Our dream Tanzanian Safari was perfect magic; endless unique animal viewing, fab guide, great camps!
Start to finish Discover Africa was wonderful crafting the perfect safari tailored for us! Karl was attentive and responsive from the very first email. He worked with us to find us EVERYTHING we wanted within our budget! He kept in touch the whole year sending us tips and reminders which made preparing for our trip much smoother and built our anticipation as we tracked the wildebeest migration on herd tracker! The camps he chose were perfect! Wonderful locations, clean and comfortable with delicious food each day. Sleeping in the parks with the animals all around us at night...magic! Our driver/guide "SP" was absolutely perfect! Amazing at spotting the animals and getting us close to many of them; SP could name and describe animals, birds, plants; and he had wonderful stories about them all and would amaze and entertain us; in 9 days each of us felt we had a new friend in SP; SP knew all the roads and back roads; he had many years of experience which made us feel very safe and comfortable in his capable hands. We didn't need to worry about anything so we could focus on the wonder all around us. Being met at the end of our safari by Discover Africa personnel and delivered back to our Arusha hotel is just the kind of service that removes all stress and makes one feel special. Incredible trip! I am so grateful to Discover Africa for making this dream come true for our family!

The Best Experience Ever !!!
We traveled with a group of 7 and everything was beyond our expectations.
People were very nice and friendly. Accommodations were very beautiful and comfortable, with variety of food. The roads can be very bumpy but that's a joyful way to get African massage. We absolutely had an unforgettable safari experience. Seven by far offered us professional services !!! Our itinerary included Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara and Nairobi City tour.
We had first impression since we arrived, warm welcome by Sylvester and Johnson. Everything was well-organized to suit our needs.
Our driver, Steve, was very helpful, friendly and excellent in his job. Wildlife was beyond our control but Steve managed to get us seen the best of Kenya. I would highly recommend Seven by Far Travel. I guarantee you will have the most memorable trip in your life :)

A top 5 life experience where the Hazina team has thought of every detail to make you feel at home!
The communication & service when we met with Hazina Afrika was on point and prompt! Rama answered every one of our questions and made us feel comfortable! Upon arrival and throughout the trip everything was top notch. The game drives, our guide, and the hospitality were world class! We will definitely be booking with Hazina Afrika again in the future and would hands down recommend them to anyone!

Wildlife immersion in its truest sense.
We stayed at the Kaingo lodge (www.kaingo.com) for a few nights.
While it was expensive and hard to access, it was a safari in its purest sense. We saw lots of wildlife, including many lions and our first leopards on our time in southern Africa(including one eating an impala in a tree at night).
Accommodation was at it should be, but be careful to not leave your room at night as there are no barriers to the wildlife coming through camp. I actually had an elephant walk just outside my window and start munching on leaves on a tree!

Review about Zambia by Greg Sensei
Good place to go, but hard to access. Additionally, they are still connected to trophy hunting which will result in me not returning in the future.

Helpful preparation, flawless execution!!
We started with a group of 2 and ended with a team of 8. Some experienced in the African ways, others complete neophytes. Four Canadians and four Germans. Our brief was simple but ambitious: a 3-week self-driving tour of Namibia and Botswana with emphasis on game parks, the Okavango region and the Sossusvlei red dunes. Dunas Safari proposed an initial itinerary and worked with us to adapt it to our requirements, with very helpful insights and advice from João Pedro (owner) and Janine (travel coordinator) - as the size of our group grew, we evolved from one to two 4-wheel-drive SUVs and Dunas managed the challenge of accommodating the whole group in the same lodges along our journey. Dunas Safari managed this extremely well and we ended up with a series of lodges of excellent calibre without breaking the bank. They took care to ensure that each stop afforded the safari experience that we expected with a combination of dawn and dusk game drives and river cruises. During our trip, one of us celebrated a birthday and one of the couples celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary - behind the scenes, Dunas Safari worked with the lodges to provide an unforgettable performance of African dance for the birthday evening and an exquisite bush dinner in the middle of a game reserve for the wedding anniversary. Delightful. At Dunas's recommendation, we booked a hot air balloon ride over Sossusvlei - though not cheap, it is worth every penny, for the unique perspective on this breathtaking landscape. Janine and João Pedro were tireless in their support and constant follow-up of our adventure, maintaining contact, providing guidance along the way and watching over our shoulder to make us feel comfortable and safe. We can't say enough good things about Dunas Safari and highly recommend them for excursions in this magnificent part of the world!!

