Magnificent!
5/5

If you’re looking for the experience of a lifetime, look no further. Because of the level of service offered by TCO, my stay in Tanzania was one of the greatest experiences of my life. The climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro was more than I could have ever expected. Any hesitation or fear I might have had prior to climbing had completely vanished by the time the journey up began. I was so well informed of what to expect and how we, as a team, were going to make it up together. We were informed of the health measures that would be taken to ensure our well being while climbing. From checking our oxygen output levels to the nutritious meals that would be provided us nightly. I was made to feel safe and confident.
The safari was breathtaking, being up close to the most magnificent creatures on the planet. We saw rhinos, giraffes, an elephant migration, wildebeests, lions, hippos, and the list goes on! We had a black mane lion walk directly in front of our van and have a standoff with a water buffalo 60 yards from us! Ok, maybe 100 yards, but it was awesome!
Go with Tanzania Climbing Outfitters!

An amazing and wild National park
Overall rating
5/5

Gonaezhou is an outstanding National Park, and is arguably the the best undiscovered gem in Africa. The scenery is simply breathtaking, especially the Chilojo Chills. The pans are filled with birds, and there are plenty of antelope. I saw steenbok, nyala, sable, duikers, and lots of greater kudu. i also saw a herd of eland. There are huge elephants everywhere, including many huge tuskers. On one one occasion a herd of elephants came up from behind us. We also saw zebra, and hippos. I saw many baboons, and one morning I woke up to the sounds of a troop of baboon barking because they had been pursued up a tree by a leopard.

I have to say that Gonarazhou is one of the finest National Parks which safari enthusiasts can visit because it's so off the beaten path. One about 2,000 people a year visit ,and most about 1,800 of them are people who come here on camping safaris. One will be listens constantly to the sounds of the bush at night. One will feel like they have the whole park to themselves, because one won't encounter neither other vehicles nor other vehicles for hours without seeing another vehicle or person.
I also have to say that Ant Kashula the owner of Gonarezhou Bush Camp lives up to his reputation of being one of the finest of all the new guides in Africa. He was simply amazing. He's a superb bushman, and a dedicated conservationist. He also has superb skills at dealing with people.I felt hat fly camping with him was simply superb.

I enjoyed the best of travel services in my entire life at destination Mombasa.
5/5

Destination Mombasa has the best communications, best services and I can pretty well say with certainity that they lived past my expectation. The tour was amazing and I had the opportunity to see Kenya's wildlife through the camera in an amazing way. I would consider Destination Mombasa as my first option if ever I travel back to Kenya.

My 'Go To' company for any future holidays to South Africa
5/5

My roots have always been from South Africa. Now my heart belongs there too !!
I have in the UK for over 16 years, grew up in SA. And never really seen the country for what it is. In February this year we decided to visit South Africa again after many many years away.
It was amazing and the best experience i have had in my adult life.
This was all because of OpenTourAfrica and their highly professional, friendly, and accommodating staff.
We started our research online for companies that can assist us with an itinerary / package to see South Africa in all its glory. And finally found OpentourAfrica. When i contacted OpenTourAfrica i was put in contact with a young friendly lady called Stephanie.
From the word GO she was friendly, helpful and very insightful on all topics that we have posed to her.
She definitely made every effort to inform us on new ideas, researched our desires and made sure it was manifested in our experience. The feeling we got from her was that she made everything personal. Our package was planned out exactly how ( if we knew anything about South Africa ) we wanted it to be. To the finest details.
I would like to thanks OpenTourAfrica AND Stephanie for an unforgettable time that will always remain in my heart.
You guys have set the bar high.
I know who i will be using next time.........

We have done a self drive trip excluding Kruger which was guided.
Planning was done with Gavin with endless patient and flexibility. Gavin helped us with tips and suggestions for all parts of our trip. He booked for us a very special stay at Isibindi Zulu Lodge at Kwazulu-Natal and 4 days in Kruger.
the highlight was Kruger with the brilliant guide- Frank Watts. Frank together with Diane were up for anything we wanted to do. We had a great experiences watching lions mating from a very short distance as well as leopards , wild dogs and much more. Frank and Diane took care of all our needs with their great cooking and company. This was a life time experience . Wild Wings are highly recommended

An amazing tour
5/5

Being for the first time in the wwst of Africa, I did not know what exactly was expecting me so I can say that the program and the service offered by Twaha and Wilson enabled our group to experience a great time in Ugana. The two guides were always on time and friendly. The safari tour will rest as an unforgetable event due to the many animals and plants we saw and the expert explanations of our guide.
All in all a tour worth recomending to all willing to experience a unique holiday.

A wounderful 5-day private Garden Route Tour with Derek
5/5

My wife and I just returned from an exceptional week in South Africa spent with Derek from Southern Africa Tours. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and especially Derek as a guide to any one considering a tour in this beautiful country.
We decided on Southern African Tours because their 5-day Garden Route Tour best fit our schedule. This was a last minute decision on our part to go to South Africa, about two weeks of notice was given to Craig (the owner)
for the planning of our trip. He and his staff came through with flying colours for us. All our needs, expectations and more was met throughout our trip.
Derek is the most wonderful guide and person one can have on a tour like this. His knowledge of the country and all the sites we visited plus his enthusiasm about the flora and fauna made this the most rewarding visit any one can wish for. We also learned a lot about the history as well as current affairs of this fantastic country from Derek. I am at awe as to his knowledge about all the various subjects that came up during our time together.
This visit would not have been as rewarding as it was without Derek.

There are to many memories to mention here but these are our favorites. Wine tasting in Robertson valley, Canga caves, Whale watching in Knysna, Penguins in Bettys Bay and off course the game drive at the Garden Route Game Lodge.

Thank you Derek and Craig

An excellent, well researched, well supported, bespoke safari tour in Botswana
5/5

This was the first time that we had been on safari in Africa. Martin at Kingfisher Safaris offers bespoke tours and he has first hand knowledge of the area. He discussed various options in detail so we could easily select an itinerary that suited us. We chose to visit 3 camps in Botswana over a period of 12 days. Communications from Martin were timely and appropriate. Martin provided an excellent service and was always available to answer any questions, offering support as required. Both the safari tour and accommodation at the camps were way beyond our expectations. We would definitely use this company again.
