Wonderful
5/5

Jungle roam provided a very organised comprehensive budget group tour (specialised guide, 4x4 open top jeep, accommodation and food). Chesi was very helpful with all my queries pre/post my booking confirmation. I joined a group of 6 very friendly and cooperative people. They offered pickup/drop off to the hotels/ airport. I was greeted warmly to the office and guided to the jeep where we met John, the man I must say made the next 6 days spectacular for us. He made sure we got all the wildlife around, spectacular angles for photos, a very good drive around and of course all the information about the region, wildlife and the people. All our trips started right on time and I definitely have to mention the many times he drove us close to some lovely big lions, so close that we could reach out and touch them. The stays we did were mostly budget, so not as luxurious. They were all well maintained and clean, with very friendly staff(lots of names to take) The food was also good and was mentioned Halal. There was some vegetarian options as well all of local cuisine.
This trip changed a lot of my perspective of animals in the wildlife. I suggest you should do this at least once. I hope I’ll be back to show this to my family sometime in the future and of course prefer JungleRoam. Thanks John, Chesi, all the staff and lastly all the animals for these wonderful memories to cherish for life.
الحمد لله

Very reliable, creative and flexible
5/5

We (2 friends) had a great time in Rwanda and Uganda. Julius took us in his comfortable safaribus around the 2 countries. The itinerarary was set on forehand but during the trip Julius proposed us extra activities to learn more about cultural aspects in both countries. Besides he was always on time, a very experienced and safe driver. The mountainhike and several bike tours where also in hands of great gides. All together an amazing experience and we can recommend DAV Safaris as a reliable travel agent in Eastern Africa.

Great Safari Experience
5/5

We had a private tour with Serengeti Wakanda Tours covering waterfalls hiking, coffee plantatiom visit, Safari in Tarangiri, Serengeti and the Crater. The company was super responsive to all our needs and requests. The trip was very well planned, all the accomodations were great and our guide Andrew was super knowledgable and experienced. He was able to find us a lot of great animal sightings. His timing and planning was always great. And he was very friendly and kind. Overall I really recommend Serengeti Wakanda Tours to anyone that is willing to make a Safari Tour.

Unforgettable Safari Experience with Sereland Africa!
5/5

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-day safari with Sereland Africa Safaris! Our guide, Omari, was incredibly friendly and experienced. He took us through Serengeti and Ngorongoro, where we got to see all of the Big Five — and so much more. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I highly recommend Sereland Africa Safaris!

5/5

We had an amazing safari experience in Ngorongoro and the Serengeti.
We were fortunate to see all of the Big Five, and our driver, Omari, was outstanding—efficient, friendly, and fully committed to making our experience the best it could possibly be.
A big thank you to Omari for making our trip truly memorable and absolutely unforgettable.

Unforgettable experience
5/5

I cannot reccomend Morningstar enough for helping us live a once in a life time experience. Everything was communicated well and was smoothly arranged for us with no issues. Our driver, James was very passionate about his job and knowledgeable about the areas we were in and the animals we were seeing. He took us on routes away from where the main cars were going, which meant we saw Elephants and Rhinos close up, and other animals we may not have otherwise seen. He was always punctual and friendly (even at 6 am)! By the end of our few days with him, he felt like a member of the family. I would also like to acknowledge Alice, who was so lovely and perfect to communicate with and helped us plan the trip. Alice and James are truly an asset to Morningstar. I would recommend Morningstar to anyone who wants a stress-free and well-organised safari, with professional and friendly drivers.

Affordable Luxury and Wilderness in Perfect Balance
5/5

Our trip to Botswana was nothing short of spectacular.

At every camp we were welcomed like family with warm smiles. The chef performed miracles to provide amazing meals with the bare essentials of pots and pans and Dutch ovens over an open fire. The food was incredible (even for picky eaters), and the safety and comfort were always top-notch. After each drive we were greeted warmly and treated to warm face cloths to wipe our faces and hands. The roaming camps were well-equipped and comfortable.

Our guide, Moa, was deeply knowledgeable about the wildlife and ecosystems and clearly respected by the other guides. His encyclopaedic knowledge of the fauna, flora of the bush as well as economic and socio-political issues facing Botswana made for memorable conversations. It is obvious he loves his country dearly. We appreciated that he took the time to occasionally stop the safari vehicle and introduce us to plants and bushes that were used by indigenous peoples for herbs and medicines. He had a sixth sense for where the animals would be and always positioned the vehicle for perfect lighting, which we as photographers, really appreciated. Every drive brought something new.

The evenings around the campfire (accompanied by well-earned gin & tonics), the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and the sense of wonder we felt daily made this so memorable.

This trip touched our hearts — the landscapes, the people, and the sheer beauty of the wildlife. We felt cared for and inspired every step of the way. This was more than a vacation — it was a profound, soul-stirring experience that connected us deeply to Africa’s natural beauty. Five stars is not enough.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience – Flawlessly Planned
5/5

Yesterday we touched down back in the UK, and I’ve spent the day reflecting on our incredible Kenyan adventure. My expectations were high, but not only did the experience meet them, it exceeded them in every possible way.

Kenya… WOW. I knew I would love it, but nothing could have prepared me for the emotional impact this beautiful country would have on me. I’ve left a piece of my heart in the Masai Mara and brought back memories I will cherish for a lifetime.

The location was nothing short of idyllic, we stayed at Bateleur Camp and it was, without question, the most breathtaking place I’ve ever stayed. I’ve been fortunate enough to visit some incredible destinations, but nothing compares to this. It truly lives up to its name and delivers on the promise of going above &beyond. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. The warmth, care, and attention shown by every member of the team was overwhelming. They went out of their way to make our birthday trip feel magical, from the beautiful birthday bath and delicious cake, to the unforgettable sundowner experience. The chef deserves a special mention, not only was every meal exquisite, but my dietary needs were taken seriously and handled with such creativity and care. The only downside is I may need to invest in some roomier jeans! By the time we left, it genuinely felt like we were saying goodbye to family. But that only means one thing: we will be back.

Our guide Puya was pure magic. It was as if he had a superpower, animals would appear just at the right moment, and somehow, he always knew where to be and when. We saw the Big Five on our very first morning drive, and each day just got better from there. His knowledge, insight, and calm, friendly presence made every drive unforgettable. Because of him, I had the chance to look some of my favourite animals right in the eye, something I had only dreamed of. It was deeply emotional, and a moment I’ll never forget.

But, most importantly, Anton from Ongeri…. thank you. From my very first email to our final departure, he made every part of this journey seamless and effortless. He truly listened to what I hoped for and somehow managed to exceed it in every way. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He answered every question, no matter how small, with kindness and genuine care. It felt less like working with a travel agent, and more like planning a trip with a friend. Knowing he was just a WhatsApp away during our time in Kenya gave me such comfort. His thoughtful check-ins, like making sure we arrived safely, did not go unnoticed. It’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Having worked as a manager in customer service for many years myself, I can honestly say I’m incredibly impressed. If I could, I’d hire him in a heartbeat!

Although I’m sad the trip is over, I already know this won’t be the last time we travel to Africa, and I won’t hesitate for a second to reach out Anton and Ongeri when we’re ready to plan the next adventure.
