Professional, reliable, and knowledgeable, delivering a well-organized and memorable safari.
Our safari with this tour company was excellent. Communication was clear, the itinerary was well planned, and the guide was professional and very knowledgeable about the animals and the park. We saw more wildlife than expected, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Great service and value for money.

Great responsiveness
I booked both a private safari and a Mt Meru trek over 4 days. The safari was amazing, over three days with guide Devie and cook Eloise. Devie was very knowledgeable about birds and animals and very patiently drove me around while I reveled in photography over those three fabulous days. We had great luck seeing animals that no one else saw as they walked across our path into the surrounds. I have Coeliacs disease and the cook created delicious meals for me, set up my tent and generally made me feel comfortable. I spent a lot of time asking many questions prior to the trip and people were very responsive. Can highly recommend a private safari even though its expensive as you can dictate the pace, stopping, starting and do not have to fight for the views.
The Mt Meru trek followed the very next day and due to some sort of communication breakdown perhaps, instead of meeting me and the guide at 9, we did not get away until about 11 in the morning, meaning we were late to depart for the walk (I think about 2 pm). That was fine actually but a bit of a messy start.
Every day was great - i wasn't feeling 100% but my guide Livi was very attentive as was the main porter/waiter Khamees who took great care of me always with a big smile. Again I had fantastic food (probably too much actually), and felt well taken care of. the only thing i would say is I did not know that I would have to walk with the entire group every day due to needing the armed guard, so at times it didn't feel like a private tour, so much as a group within a bigger group. Summit night was great - pole pole we made it up and down reasonably quickly, even though i think the entire team thought I would be unable to summit as an older (59 at the time) female. They under estimated me a bit I feel.
One aspect that caused me some confusion was being told I could not take more than 4200 usd onto the mountain, and yet i would need more than that in order to pay tips. The tip schedule as a private, was confusing. there were 5 in my support team; guide, cook + three porters and one of whom also doubled as my waiter - bringing food, water (and a smile). Monkey told me tips for this trek were from $185 to around $250; but between 5 people i didn't feel like this was adequate so I gave a total of $300 USD plus about 48,000 TS. I felt as if the crew was not overly happy with this additionally because I couldn't carry cash the poor guys had to drive all the way to Arusha with me just to get their tip. The vibe for me felt as if they were unhappy with me about this, and so I felt bad. I may have been misreading it? But my thoughts are this - it was $1200 USD for the 4 day trek, and my tip ended up being 25% of the total cost. As far as tips goes this is actually huge. If these guys rely so heavily on tips, then I can question are they being paid enough? The general attitude is that us tourists are rich and we can afford these huge tips. When on a budget, an additional 25% is a very large increase. Whilst I am more than happy of course to pay a tip, as these guys work their butts off, I think this needs a lot of clarification in your documentation prior to starting a trek or safari, on an EXACT figure that should be paid so we leave the guess work out. Yes a tip comes from the heart but that then leaves it open to also giving the very least (which for me actually $185 is all I really could afford yet ended up giving much more than this). And there needs to be a better way of paying the tip if we cannot take more than $200 onto the mountain OR, limit tips to $200 - as the majority of their earnings SHOULD be coming from you, not being supplemented by tourists - our tips should be an offering ON TOP of what they earn. That's my only bug-bear. Aside from that - amazing.

Great experience
We had a great experience with Ndutu Green Explorers. Our tour guide Gilbert was very friendly and knowledgable about the local parks, cultures, and animals. He put in a lot of effort to help us find many different animals on our safari, and fortunately we were able to see all of the big 5 and more. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.

It could not have been more magical
Our safari with Serengeti Tours was simply magical from start to finish. Everything worked perfectly: the organization, the accommodation, the parks, and most importantly the people.
Suricante Boma Lodge was wonderful – beautiful, comfortable, clean, and with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. After long safari days, it felt like coming home.
Our safari guide philbert was outstanding: knowledgeable, professional, kind, and passionate. Thanks to him, we experienced moments we will never forget – including watching lions hunting, seeing elephants up close, and encountering all the other amazing wildlife Africa has to offer like black mambas and giraffes multiple monkeys and small funny animals.
Every national park we visited was breathtaking in its own way. The landscapes, the animals, the silence, the magic – everything exceeded our expectations.( even the car had a lot of leg room :))
What really made the difference was how genuinely kind and caring everyone was. We always felt safe, relaxed, and truly looked after. This safari made our honeymoon incredible.
Thank you, Serengeti Tours, for creating memories that will stay with us forever. We would recommend you 1000% to anyone dreaming of the perfect safari.

Reliable, precise and economical.
The tour operator Bienvenido is definitely the right choice. Everything was well organised, the tours started on time, were well planned and the price was reasonable. Kennedy helped us through the booking process and the two drivers (Geoffrey and Michael) were skilled and knowledgeable. We opted for two separate safaris; first 2 nights in Masai Mara and the second 2 nights in Amboseli and Tsavo East. We are very content. It was an amazing experience and we got to see so many beautiful and some rare animals.

Incredible experience and well worth the price
I would highly recommend Going Green Safari for your safari experience. The itinerary listed online was spot on and their communication was swift. We loved our tour guides and the flexibility in stopping for breaks, to see the animals, and in changes to our pick up/drop off locations. We felt taken care of and safe the entire time. Food was delicious and the accommodation at Camp Bastian seemed very luxurious to us, even on this “budget,” safari.
