I booked this tour with my wife in August 2025, and we were satisfied.
The organizers were always available and flexible for us. We had a flight problem on the first day of arrival in Arusha, but they still waited for us in the evening.
The safari itself was magnificent and well led by our guide Daniel, who saw everything before everyone else, which was very useful so we didn't miss any of the action. Buga's dishes were also delicious.
On the last night of our arrival, we were offered a night in a hotel because our return flight was scheduled for the next day. Many thanks to Almachius and Meru Slopes for this wonderful experience.

The tour was well organized, all team members were friendly and we enjoyed the time a lot.
We reserved the trip in advance paying 20% of all costs via M-PESA and then payed the remaining costs in cash two days before the safari.
The plan we were given in advance was respected during the whole trip. The food was very good, also lunch during the safari, and the lodge was very nice- with a pool and a hot shower!
Our guide told us many things about the animals we saw and also the Masai tribe.

Highly recommended for wildlife enthusiasts
Meektrails got us all covered with arrangements for good accommodations and enjoyable activities we could have asked for during our first-ever trip to Kenya.
Our guide, Joseph, handled everything well from start to finish. What we like most about him is that he managed to answer all the questions asked about wildlife, culture and the way of life in Kenya.
To us, being a tour guide is being knowledgeable. It is of paramount importance. We would never forget how much we learned from Joseph's quizzes about animal identification and behaviors throughout the 8-day journey with him. Johnson is a very careful guide. He paid close attention to our itinerary every day and prepared surprises for us. An Unforgettable 6-Day Migration Safari with Loren African Safaris
We recently returned from a 6-day migration safari with Loren African Safaris, and it was truly one of the most incredible experiences of our lives. Traveling with our two daughters, aged 9 and 11, we were a bit unsure how such an adventure would work with young children but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Every moment was filled with wonder, excitement, and joy.
From the very beginning, the trip was exceptionally well organized. Ben our guide took care of every detail, making the entire journey smooth and stress free. Ben, was outstanding. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about wildlife and the land. His ability to spot animals even from a distance was remarkable. Thanks to him, we saw 4 out of the Big Five and so much more, including breathtaking scenes of the Great Migration.
He even taught us the cheerful āJamboā song, which quickly became a family favourite and a beautiful memory we will always cherish.
One of the things that really stood out was the care and thoughtfulness shown in accommodating our dietary preferences. We are vegetarian, and not only he did arrange vegetarian meals for us every day, but Ben also shared the same meals with us, which made us feel truly welcomed and respected. Itās rare to find such genuine hospitality.
The accommodations were comfortable and scenic, Every day brought new adventures from sunrise game drives to peaceful evenings under the stars. Our daughters were thrilled by every animal they saw.
This safari was more than just a holiday, it was a life-changing experience. We created countless unforgettable memories, and we are already dreaming of returning one day.

The whole experience from pick up to the incredible stay at the lodge was great. The game drive at Mikumi National Park with Danford was amazing. He shared his knowledge about the wildlife and answered all our questions we had. The whole staff from the driver, the masai and the staff at the lodge made sure that we were well taken care of.
