I would recommend kaylan safaris to others. Victor replied promptly back to my queries up until the day we left and he welcomed us at our hotel on the first day to introduce our guide. We had an excellent guide in Olemantu- he had great local knowledge and showed us amazing things over the 5 days and looked after our family well. I would highly recommend a land cruiser rather than a minivan - as it can do more ‘off roading’.

Simply the best! Petra Joell was just amazing putting together one of the best trips ever.
We were looking at travelling to Namibia and after doing reviews on operators and itineraries I realised that most are for group tours, scheduled stops, no flexibility and then I came across Nature Travel Namibia. After looking at the reviews I decided to contact them to see and hear what they cld offer us. My agent was Petra Joell, and together we put together a private trip that was at our pace and also included all the places I had been researching and wanted to see that other companies didn’t offer including extra time here and there to relax or do our own thing occasionally. Not one thing went wrong and if it did we didn’t know about it…just seamless travel.
At one location early in our trip I mentioned that I didn’t eat fish and was lactose intolerant. Normally, I work around this and don’t have a problem. Well from then on, every resort made sure my meals met my needs. I just couldn’t believe the little touches Petra did including organising a cake for my birthday..in fact 3 at different places on the day!
Petra was always prompt in replying, offering suggestions, making changes and put together our 3 wk holiday through Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
She then gave us the best guide ever Stewart who was an encyclopaedia on animals (including elephant tracking which we did) and birds. Initially, we were not that interested in birds but we certainly became enthralled with his knowledge and stories about the animals and birds. I just love meeting local people and Petra ensured I had ample time to go to villages and meet the locals which I simply loved. Even saw the big 5.
As this trip was to be paid overseas, we were a little nervous as you hear all these awful stories but that was not the case here. All payments went through correctly and we received all that was promised…5 star too!
I have travelled to over 90 countries and on many tours but this was the best organised, gave value for money and lived up to be the best trip ever. My partner has even said we are going back to africa. Here I was worried that he wouldn’t love it as I did but he absolutely loved it and tells everyone we are going back to africa next year.
I cldnt recommend this company more highly and wld happy to talk to anyone if they had any question.

Amazing gorilla trekking in Bwindi NP
I took a two day gorilla trekking with pick up at Kigali and drop off on lake Bunyonyi. All was as agreed, they picked me up on time and also the driver and guide Medard was amazing. I spent a night at Ruhija, close to the starting point of the trek next morning. We had a perfect day for tracking and saw many gorillas, including small ones. It was a great experience. After the trekking I was dropped off at lake Bunyonyi.

Amazing service, Value for money- Best honeymoon
We had an amazing time in Kenya. The itinerary was planned in a way that we got time to ourselves and still had an amazing time on safari. Anipa Tours even made sure we got an upgrade in some of the hotels at no extra cost.
The highlight of our trip was the stay at Loisaba Star Bed, a recommendation for everyone on a honeymoon . we will never forget going to bed under the clearest stars we have ever seen,We spotted animals from our room.
Our driver guide Tony, was the best. Please request for him. Very friendly and funny.

Wonderful
Very professional and gently.They organize all for US. Our Driver Alex was really great. We saw all the big five in a tour of just 3 days(Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru) which is not to be taken for granted! Especially a lion that ate its prey one meter from our car! everything fantastic!
Then we visited also the Masai Village, a very unique experience to see the culture and lifestyle of these people!

The Kenya part is good, and the Tanzania part is changed.
The Kenya part is good, and the Tanzania part (parks visiting order and accommodation) is slightly changed. It is still a good memory for me. And drivers are all good.
