Excellent Service, Prompt Communication
Morris was extremely helpful and even answered our call at 4:30 a.m. when our hot air balloon operator was running late to pick us up. Very prompt and professional response from Balu Travel. Our driver and guide, Bryan, was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and always positioning the vehicle perfectly so we could capture the best shots of the wildlife. We would highly recommend him for your booking.
The only aspect we felt could be improved on the onward journey was the number of stops, which led us to reach Masai Mara quite late. We’re not sure if this is common across all operators, but we’re happy to give Balu Travel and Bryan the benefit of the doubt.

Helpful and attentive
Using Serengeti Smile was a great idea, we wanted to use a local company. Booking with Eliad was smooth smiling and he was really attentive to the experience we wanted to have on Safari. We booked a 5 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro with a sunrise hot air balloon ride and it was the stuff of dreams! Our guide Musa continually went above and beyond for us, making sure we were able to see a migration crossing and even helped with our delayed baggage being sent to us. His knowledge of the animals, parks and best routes really enhanced this once in a lifetime experience. We highly recommend!

Absolutely Amazing Kilimanjaro Trekking
Tanzania Wildlife Adventures was absolutely amazing during our recently completed trek. The guides (Musa and Johnson) are incredible individuals; they did everything imaginable within reason to ensure we reached the summit safely. We didn't have to worry about anything as everything was planned and provided for. The food, tents, and the crew were all remarkable. If I were to do it again, I would still choose Tanzania Wildlife Adventures. I can't thank this team enough.

Excellent and Unique Kenya Tour
It was 7 days safari, starting from Nairobi to Masai Mara then Nakuru _ Naivasha , ending in Emboseli & back to Nairobi.. with very high level of organization, and commitment to the itinerary.. If you can, book with Zara Tanzania Adventures; they are absolutely wonderful and have perfected the art of hosting guests on safaris, catering to all their needs down to the smallest detail. We had guide Tarimo with us, and he did an excellent job. Every morning during the briefing, he would go over the day's schedule and then check if we wanted to make any changes. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a satisfying experience. We saw numerous wildlife species in their natural habitats, and his captivating and informative commentary made the overall experience unforgettable. We are very pleased with everything about our trip.
