Knowledgeable, flexible and responsive company
Our safari in Botswana with Sekanka was an amazing experience. The tour was well planned and organised with flexibility and good communication from Anna. We were well looked after at every stage by our driver, Mompati . The game drives, river cruises and scenic flights were excellent with great guides. We saw an incredible number of animals and birds in the beautiful landscapes of Chobe , the Okavanga and the salt pans. The last two days in the Kalahari were an added bonus in experiencing a remote area at a lodge with brilliant service . Would definitely recommend .

grab ride
I liked the organization; very well programmed and one is adequately informed
The car ride through nature was very nice, we saw elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions, monkeys, zebras, antelopes, hippos and giraffes
The cost/benefit ratio is very good. I recommend the one day tour.

Trip of a lifetime
It is amazing how everything pulls together when you are on the other side of the world! We were quite tentative when we started looking for a Safari- there are so many out there. We requested information from multiple companies and Unscripted Safaris to be the fastest to respond and answered all our questions. We had so many questions/fears, but they were all answered. Our guide, Jeremy, was excellent with a profound knowledge of ALL the animals and birds of the area. We never could figure out how he knew where we were on the Mass! We loved the lodges that we stayed in and the food was awesome. We wholeheartedly recommend Unscripted Safaris for our next, or yours, next Safari!

Amazing!
I had an incredible experience from start to finish! Their team was responsive, with super quick replies to every email when arranging the tour, and they kept up the same quick response even after payment, addressing all my questions with ease. The pick-up was perfectly on time, and they arranged comfortable accommodations both before and after the tour.
The bed was cozy, making for a restful stay, and the tour itself exceeded expectations – we spotted all of the Big Five! The food was delicious, and the vehicle was comfortable, just as they promised. Truly an amazing team, delivering on every detail and making this an unforgettable experience!

Amazing trip
We had an amazing 'Etosha dash' trip with PEA Tours and Safaris. Solid, clean, comfortable en up for the job vehicle and driver. Communications beforehand and during the trip were effective, pleasant and clear. Prev's knowledge of the country, wildlife, culture, venues, etc was impressive en we had many many questions answered. I would definitely recommend PEA Tours and Safaris for an amazing customized trip to the beautiful country of Namibia.

The best experience ever!
The best experience ever!!! I wouldn't change a single thing about my trip—it was simply perfect. One of the most important aspects of a great safari is having a knowledgeable and personable guide, and Nanyaro exceeded all our expectations. He was not only incredibly skilled and insightful during the game drives but also made our entire journey unforgettable with his warmth and enthusiasm. We had such an extraordinary experience, and for that, we are deeply thankful. The memories we've made will last a lifetime. We sincerely hope to return in the future, and when we do, it will undoubtedly be with Big Life Safari, with Nanyaro as our guide once again. We couldn't imagine it any other way!
Efficient and professional
We booked the 4-night stay at the Raddisson in Hoedspruit, including roundtrip flights from Cape Town. MoA handled our booking efficiently and professionally, with Lavender in the main office being particularly helpful, including prompt responses via email to our many questions.
The tours themselves were well-managed, with excellent guides, especially Evince (probably misspelled -- sorry), whom we had twice, and who was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, and where to look for them. But the other guides were also quite good.
The sunset drive was spectacular -- as perhaps was to be expected in a private reserve where the animals are more constrained. But so was the full-day safari in Kruger NP the next day. It helped that the weather was cloudy. The Panoramic Route on Day 3 was well worth it and a welcome break; bring hiking gear. Our second Kruger safari on Day 4 was nice but not as good -- it was simply too hot, so fewer animals and more discomfort. The guide did what he could, but we gave up a bit early. We didn't bother with the sunrise drive our last day, choosing to sleep in and enjoy the outstanding buffet breakfast, rather than getting up at 5 with a decent but unexceptional packed breakfast. But others who went said it had been worth it -- not surprising, since it was back in the private reserve.
Flying directly to Hoedspruit (HDS) was a definite plus, as the airport is only 15 minutes from the hotel -- and has a surprisingly nice gift shop as well as decent food for what is essentially a 1-room airport. Everyone else in our group flew to/from Johannesburg, requiring a 5-hour drive. And the Raddisson can only be described as luxurious, with excellent service (and food).
Minor glitches did occur: We didn't get lunch until well after 2 PM on our first day in Kruger. Our guide for the Panoramic Route found a leak in a tire before we started, causing a delay as he stopped to change it -- but better that than the alternative. And, unlike others in our group, we were never sent a detailed schedule, showing estimated pickup and dropoff times. But none of these would cause us to downgrade our rating.
