Too good to be true
First of all, the way I learned about the Serengeti Smile was through an online review. There were a lot of good reviews, so I trusted and chose it. There are times during a safari tour when you have to move quickly or get a good spot to see a specific animal, and the ability of a guide is very important. Including your ability to get to know about animals, including your luck, and all this, the champion was such a great guide! The champion is a professional who also tells a lot of pleasant and funny stories!

Unforgettable
This was a great honeymoon trip. During our Safari stay, we experienced different accommodations and saw all the big 5 animals. Our guide Fazil was a great person, and Gasper also prepared some nice surprises for us. Their house has a high cost performance ratio and the itinerary is also very well arranged。

Kilimanjaro Lemosho 8-day tour
We have booked a Kilimanjaro Lemosho 8-day tour for two people. Despite relatively short-term planning, all our wishes were implemented expeditiously and uncomplicatedly. Communication via WhatsApp and email was fast and accommodating.
Our tour guide, Sam, and the crew were extremely friendly, and from the beginning on, there was a warm and trustworthy atmosphere. Our guides were able to adequately impart knowledge about the country, people, flora and fauna, as well as the conditions on the hike to be expected.
The quality of the food and service was excellent. The quality of the tents was appropriate for this trek but has definitely reached the end of its lifespan.
The installation of the tents was always done quickly and on a preferred location within the camps, without a long waiting time after the hike. The evening briefings are valuable. Safety always comes first, a compliment!
Thus, nothing stood in the way of the successful summit experience, and we reached Uhuru Peak without any problems.
Our request for a direct descent to the Mweka Gate (without staying overnight at the Mweka Camp) was easily fulfilled. We used the "saved" day for recreation and massage in Moshi.
Conclusion:
- Very well organised and good, friendly, and experienced crew.
- Uncomplicated communication and flexibility on wishes.
- Tent equipment definitely at the end of its service life and should be replaced.
We would absolutely recommend Monkey Adventures again.

It was a beautiful experience. We didn't expect to see so many animals during the safari, including 5 lions. Our guides Prisca and James were very nice and kind.

The company was excellent and everything exceeded our expectations
We had a wonderful time in Uganda with this company. The driver took us to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where we got a walking safari to see the rhinos. We would have loved to stay longer there. The drive continued to Murchison Falls NP where we stayed for 5 days. This was the time of our lives. Starting from morning drives with hundreds of animals, over walking tours to spot wildlife, to an amazing boat tour to the falls, everything was perfect! Our driver was very knowledgable and also shared a lot about his country what we appreciated a lot. We enjoyed the time spent together very much.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great safari experience. We were lucky to see all the animals we wanted to see in the first couple of hours. We learned a lot and felt very safe during the day.

Best choice for Kenya!
I contacted some companies for Safari in Kenya, in different parks, and this one seemed the most professional since day one. Their office works 24h, they always reply very quickly, so comunication could not be better.
Then the service was absolutely amazing! Our driver was trustable, nice, he had great knowlege about the animals. The lodge was amaazing! I'm sure I will contact Oakland anytime i'm back in Kenya, as they are like a friend that welcomes you in their own country!
