Big 5 in 48 hrs
We did a 3 week bespoke tour with Discover Africa and specifically Devryn Panaino. South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana game parks. Our group of 6 had a fantastic time as the itinerary was top notch, transfers smooth and now we can’t wait to go back. We were nervous about small plane transfers but it was very smooth and professional service. In fact put Aussie’s Jetstar in the shade. We saw all the animals big 5, ugly 5, small 5 and everything in between. Would definitely recommend this company and Devryn. Hot tip be prepared to spend a bit of money it’s worth it for a truly unique experience.

Best service and best experience with Sereland !
An unforgettable experience, thank you to Sereland for its excellent service, making this safari moments the best memories for me and friends. The accommodation was quite satisfying, although not all our wishes could be fulfilled because the booking time was too close to the migration season. The safari was 5D/4N, but unfortunately we only saw 4 of the big five there. We understand because it is nature. We are grateful that we were lucky enough to be able to see the migration process Mara River .

Trip of a Lifetime!
Our group of 8 booked a customized tour directly with Cuckoo Safari. They were able to accommodate all our requests and make this a trip of a lifetime. We would 100% recommend them - you will not regret it!
We really appreciate the choice of accommodations and the great communication. Simon and Tatenda were available to answer any questions quickly via WhatsApp. It was the best level of service we have experienced on a group tour. All our guides were spectacular - Blessing, Shelton, Bheki, Lewis, Teach, Evans and especially Simon-who was with us from start to finish and really went above and beyond to make the trip memorable and special.
The variety of activities made the trip an exciting adventure, from seeing the Big 5 on the Safari drives at Hwange and Chobe (Botswana) and the rhino walk (Matobo) to hiking the Ancient City, enjoying the dinner cruise on the Zambezi, hiking the beauty of Matobo, and experiencing Victoria Falls up close and by helicopter. Thanks Cuckoo Safari & Simon for the trip of a lifetime!

Disappointed with unprofessional handling
I booked a safari tour with Africa Keys based on a glowing recommendation from a friend, so my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the hype.
Local Knowledge: Surprisingly lacking one of the biggest letdowns was the lack of insight into the country itself. Our itinerary included Lake Manyara, which turned out to be a major disappointment. Wildlife was extremely limited, and the park felt more like a detour than a destination.
Food: The meals were consistently underwhelming—bland, poorly prepared, and lacking any local flavor. In a place known for vibrant cuisine, this was a real letdown except in one hotel during our stay. Even more frustrating was the complete lack of responsiveness.
Why I Booked: A Friend’s Recommendation To be fair, I can see how someone might have had a better experience—perhaps with a different guide or itinerary. My friend had a great time, which is why I gave it a shot. Sadly, my trip didn’t reflect the same quality. May be the tour company is only good in Kenya but not in Tanzania.
The Good Bits: The landscapes were stunning, and spotting wildlife in their natural habitat was unforgettable. That part of Africa never disappoints. But the tour company didn’t enhance the experience—they just got us from point A to B.
Overall If you’re considering for good safari experience, I’d suggest doing a bit more research. The magic of Africa deserves a team that truly understands and celebrates it.

Amazing 7 day safari- Masai Mara, Nakuru,Naivasha, Amboseli
We had an amazing time in this 7 days safari package covering Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli. Our guide John was great and punctual and made sure we saw almost all the animals in our safaris from pretty close distance. The accommodation in budget friendly camps/ hotels was great as well. There was good food and cleanliness maintained at all places. We got great value out of this trip for the money spent on this safari.

If you could describe the tour operator in one sentence, what would you say?
1. Chaotic itinerary and reception
There were errors in pre departure communication, and the itinerary did not match the actual situation.
After arriving in Zanzibar, the hotel is unable to provide the promised twin room and WiFi cannot be connected.
The promised 'Sunset Sailing' project has been cancelled without authorization, and the so-called 'hotel upgrade' and 'Italian restaurant' have not been fulfilled.
2. Flight tickets and scheduling errors
The travel agency booked an early flight from Sang Island to Arusha without prior communication, severely reducing the travel time and disrupting the original itinerary, resulting in the inability to visit Prison Island and feed turtles.
3. Unreasonable accommodation and reception
After arriving in Arusha, he was unexpectedly arranged to stay at the home of the local community manager C, and even encountered situations where the food had moldy and he had to cook for himself.
Going to the supermarket to buy groceries and being asked to share the fare, the experience was extremely poor.
4. The supervisor is perfunctory and deceitful, constantly demanding tips
The supervisor repeatedly misled the hiking schedule and intentionally refused to drive, suspected of being lazy.
Starting from the second day, I kept emphasizing that I had no money, explicitly or implicitly asking for tips, and even directly saying 'I made you happy but gave too little'.
Changing the itinerary without authorization, not going to the Mara River to watch the crossing of the Jiaoma River, but falsely claiming to "drive for 8 hours", in fact, it only takes 2-3 hours.
Poor ability to find animals, frequent rest, and significantly reduced actual Safari time, most of the time can only be spent waiting in hotels bored.
5. Important nodes have not been achieved and have been pushed back instead
Unable to witness classic scenes such as the horned horse crossing the river and the lion hunting, the director ended the daily game journey early.
After complaining to the ground contact C and the domestic contact L, both parties shifted blame to each other, and even in the end, the company accused the tourists of "wanting to get off the car and come into contact with animals". The company sheltered the company and did not provide any compensation plan.
6. Conclusion: WeChat deleted, no way to complain
After multiple reports of the issue, the local community not only failed to address it, but also disbanded the group chat, deleted WeChat, and completely lost contact.

