Reliable company with special touch for a Kenyan Safari
Part of our honeymoon was in Kenya and we had made our booking via Simba Trails Expeditions, based on the recommendation of a friend that had used them in the past. Ours was a 10 day safari and beach package and we started off with Masai Mara where we stayed at the Keekorok Lodge for 3 days. Our agent Elizabeth had informed the hotel management that we were honeymooners and we were met on the first night with a bottle of champagne and a private dining experience within the hotel grounds. On the second night we were treated to a bottle of wine that wasn't too bad and another private dining experience in a different part of the hotel grounds. On each of the nights, we'd come and find rose petals spread on the bed and a bouquet of roses by the bed. All this was done at no extra cost and at the request and instruction of Elizabeth. Small things that made our stay very special.
After the safari, we flew to Mombasa where we were booked at the Serena Hotel and the staff here also did their best to make us feel special. We were there for 7 days after which we flew to South Africa where we were booked by a different agent.
Simba Trails and Elizabeth must be commended for going out of their way to take care of the little things that made us feel like they really valued our business. We frankly didn't expect to have such treatment on our very first stop in Africa! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants personalized service and value for money.

Unforgettable experience
We've been in group of 4 on safari with Trip Advisor Safaris. It was 3-day safari at Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It was unforgettable adventure. We saw Big Five, and a lot other animals. Our driver was kind and also great guide - he knew where to go to see rare animals, and he was a great spotter as well. The same our chef - all the meals were tasty and big. Except that, excellent contact with the main office in Kenya. They called and texted during safari to know if everything is ok.
I recommend Trip Advisor Africa Safaris and wish them all the best.

Unforgettable experience !
Thank you all for the wonderful and unforgettable moments that we spent with you guys. As a first safari and big five game drive experience for my girlfriend and I, we could not expect better experience. Absolutely fantastic - better than ever hoped for!!
We went for the taste of Kenya staying in masi Mara, sweetwaters, Nakuru (flamingo camp) and samburu...
I had no idea who to go with and somewhat blindly picked beacon.... Luckily it was the best decision ever. Our guide was Eustace - what an absolutely perfect gentleman. Always well turned out, amazingly knowledgeable, totally engaging, a true pleasure to spend time with. Nothing was too much trouble for him...
Our safari vehicle was fab, but there were only the two of us so tons and tons of room - great for the long journeys.
We saw everything, and I mean everything... Loads of lions (in all parks), 3 leopards (samburu and masi), elephants, hippos, crocs, buffalo, gnu, 14 rhino (both black and white (sweetwaters and Nakuru)), I won't list everything but I can't think of a species missing from the checklist and most were up close. Eustace got us everywhere and generally ahead of the masses.... I'd done Kenya before but not like this.
Robert sorts everything so easily that you worry if things have actually happened, but have faith - everything is sorted - thank you Robert, we never even got to meet you.
I honestly can't say enough good stuff about Eustace - we'd go back to see him again any day....
Do go to the trout tree restaurant if passing nanyuki, monkey attacks and hyraxes were favourites and the food is great....
Just be careful where you stay on the first night, paying a few extra quid at the airport is well worth it for a better room....

If you want to visit a country and have no experience in travel round yourself- asked them.
It was quite easy to get in contact if you need an reservation at a special place, restaurant and so on, but the best was the support during the planning of the tripp.
The lodges are very comfortable they recommend us. For me it was also very nice that we could communate in german language. Next time when I will visit this coutry again I also asked them for support-it was a pleasure.

We had a wonderful safaritrip in Tarangire
Our safari was well organised by Selma; we had a good driver, who knew a lot about the animals, especially birds. Our home in the bush, Ang'ata camps, was brand new. We were the first Dutch guests, and had a wonderful time there. Thanks a lot!

low stress adventure
My wife and I took a short 3 day safari to the Masai Mara in September with Hassan as our guide. Both of us were extremely pleased with the experience provided by Sylvester and Hassan. The trip started well with an accomodation upgrade and continued without any hitches to the tasty conclusion at Carnivore resturant where Sylvester was kind enough to check in on our experience. We found Hassan to be a pleasant, relaxed guide with a nice sense of humour. Thanks to his skilful navigation we were some of the only ones at the lodge to see a rhino (among other 'big five' animals). The end to end customer experience was very positive and we'd be happy to recommend this company to others interested in a comfortable and low stress adventure.
