Incredible Adventure with Gorilla O'clock
Our family (mom, dad and a ten year old boy) visited Kenya for an 11 day safari. This was a trip that we dreamed of for decades and it couldn't have gone better, thanks to Gorilla O'clock and our guide Joe! We visited several national parks/conservancies (Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and, of course, the Masai Mara) and saw so many iconic animals. As we visited in November, a lot of animals had just had babies, so we got to see baby elephants, lion cubs, zebras, giraffes, as young as two weeks, and we got so close to them, it was surreal. After our first day in our first national park, we saw so many animals that we kind of wondered what we would do for the remaining ten days - could it really get better than this?? It sure did get better! And better! And better! We stayed at great lodges, had the best game drives and our guide, Joe, deserves a special shout-out - he drove for up to 10 hours a day some days (the drive between parks and then afternoon game drive the same day), yet was able to find amazing wildlife and we felt completely safe both on the road and in the parks. When we needed some medication while at Amboseli, he took us along dirt roads to a nearby town to see a chemist and we got our prescription, had it filled, and were on the way faster than we would be in the United States. If you are hesitant about going on a safari with a family, I highly recommend Gorilla O'clock - from the initial contact to booking, through execution, we couldn't have had a better time, and now my ten year old is begging us to book another safari (and it *has* to be with Joe, he says). I hope to be able to do that, and we'll absolutely go with Gorilla O'clock again.

Exceptional Experience
I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Zara Tours for an unforgettable safari experience. From the moment we were picked up, everything was seamless—from the accommodations at Springlands Hotel in Moshi, to the Highview Hotel in Karatu, and finally the Serengeti Safari Lodge in the Serengeti. The safari was a dream come true, with highlights like the hot air balloon ride and the unforgettable cultural visit to the Hadzabe Bushmen at Lake Eyasi.
A special thank you goes to Regan Kimario, our driver for the four days. His knowledge of the animals and the country, along with his impeccable service and positive attitude, made this trip even more memorable. Despite challenges, Regan always maintained a smile and ensured our safety and comfort throughout. We were so fortunate to have him as our guide during our visits to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and the Serengeti. He truly made our experience exceptional.

An unforgettable experience.
The Masai Mara is an excellent park for safaris; in my experience, I enjoyed it more than Kruger National Park in South Africa. You can see animals all the time, it's fantastic!
The Venture Africa Budget Safaris team provides excellent service, and I must thank them very much for their patience and help in making our adventure better. They also offered us great facilities and transportation, which made our trip extremely comfortable. In particular, we must thank Martha, who was especially attentive and understanding with us. If you contact her, you will understand what I am saying, and you will greatly appreciate her service and of her team!

It was our perfect adventure as a couple.
On our 4-day camping safari experience, we experienced a journey into the heart of Tanzania's nature and wildlife.
We started exploring the Serengeti National Park. David was superb knowledgeable, every step made easy for us. Watching the migration, even briefly, made us appreciate nature's rhythm in a whole new way. The camp was perfect for us and they arranged for us to eat fresh local food, and the taste of the food was truly extraordinary.
Ngorongoro Crater was equally impressive. The descent into the crater felt like traveling into a natural sanctuary filled with animals going about their daily lives. The Great Rift Valley gave us stunning geological scenery, and Lake Manyara offered a calm, refreshing contrast with its lush surroundings. It was our very peaceful journey, we recommended Kili Slope Tours and Safaris as well as a tour planner.

I hired Baraka’s services for climbing Kilimanjaro, a safari, and Zanzibar (13 people). His guidance
This is my second time in Tanzania, so I know how things work there, and that’s exactly why I can wholeheartedly recommend the experience with them as exceptional. His availability and quick responses were outstanding, and his patience for the million questions and clarifications, as well as all the complex logistics for a fairly large group where everyone had their own requests and changes, were remarkable. The guides (for Kilimanjaro, the safari, and Zanzibar) were amazing and made up 90% of the enjoyment of the experiences themselves. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Baraka — honest, genuine, and straight as an arrow.
