Misleading promises, poor service, and no accountability
This company is highly unreliable and dishonest.
Before booking, they assured me the great migration was still happening and that I’d definitely see it. That promise convinced me to join their tour. In reality, there was no migration—just a distant view of a few hippos and crocodiles, without even going down to the riverbank.
They also promised binoculars, but there were none, only the guide’s personal pair shared among all guests. The itinerary claimed three full days, but on the “third day” we left at 8 a.m.—hardly a full day.
Worst of all, once they got my payment, they stopped replying to my messages.
Safaris aren’t cheap, and this should have been unforgettable. Instead, it was misleading and disappointing. If you want honesty and reliability, choose another operator. This company also makes no real effort to resolve problems.

A special thanks goes to our guide, Thomas, who made the trip unforgettable. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. His English was excellent, and he shared so much interesting information about the wildlife, landscapes, and local culture. We always felt safe and well taken care of.

Go Touch Down Tours provided a once in a lifetime experience. Everything they said they would provide, they did! Above our expectations! The order of our tour was well thought out! All our accommodations were great, with lots of food choices. Overall a wonderful experience!

Magical Gorilla Adventure planned an adventure for us thru Kigali, Uganda and finally to Kenya
Our accommodations planned were generally first class. A small change of room at Birdnest but the food was excellent along with the views and boat ride. So safe to walk around. Bwindi Nukuringa Gorilla lodge a memorable experience in the mountain views. Trekking the gorillas from Rushaga gate a bit of a drive from the lodge as was the 6 hour experience to see 2 gorilla families at once. The tree climbing lions, trekking the chimps, going with the electronic tracker was an experience. The boat ride on the Kazinga channel was like a zoo from the water. We resolved our accommodations at Mweya as there are not some decent ones there. Papaya lodge had too many steps but we handled but the food the accommodations, view were stunning. Our final stay at Mara River Camp gave us time to chill out and relax along with some Safari outings. Sitting and watching the animals along the river at meals, the fireplace fires and campfires were special. Magical Gorillas and Robert our main guide was the best to make certain we stayed healthy and safe. The entire experience ran smoothly thanks to their planning and the personality and dedication of their staff.

Our 1st anniversary celebration in Tanzania was a memorable journey and all arrangements were perfect and well planned by FURAHA TOURS AND SAFARIS LTD. FURAHA team assured us that we were going to have a very safe and beautiful experience.
Our 1st anniversary in Tanzania 💝 We did a 5-day safari and fantastic, no words. Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara - each one felt like a different world.
Our safari started at Serengeti National Park. Our guide Lameck, he was very knowledgeable about wildlife, he explained to us very beautifully. He made our safari enjoyable. Serengeti was just wild. Endless plains, animals everywhere - lions chilling in the shade, elephants walking past us like we didn’t exist, giraffes moving slowly against the sunset. At some point I just put my camera down and tried to take it all in.
Our next destination at Ngorongoro Crater, honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Driving down inside felt like stepping into a hidden world. So many animals everywhere-zebras, rhinos, flamingos - all in one place.
Our last stop at Lake Mayrana, was smaller but so beautiful. Green & peaceful. We were very excited when, we actually saw the famous tree-climbing lions - plus a lake full of flamingos.
We felt different from our 1st anniversary, just as special.
