Tanzania was a fantastic experience - the safari on the Serengeti, in Ngorongoro Crater and by Lake Manyara. The people we met were friendly and accommodating, and with very good reason proud of their country. We have visited both Zanzibar and Arusha/Serengeti, and we will surely come back for more.

Trip of a Lifetime
We booked a four day three night safari and it was a breath taking experience. Everything was meticulously arranged and it really took the guess work out of figuring out every detail of our trip. Our guides were very knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. We learned so much and were thoroughly entertained. The time of year we chose to go was also perfect. We didn’t witnesss the great migration, but we able to avoid crowds and still manage to see all the animals on our checklist and more. Our guides with their laser sharp vision were able to spot animals seemingly miles away that we couldn’t tell were there until we were closer. The hot air balloon portion of our tour was amazing. It felt like a very special experience being able to tour the lands from a different point of view and be treated to a wonderful breakfast on the savanna. What a view! Bonifus was our favorite guide and wealth of knowledge knew no bounds. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely do again.

This was a trip that completely exceeded expectations!
The trip to Tanzania was beyond imagination. The natural scenery and wildlife there are unique and breathtaking. But what I miss most is the friendliness and enthusiasm of the locals. Their smiles are as warm and bright as the sunshine there. Special mention should be made of our guide Max, whose expertise and sense of humor made the whole trip full of fun. He is not only a guide, but more like an old friend or a family member, making our travel experience more memorable.

Good but could be better
I recently went on a safari organized by Emmy Safaris with our guide, Nurdin. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable, and we were fortunate to see a wide variety of animals. The accommodations were excellent, providing comfort and a great atmosphere after long days in the wild.
While the last two days had some challenges, I have to say that Nurdin was a great guide throughout most of the trip—knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. However, towards the end, his mood seemed to dip, which slightly affected the group dynamic. Additionally, on the final day, another couple joined our vehicle due to a technical issue with their car, even though we had specifically paid for a private safari.
One thing that could have improved the experience was having binoculars available, as they would have made it easier to spot and appreciate the animals from a distance.
Despite these minor setbacks, we truly enjoyed the safari and will cherish the memories of this unique adventure

Well organized, Team Work, Focused and Charming Staffs
We safely arrived in Arusha and welcomed by Davies, Sadick, Jose and Sabina. The team was extremely organized, focused and Charming. The atmosphere was so friendly to start our safari. Shedrack as our guide was absolutely nice throughout our adventure. He real deserve special thanks.

Very easy and professional in communication
Our two day Safari from Dar es Salaam was the perfect thing if you just want to spend a day in nature and seeing all sorts of animals. I am not a fan of driving for hours and days, that’s why this option with an early pick up on day one was absolutely the most worth it!

Experienced and reliable Red Sand Safari
Incredible experience at the Julius Nyerere national park. Our guide, Sixmun, was fantastic. He knew so much and every step of the way was planned well. We saw so many animals (including a warthog, elephant shrew and various monkeys and baboons by our chalet). But the most amazing experience was getting to see the African hunting dog, one of the rarest mammals on the planet. The pleasure of the Julius Nyerere national park compared to the Serengeti is that it’s so much quieter. You see very few other vehicles around, so it truly is a unique and special experience.
