Highest quality customer service with Easy Travel
Australia is a long way from Africa, so I was nervous about booking our safari. After frustrating negotiations with a number of Australian safari agents, I contacted Easy Travel on Trip Advisor. Wilbert responded to my inquiry within 24 hours, suggesting a fantastic itinerary with top quality accommodation for a very competitive price. It couldn't have been easier!
My wife and I had the most fantastic week on safari to celebrate turning 40. From the elephants in Tarangire to the migration on the Serengeti Plains, we felt spoiled every day as we enjoyed our luxury safari tent accommodation, fabulous food and game drives.
A particular highlight was Serengeti Tortilis Camp, nestled in a quiet valley and teeming with wildlife. We sat and watched the sun go down over wildebeest, buffalo, baboons and giraffe just meters from the lavish camp surroundings.

A well organised, breathtaking trip
We had an amazing time on the trip. It was a nice combination of sightseeing and activities. Our driver/guide was very friendly and we had great conversations with him. He also give us tips for the next safari we were going to have, which was good. Because of him, we had something to do on our free day the second trip.
The accommodations were beautiful and the food and service were amazing. It was a little expensive though (we're students). Some cheaper accommodations would have been fine too, if that would have made the costs less. But mostly, we were very happy and content with the accommodations we stayed at.
All in all, we were very happy and content that we chose Matoke Tours for our trip. And we probably would do it again.

We can highly recommend Wild root Safaris Operator because of the follwong reasons:
- Communication,booking and recommondations were excellent.
- Price is very competitive and you get alot for the money.
- The support during our stay was excellent (pick up and drop off at the airport by the owners)
- Our personal Guide durng our safari was in every way perfect. He had great knowlegde about the fauna and flora as well as was he a great spotter ( we have seen the big 5 !! ). He understood the balance between entertaining and giving the clients their space.
- All the accomodations exeeded our expectations.

group of four people visited Tanzania during Christmas
We, a group of four people visited Tanzania during Christmas. It was definitely one of our best experience.

Amazing Experience!
I went on a safari with Steady Safaris a few weeks ago and it was an absolutley unforgettable experience! The whole process was easy and we were given exceptional care throughout our entire trip. Our guide Carlos was phenomenal! He was incredibly knowledgeable and so fun to be around. We had such a fun time and learned so much. Carlos took care of everything for us, we didn't have to worry about a thing! He really tried to make sure we saw everything we wanted to see while we were there as well as giving us so much information on the animals, plants, and surroundings. I would say it's a once in a lifetime experience, but after doing it once you will want to go back again and again. The experience is truly indescribable. I would definitely book with Steady Safaris over and over again!

Perfect safari - expert guide, excellent service, great accommodations
Our conclusion is that you can completely trust your Tanzanian safari adventure to Kilele Savane. Frank suggested an itinerary and then worked closely with us to tweak it to our specifications, and it was indeed fabulous. Each of our accommodations was unique - be sure to stay in at least one tented lodge for the experience. We also stayed at Boundary Hill Lodge which is up a difficult mountain road and worth it! We had a great view from our luxurious room across miles of the Tarangire and the dinners were extraordinary - outside dining by the patio fireplace. Our guide David was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and flora; with his eagle eyes he could point out many animals that we would otherwise have missed, and he ensured that everyday was chock full of exciting discovery. He's also an excellent driver on roads that were often just rough tracks. David and Frank were always looking out for us, making sure all was going well and to our liking. We couldn't imagine using any other Tanzanian tour operator - so knowledgeable, professional and organized - and highly recommend Kilele Savane.

Memories to last a lifetime!
Amidst our crazy schedules, overcoming our post-vacation blues and the procrastination, this review has been a long time coming. We felt that we owe this to Easy Travels and Tours for what was the most extraordinary trip of our lives!
We undertook a private 7-day Tanzania Classic safari with ETT in the last week of November. The planning for the same started a couple of months prior to the travel dates. We had heard about the Serengeti, the Masai, the wildebeest migration and the grandeur of African wildlife but that would probably sum up the entire knowledge we had about the adventure that we were going to embark on. After several crude google searches, getting in touch with a few tour operators and obtaining quotes from them, we chanced upon ETT. They were the top-rated tour operator on TripAdvisor with close to 700 reviews rating them 5-stars and very rightly so!
Our initial interactions via email, were with Wilbert. Right from the beginning, we got a sense of being in the right hands. He chalked out a rough itinerary for us based on the duration that we were interested in. We went back and forth a few times and Wilbert was very prompt and courteous in replying to our emails and addressing our concerns. He was also very kind to take a note of our photographic needs and arrange for a bean bag for our camera.
On arrival at Arusha, we were warmly received by our guide and driver Adrian who promised us that it would be trip unlike any other! Just before we headed out to the National Parks, we had the pleasure of meeting Wilbert in person, for a quick safari briefing. He constantly kept in touch with us during the entire trip to make sure we were being taken care of well. After having read dozens of reviews while planning for this trip, we also insisted on meeting Musaddiq, the Director of ETT. His passion for the company was really evident in the short conversation that we had.
Adrian, who eventually became our good friend, was extremely knowledgeable about the flora, fauna, natural history, culture and life in Tanzania. He was enthusiastic and spirited, ensuring that we had the best sighting in each of the national parks we visited. We were lucky to sight Africa’s Big Five, thanks to him! He had an amazing intuitive sense of animal behavior and how to locate them. His eye for spotting wildlife and identifying bird species was impeccable! Adrian’s long standing experience in the African Savannah made us feel that we were in safe hands when we were right in the middle of a herd of elephants in Tarangire National Park! He craftily navigated through slush and dirt tracks in the Serengeti and was adequately equipped to get our vehicle out when one of the tires got stuck in them. We have a deep sense of gratitude for Adrian, our experience would not have been half as wonderful, if not for him!!
Our stay at the Serena lodges was top-class in terms of hospitality, quality of the rooms, and buffet dining experience. We had requested for vegetarian meals and met with the chefs at most of the lodges and they were all kind enough to accommodate our dietary needs. The boxed lunches for our safari day was not something that we would write home about, but had a lot of snackables that kept us more than full.
We are now reliving our time in Tanzania through the hundreds of stunning photographs of wildlife and landscapes taken during the tour. We highly recommend Easy Travels and Tours to all adventure enthusiasts!
