Very surprised, it was an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt I recommend this agency.
5/5

It has been spectacular. The route by car, the accommodation (according to the price), the food and especially the park. Without a doubt, one of the most important things is the guide you go with, and we had John Faru, a fantastic person. He has been attentive, he has tried to make us see everything and he has treated us very kindly and explained super interesting things to us. Balu highly recommended, but especially if you happen to be with John!

Best value for money! Best safari experience! Best tour team!
5/5

I admit I rarely write reviews!
And I do it only when I have had complete pleasure!
Vincent's team was our lucky break, and our first experience of a safari in Africa (we tried safaris in Asia).
Points by point:
1. We chose from about 10 offers (other travel companies) , for a period of 4-5 days, to a visit to several parks.
2. Vincent's offer seemed to us the most balanced!
3. We did not want to live in tents, the offer should included guest houses.
4. The main quality of Vincent's team is accuracy, strict adherence to plans, politeness. I admit this is not typical for Africa with its hakuna matata.
5. We were picked up exactly on time without delays!
6. All trips were organized with excellent knowledge of the parks, local animals and plants! They told us everything in detail,
7. We saw lions, hyenas, jackals, rhinos, hippos, giraffes and many elephants!
8. Ngorongoro Park was the absolute gem of this trip.
9. Our car driver was super professional, drove us very well, and when one angry elephant wanted to attack, he masterfully took us out of danger!
10. The car was clean and comfortable!
11. The food on the tour was always fresh and tasty, the guest houses are wonderful!
12. We saw everything we wanted to see - animals, birds, plants, mountains and a lake!
13. There is not a single drawback or negative comment on this trip, we enjoyed it!

We are absolutely ready to recommend Vincent's team to everyone as excellent professionals and great people!
And most importantly, in the price-quality comparison, they are the best!

The operator made the trip worthwhile.
4/5

In regards to communication, everything to do while on the trip was clearly communicated by the operator, the services where really good right from the time set from Kampala until when we came back. The money that for trip you get to enough it right from accommodation, meals, game drive and so much more.

Best experience of my life!
5/5

Seven Wonders Safaris gave us an experience that was much more beautiful than we expected. Every day brought a new surprise. We were surprised to see elephants and water elephants floating in the calm waters of the Zambezi River. The guides gave us great information about the wildlife, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The serene ambience in the morning, the adventure in the afternoon, and the luxurious cruise in the evening - it was a dream trip all together. Seven Wonders Safaris is undoubtedly the best choice for those who want to enjoy the beauty, luxury and adventure of nature together.

They are broke…when you get cheated go KATO. They guarantee payment.
1/5

We loved the safari and driver on a Kenya safari that ended Jan 20. Natural World Safari’s is broke. We raised hell and got 7 days of our 11 paid…one day at a time. At the end we brought the Nairobi Tourist police and the operator was able to refund the last $4000 US by some shenanigans with a refund to our credit card. My guess is the best route for a refund of the safari cost (not your airfare and hassle) is through KATO, an organization that apparently guarantees operators nationally.

If you have the funds, my recommendation is you do the safari and pay yourself, as needed and then go to KATO.

If you haven’t booked with this company, I would advise don't.

We loved this safari so much! Everything was organized perfectly and we had the best time. We can recommend this so much! Our highlight was the tour in the private game reserve and the hotel.

Safari 365: Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
5/5

I recently booked a safari through Safari 365 and was incredibly impressed with their service and expertise. From the initial planning stages to the actual trip, they were there to assist and ensure everything went smoothly.
In Brazil, I was fortunate to work with Elaine, who was extremely helpful in guiding me through the selection and booking process. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights. Throughout the trip, our dedicated concierge, Trevor, went above and beyond to take care of every detail. His support was invaluable, especially when it came to choosing attractions and activities along the Garden Route.
While I had already arranged part of my trip independently (including my Cape Town hotel and itinerary), Trevor's assistance in selecting the cities and experiences along the Garden Route was instrumental in making that portion of the trip a success.
As for the safari itself, I highly recommend considering Shamwari Game Reserve as an alternative to the more famous Kruger National Park. Shamwari offers an equally incredible wildlife experience and is conveniently located near Port Elizabeth.
Overall, I have nothing but praise for Safari 365. They provided exceptional service, were always available to assist, and helped me create an unforgettable safari adventure. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Truly Exceptional and Welcoming
5/5

Kwezi Safaris delivered an extraordinary journey to my guests through Masai Mara, Naivasha, and Amboseli. With exceptional guides, flawless transportation, and outstanding accommodations, they showcased Kenya's magnificent wildlife and landscapes. The remarkable service and breathtaking encounters left such an impression that we're committed to returning annually. A truly life-changing African adventure.

Amazing Expereince
5/5

We planned this only a month out. They were fantastic to work with, Great communication and we customized our trip. We went to DRC and Rwanda and everything was seamless. Great guides, great hotels, great cars. Everything went very smoothly. I am an experienced traveler but I was traveling with someone who was not as confident with travel. This was a perfect set up for the both of us.

The most caring, loyal, knowledgeable person who became a good friend in a short amount of time.
5/5

This trip was the most fun, life changing experience I ever had. I was very nervous going into this trip not knowing what to expect, but I'm so glad I didn't let my fears stop me from going on the trip. I got to see so many lions, elephants, zebras, giraffes, Buffalo, etc. We even were able to find some rhino, a leapers and a cheetah! One of my all time favorite parts was eating dinner with our guide John every night. Hearing his stories and learning about him and his family was so fun and while we heard that usually guests don't eat with their guide, I wouldn't trade that time with John for the world. We got to spend a lot of time with him over the week we were there and I am so blessed that I can now call him a friend. He took such good care of my family and I and made sure we got everything we wanted and more out of our trip. Whenever I talk about this trip and hear people say they always have wanted to do a safari, I always tell them about John and Wilderness Insights Safaris.
