The 4 days in Masai Maara were probably our most 4 exciting vacation days ever. We loved the breathtaking mixture of landscapes and animals and we came back with zillions of amazing pictures!
Everything went smoothly with our driver cum guide Peter and our accommodation was as we expected with fun people to meet.
We could tell that Peter was as excited as us to find animals and nice viewpoints and it seems that he would drive forever to find the most exciting wild life scenes (most notably a leopard).
We also spent a day with the Masai people learning about their culture and traditions: a transforming experience!
Overall, it was an incredibly amazing time and we strongly recommend Magical Retreat Safaris. Pamela helped us design our safari to make sure it included everything we wanted. She was very responsive either over the phone or by email and offered us a lot of options with different budgets.
We cannot wait to do anoteher safari with Magical Retreat Safaris!

Memorable Kilimanjaro Trek and Safari Experience
Justin and Alex from Tanzania Expeditions put together a great 7 day Lemosho route trek and 8 day safari for two of us. This trip went extremely smooth even though we confirmed only a couple days before arriving in Arusha. Tumaini and the rest of the team for Kilimanjaro was extremely professional making sure we had the right equipment, were well fed, and generally comfortable. For the 8 day Safari Emmanuel was our driver and guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about different behaviors of animals and to point out unique wildlife. He also made an effort to ensure that we left at the right time and were in the right place for optimal wildlife viewing. The lodges and tented camps picked by Tanzania Expeditions were high quality and provided both comfort and good food. They were also conveniently located close or within the different parks. In the end, we felt we really received a memorable and enjoyable trip from Tanzania Expeditions that was good value for money.

Amazing experience with an equally amazing group of staff (driver and cook)
What an incredible experience! We did a 5 day safari with camping to 4 different parks. Serengeti was the highlight, don't miss out on this! The driver and cook were very attentive, kind, and always went above and beyond to answer our questions and assure we were having a good time. I will be the first to admit that camping is not my first choice, but due to our limited budget, we decided that it was our best option. I was pleasantly surprised. The tents, mattresses, and sleeping bags were all provided and set up by the driver and cook, we slept comfortably. All the camps had showers (some were hot, some were lukewarm), and toilets. The food the cook prepared was delicious and plentiful. The driver was very knowledgable about the animals, birds, and trees/plants in the different parks. If we asked a question that he didn't know the answer to, he would look it up or ask someone when we got the camp and answer our question at a later time. I would definitely travel with Northern Masailand Safaris again!

Monique was wonderful to work with. The trip was very organized and everything went as planned. All details/activities that we were told about happened as scheduled, which made things easy with no stress. The animal viewing was Fantastic! I would definitely recommend Giltedge Africa (formerly Southern Africa Travel) to anyone looking for a safari tour or travel throughout Africa.

Absolutely the best
This was my third time on safari with our guide, Kakasii, but the first since the inception of this company in late 2013. The first time was in 2009 and the second was in the summer of 2013. Both of my previous times were in larger groups, but this most recent trip was just me and a friend. While I might be slightly biased because I've never traveled with another safari company, I think Tanzania Choice might be the best company available for safari trips in Tanzania! From my first email inquiry about this trip to our final game drive in Ngorongoro Crater, every detail was attended to and each question answered with care and efficiency! On the office side, Brenda was prompt and detailed in email correspondence, and was able to help us organize our other travel plans in Tanzania; she was able to squeeze every possible dollar out of our limited budget to still give us a full and interesting itinerary. While on safari, Kakasii worked hard to get us the best game viewing experience and accommodate requests for animals we wanted to see; his knowledge of all the animals is almost infinite, and he is one of the best when it comes to finding some of the more rare animals! Seriously, there is no need to look at any other companies; you will not be disappointed if you choose Tanzania Choice. I cannot recommend them enough! Side note about parks: this was my first trip into Tarangire National Park (our substitute for the Serengeti on this trip) and it was absolutely amazing! If you weren't planning on making the trip there, I would recommend trying to fit an overnight in Tarangire into your itinerary! Absolutely fantastic.

amazing safari with experienced guide
we are a french/american couple in our late thirty. we have spent 6 days in kenya for our first safari. we are really happy with our experience with kenan travel & tours.
Everything was really well organised. they even have customised our trip to get the best from the weather (we went to masai mara first, and then lake nakuru and amboseli). our guide/driver was really good, with more than 22 years of experience. He knows all the right place to see the best animals and he is very well connected, which gives us some really good tips to go to the right place.
Lodges and food were excellent.
We are strongly recommended you to use this kenyan operator.

Very much fun!
The communication was really good. The driver picked us up at the hostel and everything went smoothly from there. It was a bumpy ride from Nairobi to Masai Mara but I felt safe all the time. The accommodation was really nice. Nice tents with bathrooms.

Incredible Experience
This was one of the most memorable experiences of our lifetime! Ute did an amazing job of removing all the stress associated with such complex travel arrangements. She was very responsive throughout the process and once we were on the ground in South Africa absolutely everything went off without a hitch. We had very high expectations and they were somehow blown away! We already want to go back and will absolutely use Ute again.
