Amazing Tour Company!
I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Crafted Africa. They made our Malawian family vacation absolutely wonderful and relaxing and perfect. I lived in Malawi 30 years ago as a young volunteer, and this summer I returned with my husband and two sons to share the beauty of the country with them. I thought about doing a self-drive tour to save money ... but I am SO glad I decided to let Crafted Africa do the bookings and arrange for the car and driver. Our driver, Eddie, was just such a great guide and driver and person that I can't imagine having done the trip without him. He was so helpful and friendly and generous and knowledgable. He knew all about the country and the flora and fauna. He elevated our entire experience from the moment he picked us up at the airport. Our flight had arrived late and our luggage was delayed, so when we left the airport we were tired. He was there to greet us warmly with a beautiful clean vehicle filled with snacks and treats and bottles of South African wine. He made us feel instantly relaxed and safe and cared for. Our entire trip went flawlessly. Everything was beautifully arranged and Eddie was like our fixer, helping us with any issue or question or request. He knew which roads were closed due to maintenance or flooding, he was always prepared with suggestions to help us have the perfect vacation experience, he knew lots of people around the country - including police officers as road stops - that always helped us to avoid any hassles or issues. My whole family was SO SAD we couldn't bring him with us to Tanzania for the second half of our holiday. I had thought that our time in Malawi would be harder than our time in Tanzania - because it's less of a popular tourist destination - but it was the other way around. I am SO glad that Crafted Africa helped me with the trip arrangements. Sure it cost a bit more than doing it myself, but it was SO worth it! I can't recommend them, and Eddie, highly enough!!!!

Came to see animals, found a friend.
We booked a 3 days tour with montain warriors and everything went smooth as silk.
We were a little bit frustrated since the flight company changed our flight without notice and we were scared about not having time to see all animals. Was time too short for seeing all animals? Maybe... Was this a problem? Definitely not. Why? Because at the airport one guy picked us up and from that moment and forward we've been in his awesome hands. His name is Simon and he introduced us to this amazing experience. He told us facts about the national parks and then we started the journey. What a journey! He knew that our time was very short and he did everything possible to make our experience unforgettable. He proposed us to wake up very early (allowing us to have breakfast with stunning views, probably the best of our lives), and he drove on and on seeking for animals.
It seemed like he knew where all the animals would have been and drove to them, allowing us to take stunning pictures and videos to animals crossing the road right in front of us. He has so much experience in this job and this allows him to anticipate every single move of the animals, being in the right place at the right time. Having lunches and dinners with him allowed us to know many stories about tribes and so on. But, most importantly he told us about his life and we did it too, allowing ourselves to discover different cultures.
If we knew how good he would have been, we would have asked for Saimon when booking. If you are reading this, you definitely should.
All the accomodations were very good, allowing the customers to sleep inside one of the best national parks. Amazing quality of food even in the middle of nowhere.
This experience can change your life if you're lucky enough to meet a driver that puts passion in his work and cares about making 3 days the best days of your life.

Great Experience
We travelled as a group of 6: 3 couples, with Frena Adventures from Kigali (Rwanda) to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to hike with the Endangered Mountain Gorillas, where we also did a Batwa Village Cultural Visit. The experience was second to none. The next day, we travelled to Volcanoes National Park to see the Golden Monkeys. Again, exceptional (though, after the gorillas a bit vanilla 😉) Ronald, our driver and guide was friendly, a good driver, knowledgeable and very helpful. The mini-bus he drove was comfortable and clean. The accomodations (mid-range) were great, as were all the meal inclusions and endless bottled water provided. Would warmly recommend Frena Adventures

Excellent service. Picked us up at our home, provided us with good quality sweatshirts with company logo, unexpected treat! Tour guide, Stone was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, personable and funny. We stayed in a 5-star “glamping” tent with all amenities of home that had a man-made watering hole just outside where elephants and zebra came. Meals were included that were excellent and served by friendly, professional wait staff. The safari was top notch! Our guide Stone, made sure we saw as many animals as possible, allowed for us to take our time watching/taking photos, enjoying scenery. Also, took us took us to a tribal village. Highly, highly recommend this safari tour. Experience of a lifetime!

Better trip than I could possibly have hoped for
I picked Indigo Safaris randomly online when I was looking for a safari to Botswana and the Okavango Delta. Michele Addison contacted me right away and gave me several choices after I told her what I was trying to find. I settled on an 11-day safari with Bushways. I started in Maun and ended in Victoria Falls. They can accommodate up to 12 people but there were only 3 of us, plus our guide and cook. We saw lots of animals. After getting to Victoria Falls, Michele helped me add on a trip to Hwange Park with a stay at the Mombo lodge. Michele responded to me promptly and I changed and added things several times. She helped me get a reservation at a hotel in Johannesburg for the day before my safari and added reservations at the end of the trip when I needed to wait for a friend to arrive. She always gave me options and she answered my many questions. The communications and service were fantastic. I felt like I got a good price for an excellent safari. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience
I had the pleasure of taking a tour with Barack in Rwanda and Uganda. I can say it was a fantastic experience. Barack was professional but also incredibly funny, making the tour both informative and entertaining. His knowledge and humor combined to create an unforgettable experience. EXCELENT!!
We went on a 4-day safari in Tanzania and we loved it. The staff has been very pleasant at all times, the accommodations as well as the meals have been very good. The only thing that would improve is the food on the safaris. We would repeat without hesitation.

The guides from the travel agency are superb!
The travel agency unexpectedly changed our hotel without our consent. However, our guide was exceptional - responsible, experienced, and skilled at spotting wildlife. We encountered numerous animals, making this a truly memorable trip. Despite the hotel change, the overall experience was enhanced by our amazing guide.

Amazing Kenyan safari
We have had the most amazing safari with Savannah Hippo Safaris. From the first contact, communication has been excellent ensuring that all our needs and expectations were met and exceeded. Stanley and Chippa are very knowledgable and I have learned so much on this trip. We have seen so many animals but seeing a cheetah feeding with her 5 cubs was so special. The accommodation chosen by Stanley has been exceptional especially Ziwani Safari Camp, Salt Lick and Ngutuni Safari Lodge. I would highly recommend Stanley for your next safari
