Samuel is the passionate, protective, warm and knowledgeable guide we never knew we needed.
When you go on safari you only think of the excitement and adrenaline rush of seeing animals in their natural habitat, but I can assure you the guide is JUST as important.
We cannot say enough how AMAZING Samuel was!!! He made the experience that much more enjoyable!
As a group of 4 young women, we were elated to have him. He has such a calm and warm energy. You can also tell he is passionate about sharing his country with newcomers.
Most of all…he is a SAFE driver! That cannot be overstated. We saw many drivers who seemed overworked and tired. We even experienced another tour vehicle get flipped over by a reckless tour driver, but not our Sam! He kept us safe.
He also may have been our good luck charm! We saw lions up close! We saw everything we wanted to see. It was as if the heavens and nature granted our wishes.
As four women not knowing what to expect, it was a 10/10 experience.

THE HONEYMOON OF DREAMS – JUST INCREDIBLE!
Me and my husband recently came back from our honeymoon organised by Sereland Safaris and there are no words to articulate how perfect our trip was. If you are considering booking with them, then I urge you to go ahead as we had the trip of a lifetime thanks to Mike, our safari guide Vince and the Sereland Team!!!
From the moment I contacted Mike, he was super responsive and sensitive to our requests throughout the booking process, catering to any changes we asked for, and accommodating every element we wanted.
Our two week trip involved 4 nights in Zanzibar followed by 4 nights in the Serengeti and the finally another 5 nights in Zanzibar. From the moment we arrived in Zanzibar we didn’t have to think of a thing – all transfers, excursions and internal flights were taken care of and all the logistical organisation and recommendations by Sereland were impeccable.
We stayed in a total of 5 hotels in our stay and each one chosen by Mike and his team was of the highest standard with amazing food and drink options. (The Melia Serengeti was jaw-droppingly beautiful.)
The highlight of our trip was the safari with our fantastic guide Vincent!! His knowledge of the parks (Serengeti & Ngorogoro crater) was unbelievable, and his expertise in animal behaviours meant that he knew exactly where to find them at the right time. Thanks to him we saw the *Big 5*, created the best memories to last us a lifetime and gained a brother!! In addition to being an absolute professional who’s driving skills were outstanding on those safari tracks - Vince took such pride in ensuring the Jeep we were in was in perfect condition every day. He is the kindest and most accommodating man and made our 5 day safari so much fun!! We hope to be back to see our kaka soon!!! Again – if you are looking to book a safari guide, look no further than Vince – he was amazing!

This tour was a great surprise. We hiked down to the waterfall and then back to cafe tour.
The waterfall was beautiful and we had plenty of time to take a picture and even get in the water if wanted to.
Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

Best tour we can do to discover all the beauty of Uganda
I stayed 10 days in Uganda. Ten days that allowed me to realize the beauty of this country — not only because of its exceptional nature, but also thanks to the kindness and warmth of its people. The tour organized by Sandra and her team makes it possible to truly discover this beautiful country. Many activities are scheduled almost every day, and the entire tour is well-managed from start to finish. Gerald, my driver, made it possible for me to explore the country and made me feel safe throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend choosing this very professional company. An amazing experience accompanied by an excellent company
Even before we arrived, the company took care of us from the smallest to the largest detail. Oscar the manager was available for any question or request and we felt very safe even before we left. The safari itself was amazing, the company took care of us with excellent accommodations, excellent food and an extraordinary experience. Our guide, Innocent, was amazing, attentive and responsible and told us lots of interesting things about the animals and nature. In conclusion, I really recommend this company!

It was my first safari trip, so I felt both worried and excited, but it turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience!

An unforgettable experience
We went to tarangire, ngorongo crater and lake manyara and maasai village.The accomodations were outside the parks but they were very beautiful and thoughtful. The experience was amazing but the downside was that in some ways we were hurried because the people we were grouped with had to catch flights at different hours and we could not enjoy everything. Other than that, everything was great, Davis was always in contact with us, making sure everything was alright.

I was able to fulfill a long-held dream. The operator was truly supportive and considerate throughout. Even when I struggled with a system error during the deposit payment, they worked together with me to find a solution. During the trip, I also received many thoughtful messages, which I greatly appreciated. The safari itself went smoothly in every aspect, and the driver understood our wishes, giving us enough time to spot the animals we wanted to see. I wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone.

Tanzania Explorer take care of really everything!
My teenaged kids and I had the perfect trip to Tanzania’s North and Zanzibar, and Tanzania Explorer accompanied us from the very beginning until the end.
From the start we felt extremely well taken care of. Our safari planner Alice's initial proposal for our trip was already quite close to what we wanted. During a call, we discussed amendments and options, and we quickly had our perfect safari planned and booked.
Alice was available at all times - we had calls in the evenings or during the weekend - and also highly responsive by mail. No question was too stupid to be asked, and everything fully answered.
I think we had the world's best guide, Joshua. He made sure that we were able to spend time "alone" with the wildlife. He shared his knowledge and interesting facts freely, and again, we could ask any question that came to our minds. On top of that he made sure we enjoyed our stays at the lodges and everything was taken care of.
Finally, on Zanzibar the team was also available at any times and made sure everything went smoothly.
I highly recommend Tanzania Explorer and will definitely book my next trip with them!
