In October 2025, my family (six people) and I traveled to Tanzania. We spent a total of 11 days on safari with the Zohar team. We started in the northern part of the country and focused on the Great Migration for several days. These days were filled with unimaginably large herds of animals and spectacular river crossings. Afterwards, we traveled to the central part. Here, we saw many lions, a total of seven leopards, and over 20 cheetahs. As a family, we had always hoped to witness a hunt on previous African safaris, but before this trip, we had never had the opportunity. Thanks to our excellent guide, Solomon, we were able to experience three land hunts this year. Solomon was always able to accurately predict what the animals would do next, even if there was a long wait before the final hunt. Solomon also distinguished himself through his incredible eyesight. Every few minutes, he spotted a new animal, hidden in a tree or lying almost invisible on the ground in the distance. Throughout our entire trip, the Zohar team, and especially Solomon, were incredibly flexible and accommodating to our family's needs and wishes, making this journey even more memorable and impactful.