Well-organized safari and great guide
Our 9 day safari went really well with the Safari360. Everything was clear from the beginning to the end. Our guide Mohamad was very patient and experienced. Every day he showed us some new animals and explained about them.
Many elephants were seen in Tarangire, lions in the trees of Lake Manyara, and the multitude of animals in Serengeti was extraordinary. I was able to see many wild animals together in Ngorongoro Crater, which was one of the attractions of the trip. Accommodations were comfortable and food was served daily.
All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip. Thanks to Safari360 and Mohamed for such a good experience.

Lilian was a very kind, prompt, reliable, and excellent planner.
This trip to Africa was marvelous! It was such an unforgettable experience! The staff for Zohar African Safaris were friendly and very accommodating. Lilian did an amazing job planning the entire trip and was very caring. Lilian and her staff checked in on us throughout the entire 15 day trip. The safari game drives were extraordinary. Our safari game driver, Solomon was incredible! He was so personable and knowledgable, he answered all our random questions. We were so amazed at how Solomon spotted a cheetah from so far away and was able to locate it by the time we got to the location. Also, we were spotting a lot of lionesses and wanted to see a male lion and he not only delivered but saw two male lions with an entire pride and so many cubs playing! I don't usually write super long reviews but the experience was absolutely exceptional. So I would highly recommend using Zohar African Safaris. Don't forget to request Solomon as your safari guide. And definitely do the gorilla trekking.

An Unforgettable First African Safari with Olengugih Safaris
We recently had the pleasure of doing our Kenya safari with Olengugih Safaris, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic.
From the very first call, Kelvin took the time to understand our requirements in detail and designed a customized itinerary that perfectly suited us. He considered everything—our preferred pace, hotel preferences, even our dietary needs—making the planning process smooth and stress-free.
Since this was our first time booking through a tour operator, we initially had our concerns, but Kelvin’s constant presence and support from day one until the very last day made us feel extremely comfortable and reassured throughout the trip.
The 4x4 Land Cruiser that picked us up from Nairobi airport was the same vehicle we used for the entire journey—covering Nairobi, Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru, Masai Mara, and back to Nairobi. It was extremely comfortable, always stocked with drinking water, and the ability to charge our gadgets on the go made a huge difference during long game drives.
They were also very flexible and attentive to small details. For example, we requested sandbags in the car to help with photography, and this was arranged without any fuss. We also decided to add an extra day in Nairobi for local sightseeing, and Kelvin was kind enough to accommodate our request and even arranged transport for us to visit Nairobi National Park, the Sheldrick Elephant Trust, and the Giraffe Center at no extra cost.
During the safari, we were guided by Sam, who was not only highly knowledgeable but also made the entire experience so much fun. As a photography enthusiast himself, he had a great eye for spotting interesting angles and locations, which helped us capture some truly memorable shots along the way. His insights about wildlife and the parks enriched every game drive, and his company made the journey truly special.
We also found the cost to be far more reasonable compared to India-based operators—especially since booking directly saved us the extra TCS and GST charges typically added by Indian tour companies. On top of that, the quality of arrangements exceeded our expectations.
A special mention for our stay in Masai Mara at Simba & Oryx Nature Camp—we absolutely loved it. It felt as if we were staying right inside the jungle, with all the charm of the wild, but without the additional premium cost. One evening, while sipping coffee on the deck, we even saw zebras casually grazing right outside our room—a surreal and unforgettable experience.
Overall, Olengugih Safaris went above and beyond to deliver a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable safari experience for us. A big thank you to Kelvin, Sam, and the entire Olengugih team—we would highly recommend them to anyone planning a Kenya safari!
✨ If you’re dreaming of Africa, let Olengugih make it real.

Once-in-a-lifetime safari—Serengeti Clarity delivers
We had the trip of a lifetime with Serengeti Clarity. Before setting foot in Africa, I spent hours researching the best safari operator for our family, and after going back and forth with Frank, I knew Serengeti Clarity would be special. Throughout the planning process, Frank always responded quickly and thoughtfully, adjusting to every request, no matter how big or small. He made us feel comfortable and excited for our adventure in Tanzania.
Once we arrived, we were paired with our guide, Kelvin. From the very first moment, his energy and deep love for Tanzania and its wildlife set the tone for our safari. As a Maasai warrior, he brought a unique expertise and perspective that enriched every drive. Thanks to his sharp eye and knowledge of animal behavior, we spotted all of the Big Five and even witnessed a wildebeest river crossing. It was clear how respected Kelvin was among other guides, which only deepened our confidence that we were in the best hands.
Our journey began in Tarangire National Park, where elephants and giraffes filled the landscape on day one. Next came Ngorongoro Crater, where we were lucky enough to see a black rhino, a rare and unforgettable sighting. From there, we moved into Central Serengeti, where we saw lions mating, two cheetahs, and a leopard with her cubs. Finally, in Northern Serengeti, Kelvin delivered one of the most magical experiences of all: watching the great migration and a river crossing on our very first night. While other groups left, Kelvin’s persistence gave us the kind of once-in-a-lifetime moment we’ll never forget.
The service throughout was equally impressive. The lodges and camps we stayed at blew us away with their warm hospitality, delicious dining options, and luxurious yet cozy accommodations. Our Land Cruiser was always stocked with cold drinks, and meals were freshly prepared and shared family-style. Watching a river crossing with a glass of wine in hand or spotting a leopard while sipping a cold beer made the experience feel both adventurous and luxurious. We were also celebrating my parents’ birthdays, and Frank and the Serengeti Clarity team went above and beyond with three beautiful surprise celebrations that made the trip even more meaningful.
Serengeti Clarity didn’t just show us Tanzania; they gave us memories we’ll carry forever.
If you’re considering a safari in Tanzania, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
