Amazing,reliable, delivering what they promised
It was truly memorable experience....Entire trip was properly planned suiting our comfort level...Every location hotels were superb and rooms were quite luxurious....They took special care as My parents as they were Senior Citizens...Special mention to Wanga who used to call every day and fulfilled every demand without any hesitation including getting bucket for my Mom...Simon Our driver cum guide was also very patient , took extra care for us and was always on time ensuring we had amazing safaris...Saw all the animals including big five and ugly five..We were thrilled as their Director Mellisa also came to Welcome us at the airport and also to see us off on the last day...Overall the people Of Kenya are very Kind and Respectful...will definitely recommend extra miles and will take my next trip of Tanzania with them.....

From the very beginning, Tom made sure to tailor the safari to my preferences and went above and beyond to ensure I was always comfortable and happy. As someone who can be quite anxious, I truly appreciated his patience, kindness, and willingness to answer my many questions at any time of the day. This was my very first safari, and it exceeded all my expectations. Our tour guide, Mack, was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Perfectly splendid
Splendid Vacations managed not only to help us out when another firm had gone under right before our booked safari, but also make our vacation totally splendid. Originally we booked our safari with another firm that went out of business without any notice and left us stranded in Nairobi with no idea what to do next, but contacting Splendid Vacations changed everything. Not only did they take over our safari, but they managed to organize it so fast that just a few hours after first contacting them we were already on our way to Amboseli. We couldn't believe it, but the day we were totally sure would be lost ended up being one of the best days of our new safari adventure. I just cannot thank Rachael Mulee, a safari consultant from Splendid Vacations, enough for saving our vacation and organizing everything on such a short notice. And of course our driver and guide David Muteti played the biggest role in making our trip absolutely unforgettable. We saw everything we hoped we would and much, much more. Herds of elephants, a full pride of lions, hundreds of zebras, pink flamingos and even a resting cheetah, it was amazing. This vacation has been one of the best experiences of my life and I thank Splendid Vacations for making it possible. Great job!

Top notch personalized itinerary that made our first safari experience unforgettable
We are very glad we chose Roko Safaris for our safari. We had contacts with Miranda before the departure - she was always very responsive and informative. We also had the flexibility of personalizing the original itinerary with a couple of extra activities and with logistic details that better suited our needs. Once our safari began, we immediately appreciated their organization and professionalism, along with their friendliness. We had the pleasure to sleep at their guest house for the first two nights. The landscapes and the view over lake Natron were wonderful and peaceful. Our last night it was my birthday, and they surprised me with a super tasty cake and a local celebration. That made it a very special birthday. We were also very satisfied of the safari itself. Our driver and guide Epahta is very knowledgeable and helped us spot so many animals on the way. After the second day, we already saw most of the animals we wanted to see. Epahta was also very respectful of the parks' rules and made sure that the animals were not disturbed or bothered by our presence there. He also told us some interesting facts on what we were seeing, for example how to distinguish the various types of antelopes, or some information about the animals behaviors. If you are looking for a company to assist you with your safari trip, look no further. Roko safari is a great choice and they will for sure go the extra mile to make sure you will have the best experience!

I went on a two-day safari trip to Tsavo East. I can recommend it to everyone! I stayed at the Lion Hill Lodge, which offers breathtaking views over Tsavo. If you get up early, you can experience a purple sunrise and spot the first migrating animals. Steve is super friendly and helps you choose your lodge. I can highly recommend him—he knows exactly what he's doing! I especially want to point out that it wasn't easy for my guide, as he always had to translate into two languages. But it worked out great! Listen to Steve's recommendations; he knows exactly when and where which animals are best seen. You'll have an experience of a lifetime! Steve, I'll book with you again next time!
