Beyond his professional skills, Eddy was a fantastic companion—knowledgeable, engaging, and great fun to be around for 11 days. He truly made our trip special.

We thoroughly loved it, although it wasn't all plain sailing. Don't take a drone with you to Kenya, it will be confiscated by customs.

Extremely reliable
My family of 5 had a fantastic experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris, all the way from booking the tour, being picked up from our hotel, enjoying an excellent 6 day Safari, and being dropped off at Nairobi Airport afterwards. Our tour guide, Jackson, was second to none. Extremely knowledgeable, explaining in great details about the animals we were seeing, and very kind and reassuring. He really made us feel relaxed, so that we could sit back and enjoy the experience.
