Professional and cares for your needs
I had a smooth overall experience. I did Tarangire, Lake manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Materuni falls. Elizabeth was there whenever I needed her, which wasn't often. I had a pick up to and from the airport. I had great drivers/ guides at the parks. The food was good. The whole organization of the safari was excellent. They offer great packages for great prices. I wish I could express in words my experience but I don't think that I can. When I come back to Tanzania is my first choice for sure. They are first humans and then professionals. They care for your needs as they are yours.

We only had one day in the Masai Mara and our guide (Anthony) made sure that we saw as many of the big 5 that we could see.
Singe travel organised everything for us and made sure our tour went well despite airlines rearranging flights.
They are very good value for money and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Amazing experience and well guided
I climbed Kilimanjaro with Genes Adventures in 2010, and it remains one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Genes was a fantastic guide—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. He supported us every step of the way, from the base to the summit and safely back down. His calm presence and clear communication made us feel secure and motivated throughout the journey. The organization, service, and overall care were exceptional. If you're considering a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, I couldn't recommend Genes Adventures more highly!

Evan was very knowledgeable and always had something to teach us about each of the animals we saw.
I booked with Ozon Light Tours for many reasons. The communication from Clinton on the admin side was excellent. He was quick to respond and patient with my decision making while customizing the best itinerary for us. I wished i was informed more on the amount of driving that was needed between different parks and areas such as (Tarangire, South and Northern Serengeti), you definately want to think about the duration of driving each day and factor that into your itinerary planning. Our tour guide Evan was excellent, young and knowledgeable about every animal we came across. He always had something to teach us. I would also like to mention his driving skills as it is long hours on the road and very difficult terrain and he managed perfectly. His knowledge and navigation of Tarangire was excellent as well.
I would also like to say that the accomodations booked for us were excellent and we had no issues with any of them. 5 stars for the mid-range options given to us.
Overall, the price was great as I spent time comparing different companies and Ozon was very reasonable. The parks are full of safari trucks from different companies but if you have a great guide, you will always be able to see the animals.
