Very friendly, Sia and his team did everything they could to make our stay a perfect experience.
They speak good English and informed us very well about the trip, the animals and the landscape. We were able to get very close to many wild animals. We always left on time, you can count on them. The trip was good value for money. Many thanks for the great experiences.

We had an absolutely awesome time on the safari. We were lucky enough to see so many amazing animals in their natural habitat, which was truly breathtaking. Our guide, Mike, was fantastic—his passion for wildlife and attention to detail really enhanced our experience. He shared so much knowledge about the animals and the ecosystem, making the trip unforgettable. We can't wait to share our stories and recommend this adventure to others!

Great 4 Days Safari, High Recommendation
We had a 4 days camping safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater starting in Arusha.
The tour was well organized, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.
We were 6 tour participants plus driver and cook.
We went to many points of interest within the parks and saw many animals.
Our cook Matthew always prepared delicious dishes, freshly cooked, big portions (too big to eat them up). I saw others safaris having lunch boxes but ours were always freshly prepared. Even beer and wine were included.
Although a camping safari I was surprised to have rooms the first night at our accomodation in Mto wa Mbu (Ngedere Lodge & Camp). Those rooms were really good, obviously recently built. They have a great pool, so take your swim suit with you (unfortunately we didn't).
The other 2 nights we were in already built-up tents on campgrounds, inside Serengeti and at the Ngorongoro crater rim (Simba Campsite A). Both sites were simple and that is what we expected.
Two things that possibly could be improved:
- The 3rd day we arrived quite early at about 16 hours at the campground
on the Ngorongoro crater rim. Not a lot you can do there.
So maybe going back from Serengeti later and/or making a few more stops on the way to Ngorongoro?
- I suggest to start driving back to Arusha 2 hours later from the Ngorongoro crater at the 4th day.
I guess Arusha should be reached at 18 hours.
Our driver Mandari (I hope, the spelling is correct) and our cook Matthew both were great.
We enjoyed our safari a lot.
I can fully recommend this company and this safari.

Unforgettable Safari Adventure with Lucas in September 2024
My girlfriend and I recently had the privilege of going on a safari adventure in Kenya with Lucas as our guide, and it was an experience we'll never forget! We visited four incredible national parks and game reserves, including Amboseli, Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Hell's Gate (Lake Naivasha). Lucas's expertise and passion for wildlife conservation made each stop memorable.
From the majestic views of Mount Kilimanjaro in Amboseli to the endless plains of Maasai Mara, where we spotted the lion, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros, we were thrilled to see the Big Five (minus the elusive leopard, which remained a highlight of our trip). We were also thrilled to see the famous pink flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and the unique geological formations of Hell's Gate were a highlight.
Lucas's warm and engaging personality made us feel at ease throughout the trip. He was attentive to our needs, and his enthusiasm for the wildlife was infectious. We even visited a Maasai village and learned about their traditional way of life.
The tour was well-organized, with delicious meals and a focus on showcasing the best of Kenya's wildlife and culture. Overall, our safari adventure with Lucas was an unforgettable experience that we'll always treasure. If you're planning a trip to Kenya, I highly recommend Lucas as your guide - you won't be disappointed!

Best tour operator
We went on the "5-Day Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru-Lake Naivasha & Hells Gate" private tour option Jeep 4*4 with Explorers wild Adventures and we could only recommend it. Johann the operation manager has been helping us, planning and tailoring our trip providing us all information we needed. Johann also helped us with the online pre-payment which did not go through straight away as blocked but after calling our bank it worked well! Once we arrived we met KennetH, who has been an amazing guide, always in a great mood and answering every single question we had about the Kenyan culture and animals. Kenneth was also incredible to spot the Big 5! Already on the first game drive evening we saw many animals including 4 of the Big 5.
It was our first safari and could not have wished for more ! We definitely recommend Explorers Wild Adventures for a Safari in Kenya and would reserve again with them for the next one !

It was a perfect trip, and the travel agency arranged everything for us very well. The most impressive was our driver, Jonathan. He drove very hard every day and took good care of us. He introduced the animals very professionally and humorously, and we learned a lot.

I just finished a 5 day safari with 5 of my girlfriends and the entire experience was incredible! Starting with booking the communication was easy with quick responses from the company. This was such an incredible experience for the money we paid. The hotels and lodges we stayed at were very nice with amazing customer service, everyone we encountered was so friendly. One of the best parts of the trip was our guide Wines. We had so much fun getting to know him. He was so accommodating making stops that we requested and he was very knowledgeable, any question we had he knew the answer. I would absolutely do another trip with this company!

patient and professional
We had a nice vacation with jungleroam. Thanks for Chesi and Francis, we had a great time in Kenya, with confortable accommodations and experience. Before we go, Chesi was patient to answer all the questions, and gave us proper advice for the trip. During the trip, Francis tried his best to find as more animals as he can. If we come back, we gonna choose them again.

Tour is extremely good value for money. We did many things, but never felt rushed and all the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The tour is very well organised and we visited 4 countries with ease. I highly recommend the Cuckoo Safaris for an excellent experience. Our guides were Simon who provided excellent communication and co-ordination, Shojun and Martha for the Victoria Falls, and our game reserve driver Gift and our guide for the Impalila Island David. We learnt so much about the culture, local people, conservation and animals. Thank you Cuckoo Safaris for sharing your beautiful countries with us.
