Incredible trip: 4 days in Zanzibar followed by 7 days of safari! Memorable and wonderful memories. Excellent organization: driver, hotel, animals, all were there! Our drivers Dismas and Innocent were incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the fauna and flora, organized and resourceful in case of a flat tire! Poorly organized and not transparent
Do NOT book with them. They do not use their own safari car for group safari but instead throw you in a car with tourists who booked with other safari companies and whose itineraries they have no control over or knowledge of. There was a lot of confusion, delay and waste of time just waiting because everyone stays at a different place and has different specific itineraries, plus the local guide is not directly affiliated with the company so communication was indirect. We almost missed our entrance to Maasai Mara the first day and missed our day at Lake Nakuru. On top of that, they put 8 people in our car which was very uncomfortable for an 8 hour ride on bumpy roads.

He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our journey was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. His knowledge of the parks, animals and local culture was impressive, and he always knew the perfect moment and place to stop for the best view or photo.
We felt safe, seen and incredible well taken care of at all times. We truly believe we couldn't have aske for a better representative of Altezza to guide us through this experience.

Friendly and very knowledgeable
Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Even when the airline lost one of our bags Africa Marvel went out of their way to make sure our bag was found and delivered to us within 48 hrs. This tour company gets full marks for their service. Highly recommend using them. The guide was easy to understand in English and he never rushed us. If we wanted to just sit and look at the animals that’s what we did.

Couldn’t have asked for better from start to finish.
Was super easy to book for a group of 9, communication was super quick and efficient and received all information from the start. We were also able to pay separately.
Got transport from the hotel and back, Alex our driver was great. And the tour itself…WOW!
Clement was our guide and we got the best shots of lions, elephants, giraffes, rhinos, zebras - the list goes on.
Highly recommend- great value for money - will be returning but will do an overnight next!
