Useless
1/5

Left us at the airport arrivals late at night and refused to refund the taxi fee. They said the agency had not provided them with my contact details which is absurd. The agency confirmed and proved they were given my number but they"were in the wrong terminal" and had" no contact numbers" I would never recommend this company

Unreliable and Unprofessional – I recommend you avoid Dallago Tours for Trips in Kenya or Tanzania
1/5

I had high hopes for my trip to East Kenya, covering Amboseli and Diani Beach, but Dallago Tours managed to turn what should have been a photography trip into an extremely frustrating and expensive experience.

The root of the problem was their employee, Jacob, who demonstrated an appalling lack of professionalism from day one. While I initially chose to overlook his dismissive attitude, it quickly became clear that he was not client-oriented in the slightest. Instead, Jacob acted arrogantly, as if he knew better than his guests, completely disregarding my requests and preferences.

The most upsetting incident occurred when I requested an early departure for a game drive to maximize photography opportunities in the best morning light. Jacob outright refused, insisting we leave no earlier than 7 AM, dismissively claiming that he knew best when to go. Later that evening, I followed up with a polite message, reiterating my request to start early, but it was completely ignored. The next morning, I was left waiting at reception from 5:30 AM, while Jacob casually appeared at breakfast at 7:30 AM. In the end, I had to make alternative arrangements on my own with a local Maasai guide who provided a proper open vehicle for photography—an additional cost that I had to cover myself.

In fact, I ended up paying nearly $3,500 USD for just two nights in Amboseli because I was forced to cancel the remainder of my trip, including my stay in Diani Beach, and fly home to Europe early. This was an incredibly disappointing outcome for a safari I had carefully planned and fully paid for in advance. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation professionally, Dallago Tours failed to provide an acceptable solution or compensation.

In short, Dallago Tours is completely unreliable. Their lack of professionalism, combined with the disrespectful and dismissive behavior of their staff, ruined what was supposed to be an unforgettable experience. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend booking with a different tour operator.

Natural World Kenya Safaris took our deposit for a safari never taken& unethically not returning it.
1/5

I paid 12,328 USD to Natural World Kenya Safaris, for family holiday in April 2024 as they wanted 40% deposit.
It was a booking deposit for an upcoming trip this July, 2025. I had very little email communication after paying the deposit, and no response to our phone calls to them.
When I emailed the individual accommodations in Kenya we requested during our safari stay, I received emails back from them confirming Natural World Kenya did not reserve any accommodation for us.
I asked that our deposit be returned, well over the 150 days prior to trip and with in T& Cs.
After numerous emails/phone calls to Natural World Kenya Safaris, I did receive an email, from D****, that they would process a refund.
But we have not received our 12,328 USD from them. Nor any contact back from them.

I reached out to the KATO Ethics and Standard Sub committee, regarding non-delivery of services. Natural World Kenya Safaris has been suspended from KATO membership on account of violating the Code of Conduct for Members. And we have been referred to the Tourism Regulation Authority (TRA) and will pursue this legally against the company.

A very unethical company, one could ask is this fraud. A scam? Gangster like activity? if you book with them you will find out.
( Please note the date of "when do you go'' is date of deposit , not date we went on safari, as we never did go-full disclosure)

very disappointing experience with this agency
1/5

Catastrophic organization. Seleman's mistakes followed one after another, causing stress and loss of precious time during a safari. We found ourselves "sequestered" by the management of a lodge that Seleman from Eco Green Tour had not paid. Same thing at the entrance to a park where we had to wait several hours for the payment to be made. In the opinion of our guides, the proposed route was very poorly chosen, which did not allow us to take our time.
This agency and its agent Seleman seem to be incompetent!!!

The most disappointing thing I’ve experienced
Overall rating

Where do you even begin…..the park is so run down. When we arrived at the first gate we were only then notified that the gate was closed and had to use an alternative gate , at the second gate staff were extremely unfriendly and it could clearly be felt. There are very few animals on such a large property, the “tarred” roads are in such bad condition that they are basically non-existent and one of the hides we stopped at was boarded up with no note at the top gate and the conservationist that had stopped at the hide as well also didn’t bother to notify us, we later read in reviews that it’s been that way for more than 6 months. With the advertised prices at the lodges found within the park the question begs where the money for maintenance and conservation is going.

About: Go2Africa
Terrible customer communication
1/5

I was really hoping that their service was just as good as my previous two travel agencies that used. One was sold to another so that was why I say two. I only used Go2Africa because we met an agent while traveling South Africa.

While you are on vacation, they don’t care about you. They lied about a tour we requested to be changed to afternoon. They never email you back but say we are hear to serve you. They do not give you a detail pdf document of all your times, etc. only flight times are in pdf.

The other agency I used my first and second time, had exceptional customer service. When I asked to change a time for your, they did it. It is called good customer service.

Also, Go2Africa charges more $ but they never email or call you back when you need an urgent request.

It’s the worst company from my experience
1/5

I cannot recommend this company.

We wanted to visit Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti, so we booked a 3-night, 4-day private tour. We paid $3,800 in advance for five people, but three days before the tour, we received a phone call saying that their colleague had made a mistake in the quotation. They told us that if we wanted to keep the private tour, we had to pay an additional $1,000. Otherwise, we would have to join a shared tour.

We refused to pay the extra $1,000 and switched to the shared tour, but it was a terrible experience. We had planned a long-awaited family trip to enjoy a private and relaxing safari, but we were seated separately, making it difficult to even have conversations with each other. The itinerary and accommodations were also different from what was originally provided, and it seemed like there was poor communication between the driver and the office staff.

If you are considering booking a private tour, I would advise you should not choose this company. They will demand additional fees at the last minute, even after providing a quotation. I will never choose them again.

Beware! Natural World Kenya Safaris was dishonest with us
1/5

I joined a 5-day safari tour in Kenya with Natural World Kenya Safaris, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Despite paying in full, the company failed to cover basic expenses like my safari tickets and hotel accommodations. Instead, they had the audacity to request that I pay for them myself, promising a refund.

That refund never came. I have followed up multiple times, only to be ignored. To make matters worse, the sales representative who initially handled my case left the company and revealed that many other customers have faced the same scam—damaging his own reputation in the process.

This company is completely untrustworthy, and I strongly warn everyone to stay away. Do not fall into their trap. They took our money and left us to deal with the consequences. I advise you avoid Natural World Kenya Safaris at all costs!

Poor quality badly maintained
1/5

I paid for a 15 day Selfdrive trip about northern Kenya.
I picked up the car in an apartment block in Nairobi and drove out to town.
On the third day of driving to started on the dirty roads 3 hour into the day the breaks and steering failed.
I stopped and saw that the shock absorber had broken. On the front left side.
We managed a lift back to the local police station where we were able to contact kofi travel.
