Trustworthy well organized tour operator
This four-day safari was a unique experience for us. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We were picked up on time at our hotel in Zanzibar. All flights were booked and our German-speaking guide Elias and his driver were already waiting for us in the Serengeti. Elias explained everything to us well and we learned and saw so many interesting things. Individual requests were always taken into account.
Every lunchtime we received freshly cooked, very tasty meals at a lovingly set table, so no simple lunch boxes.
We can recommend this safari and therefore also the organizer in all respects.

Everything is Great
Everything is great. The guide Dieal’s service is really excellent. We saw a lot of animals during Safari. However, we lost 200 dollars in Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp. People who want to come here should take care of your wallet and anything important.

Great operation with the will to go drive an extra mile for a great experience
With the wide range of companies, we picked five, which suited our needs best. After comparing, we decided to go with FIF Tours, which had a good value for money offer and great communication before and during the tour.
Our guide Hilary was great (really good english). We had long days but he was always there for information and was eager to show us as many spots and animals as possible.
The accommodation chosen in Serengeti (tented lodge) was awesome. Eileens Treehouse near Ngorogoro was also great, even though its a little bit far to drive (its next to the crater, some lodges are on top of the crater, but probably more costly).
All in all we can definately recommend FIF Tours for your Safari.

Great Experience all around
Our tour guide Kelvin was amazing and so friendly, he communicated in advanced over WhatsApp which made it very easier and he was able to help with every aspect of booking and payment. He picked us up promptly and we were very well catered for with water and breaks while driving, very polite and knowledgeable. We were also joined by an aspiring female guide which was great to have an extra person, she was very nice and professional as well.
Kelvin was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we saw everything and had a great time :) the camp we stayed at was very nice, however we were only there for 1 night.
We did have some minor car troubles (not anyone's fault) when trying to leave Amboseli which Kelvin managed promptly and professionally and his priority was making sure he could get us back safely.
We booked short notice, 3 weeks in advance so it was always going to be more costly (I assume) but still - great value for money and very much worth it.
Would highly recommend!

We booked with Josh Dreamland Safaris.
I checked a comparison site and found that they would take us to the perfect tours of Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Conservation Area at a cheaper price than others, so I was a little worried about the quality of the hotel and food, but it was perfect!
All the tours were conducted without any problems, and the driver used his experience and network to quickly search for animals. Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big 5.
They even came to pick us up from the airport, even though it wasn't the day of the tour. Everyone was very friendly and fun. Thank you for the best experience.
Safari / diani beach trip Sep 2024
We booked a safari / Diani Beach trip through Jastros in late August / early September. Jastros we're responsive and competitive on price and they adapted quickly to changes to our preliminary itinerary as our trip planning progressed. There were a few difficulties with flight and accommodation times and dates so it's important to check these and stay on top of the details and the booking process. Jared engaged with us constructively and did his best to resolve the issues, and things turned out well in the end. Transfers between airports are challenging at the best of times but Jastros did a good job on these. Our game driver, John, was absolutely fantastic and we saw 4 of the big 5 within several hours of our first game drive - partly down to luck but also in large part due to John's skills and relationships with other game drivers.

Very kind and well accommodating
Extremely reliable, a lot of effort put into our comfort, food and safety. Food was excellent. Everything looked after for us and the guides are social and easy to talk to!
