Adabert, the tour manager, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive from day one and altered everything to our needs. We went with a private tour and believe it was good value for money as we had the entire Jeep experience for the three of us. We worked with Adabert to select luxury accommodation and he swapped to ones of our liking as requested. He successfully arranged an additional bed or baby cot for our toddler at each camp resulting in zero fuss upon arrival each day. We had one mishap which he managed to rectify and make up for immediately!

From our initial enquiry through to supporting us whilst in Kenya they were friendly, easy to contact and worked with us to create a bespoke trip which included a private safari across the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha followed by a week on the beach in Diani. Everything was planned perfectly from the moment we arrived in Nairobi to the day we left, we did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying our holiday. Our guide, John Adamba, was fantastic and it felt like he was part of our family by the end of our stay. Kenya is a beautiful country with some of the most welcoming people we have ever met. Experience of a lifetime
I picked this operator based on the reviews of this website and it truly did not disappoint!
My guide/driver Caleb was attentive, efficient and knowledgeable about the whole program. He gave very useful information about the animals that you will see in the safari. He gives clear instructions on what time to get ready and other pertinent information.
The tour itself was amazing! Saw so much animals! Animals that I only see in books and films came to life during this trip. The accommodations are basic but it does the join considering the price point.
If you are thinking of doing a safari in Kenya (which you should!) I will definitely recommend Caleb and Jungleroam Safaris!

Better than we could have ever imagined!
We originally booked and communicated with Elijah through email as opposed to booking through an agency, which felt a bit daunting. However, Elijah was friendly and efficient, helped us with any questions we had and created the perfect package for us that fit our situation and budget.
After landing in Nairobi, we were greeted at the gate by Elijah, who was again very friendly and made us feel at ease. He explained to us what to expect on the trip and introduced us to Patrick, our guide for the week.
From the very beginning, Patrick was always friendly, answered every question we had and was receptive to what we wanted from our trip. He worked tirelessly to ensure that our trip ran seamlessly and made it an incredible experience for us. He communicated efficiently any minor changes (small things like changing days for activities etc) and still made sure everything ran smoothly. Even doing things like checking us in to our accomodation and making bookings for us, which made our trip so stress-free! As it was my first safari, I was nervous at the beginning, but Patrick immediately made us feel safe and at ease throughout the whole experience, making it easily one of the best experiences of my life! When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he truly went above and beyond to make our entire experience unforgettable. 😊 The whole safari was incredible, Patrick knew where to look for each animal and his excitement was infectious when we found them! I'd say we were lucky to see such incredible animals/encounters on our safari but I believe it's entirely down to Patrick knowing his stuff and being an excellent guide. The long car rides between camps were also made much more enjoyable with chatting and getting to know Patrick too!
We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone and everyone to book with Leopard Orchid Safaris (particularly with Patrick!). I can't imagine a better experience! Thank you Patrick and Leopard Orchid Safaris 😊

Amazing experience!
We had an amazing 6-day safari with Meru Slopes Safari. Our guide Samwel was super friendly, professional, and knew so much about the animals, nature, and local culture. We saw so many animals, it was for sure a once in a lifetime experience.
Camping at night with animals around was exciting, and the food from our cook was really tasty with lots of variety.
We‘d definitely go with them again and totally recommend them!
