry but can get chilly in the evenings or early mornings so a jumper or windbreaker is recommended. You are in the jeep for most of the day but you still get to experience the parks. We drove through villages and towns so also got to see parts of Tanzania (outside of the national parks). We visited Massai Village, I’m glad I did it but would not necessarily recommend. It felt too forced and they tried to charge us around $150 USD for a handmade bowl and handcraft mask which seemed crazy. Other than that, Tanzania seemed safe overall, people are constantly offering taxis and tours when walking around but nothing violent or unsafe. My favourite part was just being out in nature in the parks.

Efficient and friendly tour operator
5/5

Excellent , Fantastic, Great are just a few words to describe the services provided by Pooja Travel and Tours of Arusha. We were a group of 11 family members who traveled from Toronto, Canada to Arush, Tanzania visiting Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and then proceeding to
Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar. The itinerary was carefully prepared by Hitesh of Pooja whose experience and knowledge is extremely commendable. Exploring the National Parks in Pooja's land cruisers with friendly driver-guides was very comfortable and enjoyable. All this was very well planned and taken care of by Hitesh.

Great tour overall =)
5/5

The 9 days tour for Kenya and Tanzania was overall great and I am glad that I have joined! Lizzy is a good coordinator, including her response throughout my planning prior to the arrival, and always answer my question promptly. There were a few tiny confusion during the trip, since we are changing locations and accommodation all the time (expected for a fruitful tour with many national parks - they are really large!), she was able to work with me to clear those obstacles and really appreciate for all of these!!

The tour guides in Kenya and Tanzania are truly professional and taking care of the visitors as well, living in camps could be a very memorable experience too (you may find zebras walking very close to you!)! All in all managed to see quite a lot of animals and beautiful scenery, worth it!

Unforgettable memories and experiences with Inspired Feet Safaris!
5/5

First of all, I really appreciate Fiona providing excellent safari tours for 7 days with awesome the guide, Bony.
Fortunately, unlike other groups, I and my uncle had 7 days tour with Bony who had amazing ability to capture the spots in Maasai Mara and Amboseli.
Even though on the first day there was a heavy rain, we had no doubt!
Many thanks to Fiona from Inspired Feet Safaris and Bony the guide!

Emile knows where to find the wildlife in Rwanda!
5/5

My husband and I had a thoroughly wonderful time with Emile. He is a friendly, amicable, knowledgable guy and we had a fun time touring around Rwanda and Akegera. Lion Safaris worked with us to make our safari exactly as we wanted it, and even helped us with some last-minute changes. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for an excellent guide and great service.

Professional and well-knowledge driver with an unorganized company
4/5

There's not enough praise I could write for our driver, Khalifa. We deeply appreciate that he didn't follow other drivers and instead took the risk to find the Big 5 during the safari. We felt lucky to have had him as our safari driver. Khalifa took great care of us throughout the safari, creating unforgettable memories.

The main reason I gave four stars instead of five was due to the disorganization at the Jocky Tours office, which affected our waiting time. There was a lack of communication in the morning during the pickup, and when we arrived at the office, they had the wrong information, thinking we were a group of three instead of two. Because of this, we had to change safari drivers. Additionally, they didn't inform us about a 5% transaction fee for using a credit card. Had we known, we would have used cash to pay for the safari tour.

Would we use Jocky Tours again? If I knew I could get the same driver, then yes, I would definitely use them again.

Very helpful and cooperating- best choice we made
5/5

Trips in Africa definitely need well planning, but it becomes very easy when you have the right people with you. We were planning for African wildlife Safaris for a long time and luckily managed to be in Kenya and Tanzania trip to celebrate our 15th marriage anniversary and daughters 10th birthday as well While searching and taking quotes, Wildebeest Safaris LTD caught our eyes, and we were impressed with their vast opinions of customizations wide range of lodges offerings. So we started working with them and that probably the best decision we made about this trip. We worked with Noah and from there he took care of everything, all the bookings were done in top notch camps, they provided very nicely maintained Safari vehicles, food options and hospitality in from their side as well as in all the camps were awesome, we felt like very much welcomed. I also had some issues with my cash, and Noah immediately helped me with cash from his account, which I was able to transfer him after a couple of days. In a foreign country, this type of friendliness is rare to find. In each and every moment starting from our bookings till the end of the trip, Noah was in continuous communication with us and helped in whatever way possible. There was also a small miscommunication with the balloon Safari company on date & place, but as soon Noah came to know about it he arranged for another camp and next day balloon ride so everything worked like a charm, and we enjoyed to the fullest.
We had our guides Dennis for Kenya and Hamza for Tanzania. They were both awesome as well. They always went above and beyond to show maximum numbers of Animals, landscapes, and experiences to us. They explained the next days plan always in the prior evening, which helped us a lot to get ready according to the next day Safari, to be most enjoyable.
So overall, I would definitely recommend Wildebeest Safaris to everyone, be in touch with them, and you will be in good hands.

Full service and peace of mind
5/5

We just had an amazingly wonderful, smooth 9-day wildebeest migration safari through Easy Travel, expertly coordinated and carried out from start to finish. We felt especially lucky because we only started inquiring less than 2 months before our trip. I researched leading companies and inquired with 5-10 of them. Easy Travel provided the itinerary with the most days in the northern Serengeti (where the wildebeest were predicted to be) and most variety of top quality tented lodge sites, at prices on par with or even better than other companies. Julieth, our travel specialist, was responsive and available literally from start to finish, not only online, but in person at the beginning and end of our trip, and checking in by phone in the middle.

Innocent, our airport transfer driver, was respectful, friendly, and timely picking us up and dropping us back to JRO airport.

The highlight of our trip was having Abisai M. as our driver guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything—animals, birds, plants and trees, geology, the history and culture of Tanzania, etc. He had an eagle eye, able to find and identify distant animals that I could barely even make out when told about them. His driving was impeccable on the very rough terrain, and his navigation skills were unbelievable through the vast, flat Serengeti where even established dirt roads are unmarked. It was clear to us that he was respected by other guides, and he readily helped them if needed, with directions, vehicle breakdowns, and more. Above all, he was accommodating and gladly willing to work with all of our requests. He made our trip come to life!

During our trip I learned some details about why Easy Travel stands out among the dozens of other safari companies. They invest in their staff, providing great training and hiring many women from the community. They do detailed inspections and maintenance on their vehicles after every trip. They hire only experienced driver guides after extensive interviews that include a long drive into the parks. They prioritize safety above all.

One last point to mention. We are an LGBT family with a 10-year old child, and always felt welcomed, never once feeling any negativity from anyone during our entire trip. I hope this helps others like us feel confident to book with Easy Travel. We are so very glad we did—it was the experience of a lifetime!!

Emmanuel was the best tour guide we could’ve asked for
5/5

From start to finish we have no complaints about our safari with Msangai. We were met by Erick and our guide Emmanuel at our hotel in Arusha and they were so kind. The accommodations every night just kept getting better. We spent 3 days in the Serengeti and stayed at these amazing glamping sites which was the highlight of our trip. The food was great and beds were comfy. Emmanuel knew the answer to literally every question we asked about the animals. We were able to see elephants, zebras, hippos, giraffes, wildebeest, and lions!! (And so much more). It was so beautiful I can’t put it into words. The communication from beginning to end was so smooth. Erick kindly dropped us off at an alternate location which was inconvenient for him but he was so nice about it. We hope to book with Msangai again!!
