Excellent service and knowledge
Because we travelled with our nearly 2 year old girl we contacted tailor made safaris to see if they had experience in creating tours that included a small kid. Although it didn’t happen often they tried to change the schedule and accommodation in every way we wanted, making proper suggestions along the way. They contacted the accommodation if it was possible to go on game drive and arranged what was within their limits. All the people contacted where helpful in creating our tour.
Because we did a self-drive we received a GPS, cell phone and a very nice tour book. Good service and useful. I don’t know what they could do more to provide excellent service.
Elephant Coast is an excellent destination for those wanting to keep travel distances between accommodations short and have a big diversity of activities as well as accommodation. The amount of game parks all different, kosi bay with its beaches and st lucia for a more touristy experience all within a few hours driving. If we go back we would definitely book with Tailor Made Safaris again.

Wonderful experience
We had a great safari with East African Safari & Touring Company. Innocent was our guide, and Michael was our chef, for a one-week camping / lodge safari. We went to Ngorongoro Crater, a day-long hike from Nainokanoka to Empakaai Crater (amazing) and Tarangire, and had a wonderful time. Innocent was a cool dude and had eagle eyes. We enjoyed camping and getting away from the beaten trail for a bit; Michael's soups were scrumptious. We also managed to meet Simon at his amazing lodge in Tarangire. The team was responsive to some last-minute news that one of our travelers was pregnant. I was worried about some of the negative reviews I'd read on the web, but we had a terrific trip and recommend this outfit to friends who are looking for a safari that presents great value.

I used African Breeze tours to book a 5 day tour of Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Navaisha and Hells Gate National Park. The tour was fantastic value, accommodation was adequate and the meals provided were of a good quality. The staff were extremely helpful, prior to booking they communicate well and helped tailor the trip to my requirements. During the safari the staff demonstrated excellent knowledge of the local area and were able to spot and provide information on all the local wildlife. The tour company were very accommodating with pick up and drop offs in Nairobi. I would definitely recommend booking through African Breeze, they exceeded all of my expectations! I will be sure to use the company again if i am ever fortunate enough to return to Kenya. Thank you for making holiday a trip which I will remember for the rest of my life!

Great safari tour company !
I must say the efficiency, enthusiasm and willingness of this tour operator is highly commendable. I just sent an enquiry to them (and i sent it on a weekend as well) enquiring about a 5 day safari to Tanzania (Nothern curcuit) not expecting to hear from them for days, but voila !!! not only did I get a response within hours, I also got a complete itinery as well. They also responded very promptly to my queries and alterations of the itinery and were eager to willing to tailor make it to our choosing. They are extremely polite in their correspondence and their prices are also competitive. Unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances we werent able to go on the said safari with this company but I really cant recommend them enough for their promptness, efficiency in dealing with our tour proposal. I wish them the best of luck and hope to hire them for my next safari to Africa !! :))
