Above & Beyond Experience!!
5/5

My friends and I had the best time on our safari and it was all thanks to our wonderful guide Anthony and the Flash MC group!! We had some flight cancellations for part of our group on the way in, and Anthony and Peter were extremely flexible in taking some of us around Nairobi while we waited a few hours for our friends to arrive. The safari itself was unbelievable and our guide was very focused on getting us to all the main animals! Accommodations far exceeded our expectations - we had a hotel switch last minute right before we arrived, so wasn’t sure what to expect, but the Ashnil resort was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed (and then some). And then Anthony worked with our schedule on the way back to get us back to the airport in time for a flight to another part of Kenya. 10/10 service and hospitality!

Excellent 7 day safari + beach experience
5/5

Thank you to Muli and team for organizing an amazing safari trip for me and my family of 6. The planning process was fairly seamless and once we arrived in Nairobi all the internal travels were very well executed. We had several pickups and drops and everything happened efficiently. The accommodations booked at each reserve were excellent as well.
Ol Tukai in Amboseli was beautifully located where we had views of Kilimanjaro and the wildlife from our front yard. Sarova Mara in Masai Mara was a forest within a jungle, and the staff there was wonderful as well. Muli even arranged for a birthday celebration for one member in our group which was very sweet.
Special shoutouts to our safari guides. Andrew in Amboseli was very nice and he flew the jeep to locations to help us spot various animals.
Patrick in Masai Mara is a wildlife whisperer. He knew exactly where to go, what to do, and thanks to him we had very close encounters with lions, cheetahs, leopards and several other animals. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly, and our entire group enjoyed the safaris.

We ended our trip with a day in Diani Beach in Mombasa. The Chale Island resort is out of the world, so beautiful, and we wish we could spend more days there.

Thank you again for the experience of a lifetime.

Either the reviews are fake or I was the one very unlucky customer.

The 7 days Serengeti/Wildebeest migration/Ngorongoro crater/Foot of Kilimanjaro trip that never was.
It turned out to be a 5 day safari with game drives only, so I am short of 2 days of activities. During that time no communication from the company.
No accommodation was booked for me while in the Serengeti so it was 3 days of genuine stress wondering where I would sleep. The driver tried many times to be in contact with the company to no avail. I couldn’t join another group that actually wanted to see the famous crossing as I could not have bore the cost and could not be in contact with Ngekewa safaris anyway.

After initially denying any wrong doing on their part and being told I would have to pay for accommodation myself in the park, I was finally contacted one day after being dumped at a hotel in Arusha as my final destination. I had to arrange and pay for an extra night as my trip ended abruptly and before planned.

By the last communication, compensation was going to be offered but apparently only if we met in person. Which I find strange and couldn’t happen since I was not around. Now which compensation? I will never know. A refund? I doubt that. A voucher? …will I ever use them again? Nope.
Since then, not a peep. And zero communication from the company’s director either.

I am not going on a campaign against them and you can decide for yourself but as far as I am concerned, I have wasted a month’s salary, never saw what I paid for and did a very expensive bunch of game drives I could have paid for a fraction of the price in the neighbouring countries. A once in a lifetime experience they have totally ruined for me.

So maybe I was super unlucky but I certainly cannot recommend them.

Amazing!
5/5

I travelled with my wife and two daughters aged 14 and 11 to Nakuru (1 day) and Masai Mara (2 days) in July. From the early morning airport pick up to the end of the trip it was very smooth. Unfortunately due to the short stay we were not able to see the large flock of flamingos in Nakuru and the river crossing of the wildebeest in the Masai Mara, but we were able to see all the Big 5 and our family was very excited.
The Way of Africa tour guide was profeccional and very attentive and always in touch with their colleagues and friends to give us the best and most flexible guidance, which we sincerely appreciate.
We travelled overland by Land Cruiser for the entire trip and enjoyed the changing people and scenery of Kenya's farms and towns. The unpaved roads were limited and our daughters were a little tired, but not too stressed.
We plan to stay longer next time than we did this time as it would have been a more fulfilling trip if we had stayed a few more days.

Amazing tour, great guide, beautiful animals, smaller/local company
5/5

We did the 6D5N Safari, personally we think this was a perfect amount of time. We got to see/spent time with a good variety of African animals. Our tour guide/driver James was amazing, he is very personable and went above and beyond to tailor our days to what we wanted/were most excited to see animal wise. He is also very knowledgeable about all the animals, plants and national parks and could answer all our questions. Communication prior to starting the Safari via email was good, pick up and drop offs at airports all on time, pricing reasonable, accommodations for mid range Safari were good/what we expected (you can never have all 4 excellent components - wifi, bed, shower and food - but each place had its qualities). The lunches provided were hamper style which we enjoyed more than a packed lunch box (what other companies had). Be prepared for long and bumpy (African massage) drives/days and for your clothes to be filthy. Don’t let this deter you tho, it was a once in life time opportunity that we believe everyone should experience. Msangai Adventure Safari is a smaller tour operating company, with at current 5 Safari cars, run by a local man Eric. We recommend being organised and book in with Msangai ahead of time, and consider flying into Arusha at least the day before.

A great one day safari with Petrous. Saw many elephants, giraffe, zebra and impala. Even glimpsed some rhino and hippos. Beautiful landscape. Petrous provided good knowledge and information and very friendly guide.

Smooth Booking & Excellent Services
5/5

They delivered an exceptional experience on my recent visit to Amboseli National Park.
As a professional photographer, I was particularly impressed with the opportunity to capture breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and different Wildlife.

The guide was friendly and engaging. Our landcruizer was comfortable and services at the hotel were okay.
