Very friendly
5/5

This was a trip of a lifetime and Blingson safaris made everything we could have asked for! From the pickup at the airport to the drop off at the end of the safari it was 5 star service by everyone! Charles, our guide was amazing! It seemed like he knew exactly where every animal was going to be and had tons of knowledge that he shared with us and we loved having the Jeep all to ourselves instead of being in a group of people! If you’re looking for a 5 star safari without breaking the bank then you shouldn’t look any further than Blingson safaris. Thank you Charles and Sarah for the awesome experience!

Cluster Leaf met all our expectations and needs
5/5

Our experience with the Cluster Leaf staff was highly positive. It was an unforgettable trip, perfectly organized, from the comfort of the camping tents to the cuisine. The schedules, stops, and itineraries were followed, and every request was addressed to satisfy the travelers. What truly set the staff apart was their kindness, enthusiasm, and ability to convey their love for the nature we were immersed in, fully involving us in the activities and various excursions. The Cluster Leaf staff was able to spark our curiosity, teaching us countless characteristics of the animals living in Namibia, and they were excellent history teachers too, providing us with a comprehensive picture of this wonderful country

What a nice reliable organization Golden Trips Tanzania is
5/5

With my family of 5 people I booked a four-day Safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater) with Golden Trips Tanzania. All communication went through Samsom in advance. Together we put together an affordable Safari with 3 nights at campsites. They are very service-oriented, accurate and reliable in their communication. The Safari exceeded all expectations. Our Driver and guide Logan was really very professional and our chef Gody provided a whole meal three times a day. Thank you on behalf of the whole family for the fantastic Safari experience!

Good, quick response
4/5

The response is in time, the service is good. But maybe some areas can be better, bc we want to see the flamingo and it’s not the right season but the company didn’t tell us.

Incredible adventure and very nice hospitality from Honest
4/5

I would like to give Honest a well-deserved 5 stars for his kindness and effort, but I can only rate the company 4 stars overall. Our trip wasn’t entirely smooth, especially during the Kenya part of our holiday, where we encountered several issues. We had to make many calls to solve the problems, which I wish could have been better managed, especially with the third-party company in Kenya.
Since the main company is based in Tanzania, our safari experience there was more smooth, but we still faced some challenges. For instance, the driver dropped us off at the wrong campsite instead of the one we had booked. Thankfully, Honest stepped in to solve the issue, transferred us to the correct campsite, and even ordered beers to apologize – a very thoughtful gesture.
Overall, we were happy with our trip and had an incredible time in both Kenya and Africa. I just wish the process had been a little more organized to avoid these stressful moments.
I highly recommend this adventure; it’s an experience you don’t want to miss.

Breathtaking experience, with the best guide and company
5/5

We booked with Ozon Light Tours a few months before heading to Tanzania. Nuhu and the team were incredibly supportive and patient during this process; we had wanted to amend the original 7 day luxury safari to change a few of the itinerary plans and they were super helpful in accommodating it - which meant we had a tailor-made safari. They also checked in with us in the lead up to the safari, to make sure we were prepared.

Our guide Issa is a credit to the company and simply an exceptional person. He was so kind, knowledgeable and helped the safari be an amazing experience. We managed to see the big 5 and more, and thanks to Issa’s great driving and knowledge of the safaris, we were in prime spots to see the animals up close and on so many occasions. We felt in safe hands and had a great time.

Accommodation was impeccably booked by Ozon and handled by them / Issa which made each stay seemless, and each stay was a wonderful experience (we even had accommodation upgraded due to Ozon listening to other customer feedback).

Genuinely cannot recommend Issa enough and would highly recommend him to any person coming on safari, and would recommend Ozon Light tours for any Tanzanian safari.

Excellent organization and professional service
5/5

Couldn't be more complimentary of the way Spirit of Kenya organised everything for our trip. Whilst we were arranging and booking, Filipa was so responsive and clear in communication, even working out a way for the trip to work despite the fact that we were a little slow to book and availability at hotels was limited. Our guide, Mike, was truly excellent. Not only did he know his stuff while we were out on safari, he was so on it with getting the van cleaned and checked again the end of the day, organizing any optional trips and just generally keeping us in the loop. We were also thankful for how safe he was driving! There were some long drives but he managed it all really well. We really felt like he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and he's a huge asset to the company form sure. Thanks for helping to make our honeymoon so good!

Susan of Discover Africa has been a one-of-kind caring and knowledgeable tour counselor.
5/5

We booked our safari trip with Susan of Discover Africa. Susan has been very caring, patient and professional. She listened to our requests and questions patiently and responded promptly. When she discovered that a larger group’s booking with the same camp as our booking had overlap, she reached out to us and suggested alternative camps to maintain the possibility of an intimate safari experience. Our entire trip to the three camps has been a wonderful experience. We saw many animals easily in Amboseli. The guide Dickson was really great, and we learned a lot about the animal behavior and their ecosystem. The Elewana Tortilis camp was great with an intimate atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Governor’s camp had access to a larger area of wildlife so one doesn’t get the feel that animals are everywhere. But we did get to see a lot of them. The highlights included seeing large herds of elephants (more than 40) reaching the Mara River bank, drinking water and contemplating crossing the river, and seeing lions feasting on their kill, and seeing a leopard patiently waiting for a group of impalas and finally making a hunt, albeit unsuccessful. The great migration completed about two weeks ago. Our guide Issac explained that the distinction between dry and rainy season is no longer that clear, there has been more rain in Tanzania around this time in recent years so fewer wildebeests have crossed deep into the Mara area in the last five years and they have returned south earlier. The Governor’s camp was also very good but one doesn’t get as personal receptions from the management as one gets from the Elewana properties. The Elewana Loisaba property had exceptionally warm staff members and management—we would like to single out our meals server Ali for his warm hospitality, in addition to its breathtaking views from the tents and through much of its conservancy. It’s harder to spot some of the animals due to its terrains and bushes, but we did get to see many beautiful animals, including the precious rhinos and large families of giraffes. All in all we have had a wonderful experience in our eight days of safari trip over there camps. This has been a great experience and we can’t thank Susan enough for her help.