Incredibly good service
My daughter and I took a 10 day Safari with Mukisa Safaris Uganda in Mid-July this year.
I found Mukisa Safaris very efficient and professional to deal with.
Richard was always quick to respond to my e-mails/questions.
Our Guide Joan had the skill and personality to make our safari a very relaxed and enjoyable tour, while still keeping our days on schedule. She went out of her way to make sure we were always comfortable and satisfied.
We traversed through the country side while connecting to various destinations and during our travels; we interacted with the local people who were extremely social and hospitable.
It was such an experience that we managed to see various animals during the game drives in the different parks, enjoyed boat rides on river Nile and Kazinga channel. Gorilla tracking is such an adventurous activity that it involved walking in the thick forest of Bwindi for several kilometers. We managed to locate gorillas after almost 6 hours of walking through the forest and it was such a great experience.
I do recommend Mukisa Safaris for any intending visitor to Uganda to book with them because they are indeed good and reliable at their service.

Trip of a Lifetime!
My dad and I took a trip with Soul of Tanzania in July 2018 for my 40th Birthday. After much research of safari companies (it is overwhelming!) I chose Soul of Tanzania as I felt booking with a Tanzania-based company was important and I felt there would be a more personal connection to Soul. I knew I made the right choice from the beginning! The sales time, Miguel C (he is wonderful!) and Christina F were amazingly responsive and helpful, answering my initial 20+ emails prior to booking. I appreciated that Soul could work with any budget and book with any accommodation in the country, so that I could truly personalize and "splurge" on a smaller, more intimate luxury camp in the Serengeti while starting off with nicer budget lodges in Tarangire. Back in December 2017 I had originally requested Ben to be our guide, however he had since been promoted to Operations Manager (congrats Ben!) by the time we took our safari. However, Deo, who was hired to replace Ben was amazing with his 22 years of experience, internal GPS, bionic eyes, quick and witty sense of humor, deep SOULful voice, and signature "pose" for photos :) Not only did we see the Big 5, we saw the Migration herds, a Black mamba snake and Deo pointed out when we saw a "baby, 200 year-old" Baobab tree in Tarangire that we probably would not have appreciated otherwise. Deo became a friend and we enjoyed spending time with him whenever we could! There were small, but nice touches of hospitality and service; Deo surprised me with buying my favorite popcorn at the visitor's center while I was in the restroom, Deo gave me Tanzanian shillings for a souvenir so that I didn't have to trade in USD. Deo went above and beyond to provide an amazing safari experience.
When we initially booked the trip, we booked for 2 nights in the North Serengeti, however the migration herds were still in the West come July. Ben and Deo and the staff made arrangements for us to switch lodging so that we could stay in the west to see the herds! This was much appreciated and we were so grateful to be able to be close to "The Greatest Show on Earth," and witness this very special natural event.
Soul had also been informed that I was celebrating my 40th birthday, so they had made arrangements ahead of time with the Pakulala Safari Camp at Ngorongoro crater (highly recommend this camp!) with a personalized birthday cake, candles and singing around the dining tent to the "Jambo, jambo Bwana/Kilimanjaro." None of the other guides were in the dining tent and I was worried Deo wouldn't be there, but he came to sing and celebrate--it honestly wouldn't have been the same without him; it's a celebration I'll never forget!
We enjoyed the hot picnic lunches and all of the lodges were beautiful and hospitable, particularly the Kiota Camp in Central Serengeti and Pakulala Camp in Ngorongoro. I have had several friends inquire about my trip and many want to know which company I booked with; I am excited to share with them about Soul and Deo and can confidently make these recommendations. Asante to all!
