Knowledgeable, reliable and very responsive tour operator
Our safari trip to kenya was the highlight of our trip to Tsavo east and west. The accommodation was spectacular,(saltlick and voi safari lodge) the service was fantastic and on the game drives we saw everything there was to see. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a safari holiday. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights which whilst that felt enough for safari (4 game drives), it didn't feel quite long enough to enjoy all of Saltlick!. The service from Africa Starpal Safaris Team was also brilliant - they were very responsive to all questions and very proactive in providing recommendations, quotes and answering questions. Highly recommend!

Travel with axis safari is value for money. No hidden charges, no misguide about things to do, easily approachable staff. During travel guide (Denis) taking care of all small things. Excellent and clean accommodation. Well english speaking staff. Food was basic but amazing (value for money). During safari guide giving you free time to click memories.
Overall I like axis safari and it's Recommandabl. Special thanks for guide Denis who is with us and helps us to get some amazing memories about Kenya back to home.

Amazing Safari Tour
My wife and I recently embarked on a safari tour in Kenya with Yasin as our guide, and it was an unforgettable experience. Great experience!
I recently went on a 4-day safari in Kenya with Yasin as our guide, and it was an unforgettable experience. We explored national parks, took a boat ride, and enjoyed a bike safari, all while seeing incredible wildlife like lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, and hippos. Feeding giraffes and seeing rhinos up close were unforgettable highlights.
Yasin's deep knowledge of the animals and his passion for wildlife made the trip even better. The hotels were great, and his professionalism and kindness truly enhanced the experience.

Absolutely fantastic experience seeing all the wildlife
We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had during our tour with Mimsoft Safaris. Wonderful lodges, excellent services, with wonderful meals onboard.
Kenya 🇰🇪 is definitely one of those places, especially the savannah(Mara), the actual beauty of which you can not capture through your camera lens no matter what you do. It settles deep into your soul in ways you cannot imagine. You lose track of time, and you lose your connection with this artificial world. You only exist in the wild, alongside your oldest pals, and get a good whiff of how far humans have strayed away from what they were supposed to be.
Kenya was fantastic, and it was nothing less than a wonderful surprise for all of us. The weather, the hospitality inside the resorts, and lodges were excellent. Thank you Steve, for planning and execution of a wonderful safari for us.
We wish to visit Kenya in the future, again.

Five Star service at an Affordable price
Review for Pooja Travels
We chose Pooja Travel through a reference in a friends WhatsApp group and among other tour operators in the region. So why Hitesh? Well mostly because he was quick with quotes, quick with replies, quick at modifications to our itinerary and he had a great price for my SAFARI to:Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangarie. And his prices for my hotel choices and ZANZIBAR lounging at the RIU Palace was great. He helped me plan all this from Toronto. I explained my time situation and he presented options and costs very quickly, which was important to me as this trip was planned in 7 days.
Also once I met Hitesh in Arusha, most of my apprehension and stresses went away. All that anxiety and “What If’s” disappeared. My experience from planning to the end was simple. Hitesh seems to be an honest person who delivers what was promised and agreed to. And he goes beyond what one expects from a tour operator. He really helped me out a few times above and beyond his job.
Hitesh had also offered for me to pay when I land. This made it easier to deal with someone I have never met half way around the world. Anyways. It was wonderful planning and organizing my SAFARI trip with Hitesh. The Experience was good and stress free. I Loved my trip, loved my tour guides Haji and Hussain. Loved the Toyota Landcruiser just for US filled with water for the journey. I Loved meeting Hitesh in person. Loved the hotel choices in Arusha, Serena Hotels for our Safari’s and Serena Hotel in old town and Tarangire Elephant Springs then RIU Palace in Zanzibar’s North Coast.
We decided to fly directly into Kilimanjaro airport from Toronto via Frankfurt. I spent one night in Moshi bc I lived there up to age 8, then we went to Arusha to meet up with my sister who was flying in to join our Safari. We flew directly to Serengeti from Arusha, to save time. Glad I did. Such a picturesque flight. And cut plenty of road travel time down.
Best I Loved my choices for Serena Hotels. And I can say without a doubt Serena Ngorongoro service is the best I have ever had. Such friendly service. Such nice people. A close second is Serena Serengeti for the same reasons. Excellent service. My son celebrated his 18th birthday evening at the Serena Serengeti. They brought us cake and sang in Swahili to him. Very embarrassing but as a dad, I was so happy he got to celebrate his 18th birthday at the Serena on the other side of the planet. Couldn’t have asked for a better memory. FYI: Hitesh took care and planned all this for me. Loved it. Thank you Hitesh.

Energetic and Focused Safari - You’ll See What You Want to See!
Went with Peter to visit the Nairobi National Park. We had already been in the country for a few days, so we only really needed to see a couple of more animals to check off of our list. But, Peter made it so much more! We were able to see southern white rhinos, giraffes, serval, cheetah with baby, dung beetle, lots of giraffes, baboon, family, warthog family, Impala, hartebeest, group of vultures, and many other birds! He drove great and had a good attitude, and was fun to chat with. Highly recommend!
