The best
I had a very good expierience watching the animals and get very good informatie about the animals. Our tour operator Denis did a very good job explainig everything about the nature and the animals in Tanzania. Denis got very good eyes for spotting animals.

Our 4-Day Group with Nyagwal Safaris was amazing. During our two days stay in Maasai Mara, we spotted a variety of wildlife including Lions, Leopards, Elephants and Zebras, we also enjoyed game drives at Lake Nakuru National Park where we were able to see a variety of birdlife including the flamingos. Thanks to our experienced guide,Victor for making all these possible.

Denis our tour guide and driver told us so much detail about the animals and plants, how the animals survive in the wild here, and how their behavior can be explained. Not just about the large animals but also about smaller ones, from lion ants to elephants. All the people were very friendly, and we had wonderful accommodations.

Wonderful, safe, luxurious, knowledgeable and friendly
Wisly was extremely professional and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and made sure everything was organized and prepared for our trip he was in communication with us the entire time. As far as our tour guide goes Eric was so kind so knowledgeable he made us feel safe he let us take our time and really be able to observe the wonderful beauty of Kenya. He was funny, kind, polite and fun while provided us with all the things that we needed to make sure we had the best time in the most luxurious and fun experience. Truly worth every penny. When we do come back we will definitely be going through family leisure again. We couldn't have been more satisfied if I could give 1000 stars I would. I would recommend this company to anybody who wants to have a safe fun and beautiful experience.

Fantastic from start to finish!
Our journey started with talking with Baraka, he was very quick to communicate with us and was able to adjust our itinerary based on our needs. We ended up booking fairly late, so some of the hotels we had our eye on we're already fully booked, but he was able to recommend great alternatives. If you have something in mind (for any trip to Tanzania) I recommend booking as early as possible to secure the accomodations you want, especially in high season. All the places we ended up in were amazing though, the staff and people in general in Tanzania are super friendly.
Now for the safari, our guide was Lucas, and he was top notch! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always had a smile or joke to crack! When there were some animals near by, he always maneuvered to the best position for us to get a great photo. I also have no idea how he was able to find some of the lion families, or our favorite, the leopards, he would work on the radio with other drivers and drive out into the middle of nowhere and turn a corner and see some unique and special moments. Every night before saying goodbye he would lay out our plan for the next day, and was always prompt and on time. We had a couple small issues with our car and he was able to sort them out quickly no problem. If you book with Serengeti Smile, ask for Lucas, you won't regret it!
