The service and the price of the travel agency are all great!
First of all, Morningstar has an advantage in booking hotels. They can order hotels that other travel agencies can't order, such as Naivasha sopa. Thanks Dennis!
Secondly, the guides Alex and Glen are very responsible and smart. They will take care of our feelings and look for animals seriously and try their best to meet our requirements. Thank you!

The tour operator was east to coordinate with and was able to direct to an appropriate accomodation.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional professional services offered by Kubwa Five Safaris, courtesy of their friendly and knowledgeable personnel.
Although we have only recently returned from our trip, we are already contemplating another vacation with them, and Kubwa Five Safaris will undoubtedly be our preferred choice.
We firmly believe that the expertly planned trip itinerary enabled us to experience the very best that country has to offer.
I would highly recommend Kubwa Five Safaris to anyone seeking an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime adventure at an affordable price. Their services are truly exceptional and deserving of strong consideration.

Fantastic organization, caring Guide and amazing customer service
I definitely recommend this company. We did a 5 day shared Safari, Masai Mara/Nakuru/Naivasha. They worked out the best option for us, and the price was really good compared to other companies. Everything was well organized and worked smoothly. Kennedy was always quick to answer all of our questions before hand and Richard, our guide was absolutely amazing. I will always have fond memories of this trip.

More than just a safari
We were impressed with the family run Mwangaza Safari right from our very first dealings with Mwajabu, the kind and no nonsense owner of the company. She was right on every detail and responded to our Whatsapps efficiently no matter what the time of day. We chose a 3 day/2 night safari which was excellent value and effectively gave us an extra day due to the 03.30 pick up! (which is something no other operator appeared to offer). We saw plenty of animals in Mikumi but we actually probably preferred the second day in Udzungwa park where we hiked through a rain forest to an idyllic waterfall. We saw a local Masi tribe on the 3rd day.
Mwajabu's son (Adeibe) was our personal driver for the 3 days and he passed us onto very personable and knowledgeable guides for the 3 days. The accommodation was changed at the last moment but we ended up at the newly opened Tan-Swiss hotel in Mikumi which if anything was probably an upgrade to the advertised Camp Bastian. Adeibe was a careful and considerate driver despite the 6 hours each way from Dar es Salaam.
Mwajabu further impressed after the safari and showed her extensive knowledge of Tanzania and Zambia by arranging transport for us to bridge the gap between Tazara trains, which were not running over the Zambian border at the time of our visit.
Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Mwangaza and in particular its efficient owner Mwajabu.
