Victor from Vic Consult Tours communicated with me from the start, he was always prompt at reply to my many questions. They went out of their way to make me and my wife feel special during the booking process and the Safari. We were accommodated even with a complicated time schedule, allowing the Safari to fit in with our other plans. We were extremely impressed, when we were collected from our hotel earlier than the time agreed, from there on we were in good hands. The guide/driver was very knowledgeable of the routes to take and made it possible for us to see the BIG FIVE on many game drives. The lodges chosen for us were just amazing, Vic had spoken to one of the lodges and got us the best room at the lodge, the view was just breathtaking. Vic arranged the four days, we visited museums in the Serengeti and on our way to Ngorongoro Crater, all we had to do was sit back and enjoy. From start to finish it was perfect, even the weather.

Caracal gives you a good guide and a good value will
While figuring out the trip, which destinations we should or could do better, Marion helped us tremendously well. She sent always quick to respond to my question back. The safari was exactly as we had thought of in advance. Bernard, our guide knows the area well and knows what to look for. We found Bernard not an entertainer. We were well pleased if we not only put questions to him, but this was an interaction. Regarding a safari with Caracal: we can recommend it to anyone if you have a good guide and a good value will.

Excellent Customer Service!
We left Britain for a lodge safari with Kichaka Kenya Budget and Luxury Safaris, the driver picked up from JKIA promptly when we arrived and took us to our Hotel within Nairobi city. We left for Maasai Mara the next day, the journey was superb, the driver and guide was knowledgeable of the surrounding. We got to see the Rift Valley at a view point along the way, they were respectful and patient especially since our family of six (including my two elderly parents and my ten year old son). The guide took us to see the migration on time on the banks of Mara river; it was such an amazing site.
We stayed in Maasai Mara for three nights then headed to Amboseli. We also saw the big five animals. In Amboseli, we mainly did game drives and had a bush breakfast and a bonfire later in the evening, unfortunately we only stay there for two nights. The meals were tasty and well cooked, we had a combination of both African and Western Cuisine.
Generally, the trip was superb and quite memorable. We will be coming back again next for the migration and this time we hope to do some camping and go to Mombasa. Thanks for such a wonderful safari! Hope to see you again next year.
