The wildlife park is very safe, with an experienced guide who helped us see many animals on the first day. The later days brought even more surprises with many animals we didn't anticipate seeing. It was also very cost-effective。it was a delightful and effortless journey, one that will stay with me forever, leaving me deeply in love with Africa.

Very Responsive, Extremely Thorough, Exactly as Promised
We began planning our first trip approximately a year before travelling. We found Martin and Kingfisher Safaris online. From the first email communication, it was obvious Martin was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.
We provided a prize range we were comfortable with, he provided us with expectations within that range. He booked us a PERFECT itinerary that, very honestly exceeded all our expectations. The camps we stayed in (Desert & Delta) were incredible, modern, well appointed and luxurious. The staff were incredible. The food was amazing. Not a single complaint from my wife nor I.
I provided Martin with our inbound and outbound flights and all our transportation in between was perfect. We were met in Victoria Falls by a private driver who took us to the hotel without issue. Our subsequent travel to Kasane was similarly painless. Our flights between camps were effortless.
Throughout the planning stages I had more questions than I care to admit. Martin was prompt and INCREDIBLY detailed in his replies and I was able to satisfy all my questions and uncertainties with his help.
We intend to travel again to Africa in a few years and will, without a shadow of a doubt, be seeking Martin and Kingfisher Safaris as our planning service. I have nothing by positive things to say.

Expert Advice, Great Service.
My family of 4 just returned from an African vacation- 14 days plus travel, incl. 4 stops in 2 countries. The entire trip was planned and coordinated through Tailormade Africa. We are very satisfied customers- would recommend Tailormade without hesitation (and will use them again in the future!)
I worked with Rob Morley, one of the company's founders. He was a wealth of information and advice and I never felt like he was pushing me in one direction or another, or trying to upsell. He likely works with many families who want a "sign here" easy experience, but that's not me. I'm a DIY planner (overthinker?) by nature but realized I'd met my match with Africa, and needed professional assistance. So I came to the conversation with some research and ideas, which Rob helped me mold into an optimal itinerary. He was always patient and thorough in all conversations and responsive via whatsapp and email. The trip came in exactly at budget and went smoothly. It was a complicated itinerary with lots of transfers, car services, inter-Africa flights, etc. It provided amazing peace of mind to know Rob and his team had coordinated everything so well- I never had a worry and there wasn't a single hitch in the logistics.
More importantly, the actual recommendations he provided were fantastic. My family loved every stop. We stayed at one lodge I was excited to try, and he vetted and approved. The other 3 lodgings were not on my radar at all and we did solely on his advice. I felt like we got an expertly thought-through and curated itinerary. Rob provided on the ground support through whatsapp- he and his colleagues followed along our every stop (I believe they were in communication behind the scenes much of the time- a process invisible to us but likely caused the smooth sailing of our trip).
In summary: mission accomplished- a special family vacation that was an amazing success! In fact, it was so good that we've stopped calling it our "once in a lifetime" splurge and instead are already dreaming how and when to get back....

We got to see all the big 5 and so much more!
We visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and The Serengeti. Our Guide Rama was an absolute pleasure to go on this journey with. He guided us with experience and skill ...and a little luck to ensure we saw everything including lion prides with playful cubs, rhino's, leopard with kill and the great migration! Tanzania has far exceeded our expectations and we wish we had booked longer !

Rama is Sweet as! Wouldn’t choose another
Rama is a professional, knowledgeable and caring guide. We saw multiple different sightings/groups of the big 5, as well as many other animals! Rama was respectful of the animals, ensuring not to go to close and making sure they weren’t too disturbed. Rama was also an experienced driver, knowing how to man the bumpy roads with ease.
I was deciding whether to do a 4/5 or 5/5, as Rama is brilliant; however, i feel as though the hotel scheduling could have been better organised (Our itinerary was not planned by Mr Rama, rather Sereland Safari operators). Most of our safari was spent with one night at each hotel; once back tracking to a different hotel, before heading to the serengeti after visiting the ngorongoro crater, so we had to drive through the crater again (where the time spent driving through could’ve been spent in the serengeti). If this was better organised, i would’ve definitely rated 5/5!
This hasn’t taken away from my enjoyment of the experience however, merely an observation that is intended to be taken for improvement of future guests.
We have not completed our Tanzania experience yet, we are off to Zanzibar for scuba diving and more cultural experiences! Rama has been a great guide; I doubt our Safari would have been as great as it was with a different guide!
TLDR: Rama is a brilliant guide, wouldn’t choose another! Next time, i would request that we don’t backtrack to hotels (drive back the way we came, to then drive the track again to get through), and stay more than one night at hotels instead of hotel hopping.
