Flexible and easy to customize your trip

Perfectly organised our holiday down to the last detail
We could not fault our holiday to Kenya and Tanzania that Gail organised for us. Everything was organised for us down to the last detail. Everything about our experience was perfect - timing, transfers, accommodation and the tours. Absolutely loved the Travel Key App that Gail set us up with . Gave our itinerary down to the last detail. Gail's communication to make sure everything was running smoothly was above and beyond our expectations. Gail booked us into Asilia Camps for each of our safaris and we couldn't speak hightly enough of them. A once in a lifetime experience!

Good transportation with knowledgeable and courteous drivers cum guides, stay arrangements not ok
We were a group of 19 from India , right from the beginning of the tour till the end the guides cum drivers (Mr. Geoffrey, Mr. Tony and Mr. Peter) were very courteous and had good knowledge of the jungle routes ,animals and birds. They were patient enough to wait for us whenever we requested for a good sighting. Our stay and food arrangements were not up to the expectations we had as being mostly vegetarians the options very few, quality of rice was good and fresh, in most of the jungle camps electricity and Wi-Fi/network were very limited or totally absent. Overall a good experience. Advise to all , the local cell network works best with "Safari", "Telkom" is useless ,it available only within Nairobi city limits.
Sublime simplicity and authentic wildness
Natureways explorer canoe safari from Kariba to Mana Pool was an experience of a lifetime. In addition, we book-ended the journey at Hornbill Lodge in Kariba.
Canoeing on the Zambezi with Natureways gave our family of 4 and friends a full immersion into the wild, and an escape from the buzzand demands of the technologically charged world.
And Hornbill Lodge is a perfect haven of comfort and delicious dining.
There are two aspects that I truly respect and appreciated with the organisation.
• Firstly is the high regard and respect to not invade the wildlife. I love how we would be getting full sightings and insights to the wildlife movements and behaviours, whilst at the same time letting them carry on as such.
In addition to this, the knowledge and experience of the guides was unsurpassed.
• Second thing is the simplicity. The simplicity of your daily routine and activity you are doing and especially so the simplicity of the catering. I sense that there is an intentional reminder to keep the main the main thing. With nutritious meals and comfortable camp arrangements, I felt totally treated, without the gloss of glamour.

Even though you are in the car a lot, it is definitely worth your while. What an experience! We saw so many animals. Even when you see no animals we were barely bored by the beautiful surroundings.
