Incredible
We entrusted Harilala with our Madagascar tour, explaining what we wanted to see and visit. What can I say? He exceeded our expectations! Besides the wonderful tour, Solo and Fidele, our tour leaders, made the difference. We spent 20 days in Madagascar, and they flew by; everything was fantastic. We'll definitely be back to see the southernmost part of the country.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience on this tour! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and exceeded my expectations. The itinerary was well thought out, allowing just the right amount of time at each stop, and the sights were breathtaking.
What truly made the tour exceptional, though, was our guide. Their knowledge of the area, history, and local culture was impressive, and they shared it in such an engaging and approachable way. Beyond just being informative, they were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time.
Whether you're new to the area or returning for another visit, I highly recommend this tour — and if you’re lucky enough to get this guide, you're in for an unforgettable experience!

Most incredible trip of my life
This was, without question, one of the best experiences of my life. All of it due to Kisaza tours. We did the 6 day trek with the summit on the 5th day. It was hard, no question but the guides got everyone there safe and sound without any issues at all and timed it perfectly to sunrise. The porters were unbelievable and worked so hard but always had a smile on their face; they went above and beyond. Every part of the trip was completely taken care of without issues by Kisaza. I could not recommend them more. This is a must do trip.

Incredible experience
The three days of safari were absolutely incredible and organized down to the smallest detail. The accommodations, food, and transfers were well above my expectations. A special thank you goes without a doubt to our guide and driver, Caleb. With his knowledge, care, and above all his enthusiasm and passion, he made us experience the safari in a truly unique and immersive way. Highly recommended!

An amazing Safari trip
We had a great safari with Simian Safaris. Though the itinerary changed slightly, everything was well arranged. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the guide was very active in finding animals. We saw many, including the Big Five. Overall, satisfied!

Unforgettable experience!
I am not sure where to even start! The process from booking to the real thing was seamless. I travelled with my husband and son and really hoped it would be a once in a lifetime opportunity and it did not disappoint! Communication was so easy and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Safari starts are very early but we didn't mind as we wanted to make the most of the experience. We were collected from our hotel by a private transfer and taken to the aiport where the driver stayed with us until we reached departures. The flight was easy and as soon as we set foot on the ground our guide was there! We were extrememly lucky to have a private jeep with Tiko, who I must say was EXCEPTIONAL! He was so knowledgable and really kind (he was particularly amazing with my 10 year old) From start to finish nothing was too much. We saw so many animals and the views were breathtaking. Tiko made us feel like he was not just a guide but a friend too. We set out early then later on pitched up for breakfast where Tiko set up a table with a table cloth and served us an African breakfast with tea and coffee. In the jeep there was plenty of drinks to keep us hydrated and we were told never to ask just help ourselves. Although I appreciate this is Tiko's job, he really made us feel special and wanted the trip to be memorable for us and my goodness he did just that. After a very long day we stopped at the game reserves toilets before heading to our hotel and I dropped some money out of my pocket. I didn't realise until we reached the hotel. I didn't say anything as it was my silly fault. Tiko noticed I was searching for something and seemed concerned. I explained not to worry. Our hotel was clean very pretty and, although not the standard for our main hotel in Zanzibar, we realised and appreciated that it was perfect for our requirements of the trip. Tiko bidded us farewell and told us to enjoy our day tomorrow. Later on that evening, Tiko returned and said he had driven back to the reserve to check for my money (bless him!) unfortunately it wasn't there. I think the fact that he went out of his way to ensure we were 'safe and happy' (his words) was exceptional. He stayed with us for a while as him and my son really built a bond and they both learned to play chess together. The experience on day 1 alone would be my reason to recommend to everyone to book with Shammah and I actaully feel emotional writing this knowing it is over.
Day 2 - we were collected and taken to a Masai tribe village. To be honest, I didn't know what to expect but WOW! The people of the village were incredibly friendly and told us that they didn't often have children visit mainly adults. What I witnessed there brought tears to my eyes. My son went off and played with the children and even with a huge language barrier and cultural differences they played beautifully. I am a teacher and I even had a chance to teach one of the children how to count to 5 in English it was an unforgettable experience and I was truly humbled. The last part of the day was the River boat cruise and it was lovely and relaxing we saw many animals but, for me, the experiences that truly made it was the safari, Tiko and the Masai Tribe.
Shammah, thank you so much for not only making one of my lifelong dreams come true and making new friends but for creating long lasting memories for my son who experienced so many things he will never forget over those 2 days.
Seperate note for Tiko: Thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for us. I am so grateful to you and I wish you so much luck for your future. Continue to work hard and dream big and I hope you achieve everything you want and more!
